Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline, with work motivation role as an intervening variable among employees of the Disporabudpar office in Grobogan Regency. The independent variables in this research are leadership style and organizational culture. The dependent variable is work discipline, with work motivation acting as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The sample in this research consisted of 76 employees selected using the census method. The analysis was structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and leadership style and organizational culture have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The motivation variable mediate the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline. Keywords: Discipline; Motivation; Leadership Style; Organizational Culture

Abstract

Bullying di sekolah merupakan suatu permasalahan yang muncul terus menerus, dari generasi ke generasi, dan sampai saat ini belum menemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Bullying berasal dari kata bully yang merupakan suatu kata yang berpusat kepada adanya suatu "ancaman" yang dilakukan oleh seseorang terhadap orang lain yang terlihatnya lebih lemah atau "rendah" dari perilaku, yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan psikologis maupun fisik pada korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan pola asuh terhadap perilaku bullying siswa SMP. Media sosial dan pola asuh orangtua sebagai faktor eksternal dalam diri seseorang sehingga memicu munculnya perilaku bullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review mengenai variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) empirically test the effect of self-concept on academic anxiety, (2) empirically test the effect of academic procrastination on self-concept, (3) empirically test the effect of social support on academic challenges, (4) empirically examine the effect of support peer social influence on academic procrastination, (5) empirically testing academic anxiety on academic procrastination, (6) empirically testing the effect of self-concept on academic procrastination as an intervention variable, and (7) empirically testing peer social support on academic procrastination by academic anxiety as an intervention variable. The subjects in the study were 88 students who studied while working and the data collection method used accidental sampling. Research data were collected using four scales, namely (1) academic procrastination scale, (2) academic scale, (3) self-concept scale, and (4) peer social support scale. Data analysis using path analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The results showed (1) self-concept has a significant effect on academic anxiety with p = 0.000 where p <0.05, (2) self-concept has a significant effect on academic procrastination with p = 0.000 where p <0.05, (3) social support peers have a significant effect on academic anxiety p = 0.000 where p < 0.05, (4) peer social support has a significant effect on academic procrastination with p = = 0.000 where p < 0.05 (5) academic anxiety has a significant effect on academic procrastination with p = 0.002 where p < 0.05, (6) self-concept affects academic procrastination through academic anxiety p = 0.035 where p <0.05, and (7) peer social support affects academic procrastination through academic academics with p = 0.003 where p < 0.05.

Abstract

Implementasi SIGABBI (Sistem Integrasi Gabungan Bimbingan dan Informasi) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan implementasi MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) di SMK N 3 Pati. SIGABBI merupakan platform yang mengintegrasikan berbagai komponen bimbingan dan informasi akademik, serta mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan terarah. Dengan memanfaatkan SIGABBI, diharapkan proses bimbingan siswa menjadi lebih terstruktur, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan kualitas hasil belajar. Sistem ini juga mendukung fleksibilitas kurikulum dan pembelajaran yang adaptif sesuai dengan kebutuhan MBKM, sehingga siswa dapat mengoptimalkan potensi mereka secara maksimal. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak implementasi SIGABBI terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan penerapan MBKM di SMK N 3 Pati, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa SIGABBI berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pencapaian tujuan MBKM di sekolah

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on work stress levels among married policewomen (Polwan) in the Central Java Regional Police. The issue often arises for policewomen who must balance their roles as both employees and homemakers, frequently leading to work-related stress. This research aims to determine the extent to which work-life balance and job satisfaction affect stress levels in policewomen. The study involved 102 married policewomen with children. Data were collected using work-life balance, job satisfaction, and work stress scales, and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that 57% of policewomen had low levels of work-life balance, 46% had low job satisfaction, and 45% experienced moderate work stress levels. Moreover, work-life balance contributed 50.5% and job satisfaction contributed 38% to work stress levels. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of managing work-life balance and job satisfaction to reduce work stress among married policewomen. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada polisi wanita (Polwan) yang sudah menikah di Polda Jawa Tengah. Masalah sering terjadi pada Polwan yang harus menyeimbangkan peran sebagai pekerja dan ibu rumah tangga, yang seringkali menyebabkan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi tingkat stres pada Polwan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 102 Polwan yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala work-life balance, skala kepuasan kerja, dan skala stres kerja, yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 57% Polwan memiliki tingkat work-life balance rendah, 46% memiliki kepuasan kerja rendah, dan 45% berada pada tingkat stres kerja sedang. Selain itu, work-life balance memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50,5% dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 38% terhadap tingkat stres kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja untuk mengurangi stres kerja pada Polwan yang sudah menikah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengasuhan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar motivasi belajar anak usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel indpendent (X), dependent (Y), serta Moderasi (Z). Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui Apakah Pengasuhan Orang Tua dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya Dapat Mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Melalui Konsep Diri Anak Usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Berdasarkan Uji statistik ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan yang signifikan Pengasuhan orang tua terhadap Motivasi Belajar Anak Usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Berdasarkan Uji statistik ditemukan bahwa ada signifikan Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Motivasi Belajar Anak Usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Berdasarkan Uji statistik ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengasuhan Orang Tua terhadap Konsep Diri Anak Usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Berdasarkan Uji statistik ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Konsep Diri Anak Usia 12-13 Tahun di SD BAKTI PRATIWI Semarang. Abstract

Pendidikan pertama seorang anak dimulai dari keluarganya. Pendidik pertama seorang anak adalah kedua orangtuanya. Orangtua memiliki harapan bahwa kelak anak yang dibimbing dan dididiknya memiliki karakter yang baik dan positif. Dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa karakter anak dipengaruhi besar oleh pola asuh orangtua. Pola asuh orangtua yang tepat dapat menjadikan anak memiliki karakter yang baik, sekalipun tidak 100%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripstif. Dibahas dalam penelitian ini mengenai beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pola asuh orangtua, yakni: karakteristik keluarga, karakteristik anak, lingkungan sekolah, pengalaman orangtua, dan budaya.

Abstract

This study investigates Generation Z's perceptions of workplace leadership, emphasizing the core dimensions of Self-Determination Theory (SDT): autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The research aims to explore how these dimensions influence job satisfaction, motivation, and engagement among Generation Z employees. Through qualitative interviews, the study examines how individuals view leadership that promotes autonomy, challenges their capabilities, and nurtures meaningful relationships. The findings reveal that Generation Z highly values autonomy, feeling more motivated and trusted when granted the freedom to make decisions. Competence also emerges as a significant factor, with participants favoring tasks that test their abilities and constructive feedback that supports their growth. Additionally, the relatedness dimension proves crucial, as employees feel more engaged and loyal to leaders who understand their personal aspirations and cultivate inclusive, supportive environments. These insights carry important implications for leadership practices, suggesting that effective leaders should empower employees by fostering autonomy, providing opportunities for development, and building strong interpersonal connections. The results offer valuable contributions to understanding how to successfully manage and motivate Generation Z in the modern workplace.

Abstract

Mental health is currently a frequently discussed topic, one of which is mental health among adolescents. When an adolescent becomes emotionally fragile, they may resort to self-harm as an outlet. Guidance counselors who support students dealing with self-harm also require effective coping mechanisms to maintain their own mental health. This study aims to understand how a student's self-harming behavior impacts the emotional regulation of the guidance counselor supporting them and how the counselor employs coping mechanisms to address this issue. The research adopts a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, as the researchers seek to uncover the issue of self-harm that is prevalent among adolescents. The results of the research show five findings, namely feelings of discomfort that arise when accompanying students with Self-Harm behavior, the form of Self-Harm carried out by students is by cutting their arms, the background of students doing Self-Harm varies, Guidance Teachers carry out Problem Focused and Emotional Focused Coping to reduce pressure. ABSTRAKKesehatan mental saat ini merupakan topik yang sering dibahas, dan salah satunya adalah kesehatan mental pada remaja. Ketika diri seorang remaja menjadi rapuh mereka bisa melakukan pelampiasan melalui tindakan self-harm. Guru BK yang membimbing peserta didiknya yang mengalami self-harm pun membutuhkan mekanisme koping yang tepat untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan mentalnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tindakan self harm yang dilakukan seorang peserta didik akan mempengaruhi regulasi emosi guru BK yang membimbingnya dan bagaimana cara guru BK melakukan mekanisme coping menghadapi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dikarenakan peneliti ingin menungkap masalah self-harm yang banyak dilakukan para remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima temuan, yaitu perasaan kurang nyaman yang muncul saat mendampingi siswa dengan perilaku Self-Harm, bentuk Self-Harm yang dilakukan oleh siswa yaitu dengan menyayat lengan, latar belakang siswa melakukan Self-Harm beragam, Guru BK melakukan Problem Focused Coping dan Emotional Focused Coping untuk mengurangi tekanan.

Abstract

Big five personality and entrepreneurial knowledge have an influence in increasing entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial interest among students. Entrepreneurial interest among students is not only influenced by individual personality but also by the breadth of entrepreneurial insight that students have, which ultimately makes students have the drive and interest to become entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of big five personality and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial interest among students. The purposive sampling technique was based on the criteria of individuals who received entrepreneurial knowledge at school or college, and who were born between 2000 and 2005. Based on these criteria, there were 264 people who could be used as research samples. Quantitative analysis in this study used IBM AMOS 26. In this study, big five personality was able to positively influence entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial interest of students. In addition, entrepreneurial knowledge also positively influenced entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial interest of students. The better the big five personality and entrepreneurial knowledge possessed by students, the greater the entrepreneurial motivation and interest of students to become entrepreneurs. The good big five personality and the amount of entrepreneurial knowledge possessed by students will direct their behavior to develop creativity, dare to take risks and be able to turn their ideas into real actions.
