Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of communication management development for the development of religious harmony with community outputs that can be globally competitive. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis of research results was carried out using qualitative methods. Based on the results of data and research analysis, it can be concluded that the communication management coaching and counseling activities at the Al-Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School in Telukjambe Timur, Karawang District, focuses on 4 important factors, namely: context, inputs, process, and products.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are very important to support learning activities in every school, especially in facilitating an effective learning process. This study aims to explain how the management of facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of learning at SMAN 3 Karawang. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation, involving respondents such as the head of infrastructure and school principal. Data analysis was done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management at SMAN 3 Karawang has met the set standards, allowing optimal utilization for learning activities and school administration, thus contributing to the overall improvement of school quality.

Abstract

Effective conflict management is an important factor in developing work productivity in an institution. Conflict that is not handled well can disrupt collaboration, reduce motivation, and affect the quality of teaching and relationships between individuals. Therefore, this research aims to explore the implementation of conflict management as an effort to develop work productivity in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses library research, based on literature search methods or using content analysis methods to identify patterns, themes, and results related to the implementation of conflict management, and then develop and analyze them to reach conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of effective conflict management has a positive impact on work productivity in an Islamic educational institution. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of implementing effective conflict management in Islamic educational institutions. By managing conflict well, educational institutions can increase work productivity, teaching quality, and student participation, and create positive relationships between teaching staff, students, and related parties. The implications of the results of this research provide better knowledge about the role of conflict management in the context of Islamic education and provide a basis for the development of effective conflict management strategies in these educational institutions.

Abstract

Process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at home in accordance with a government circular in order to break the chain of the spread of Covid 19. "Unpreparedness of all elements, one of which is that teachers in learning are a big obstacle too, there is a change in teaching and learning from Being face-to-face being online requires readiness from all elements. Therefore, the leadership of school principals and teacher professionals are two factors among other factors that can affect teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 42 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that the influence of the principal's leadership and professional teachers was very dominant on the teacher's performance at SD Asy-Syifa 2 Bandung with a level of influence of 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% was determined by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership of the principal and the professional improvement of teachers, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Manajemen Humas Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karawang dalam meningkatkan mutu Pondok Pesantren. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memahami secara mendalam tentang kondisi, kendala, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh humas. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pengelolaan media informasi dan pengembangan informasi melalui media online menjadi langkah penting dalam peningkatan mutu pondok pesantren. Humas perlu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan media massa, memanfaatkan teknologi dan platform digital,serta mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam industri media dan komunikasi. Komunikasi terbatas, terbatasnya sumber daya, dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat teridentifikasi sebagai kendala dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pondok pesantren. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, humas perlu melakukan komunikasi yang efektif, melakukan branding dan promosi yang baik, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan media. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan manajemen humas dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pesantren.

Abstract

The role of the principal in curriculum management is critical to ensure effective implementation and alignment with educational standards and objectives. This study aims to determine the role of principals in curriculum management based on a systematic review of the literature using NVivo software. This research uses the SLR method with an inductive approach, and the analysis is carried out using NVivo software. A literature review study using NVivo found that: 1) After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, the number of relevant articles was 21. The articles are spread across various journals, with the highest number being four articles in the journal "School Leadership and Management"; 2) Principals have diverse roles in curriculum management, with the terms leadership, principal, curriculum, transformation, management, and supervision being the main focus; 3) The role of the principal in curriculum management has intrinsic and extrinsic factors based on a literature review using NVivo software that shows the conclusion that the factors of the principal's role in curriculum management include leadership, decision making, and coordination. This research provides a deep understanding of the role of principals in curriculum management, which can be a foundation for the professional development of principals and the improvement of the education system. By understanding the role and factors that influence it, educational institutions can identify problems and find more effective solutions to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of parents and instructors in helping students to study online at RA Nurul Akmal, Cibitung District. The qualitative research approach uses a case study methodology. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion extraction. The results of this study indicate that (1) during the Covid 19 Pandemic, parental involvement in implementing learning at home must include helping and educating children as motivation. (2) The impact of parental involvement in learning at Nurul Akmal, Cibitung District during the Covid 19 pandemic is the promotion of family involvement in early childhood education at RA Nurul Akmal, Cibitung District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, tercermin melalui kemampuan merumuskan dan mengomunikasikan visi, berpikir strategis, inovasi, pemberdayaan tim, dan pengelolaan perubahan. Kepemimpinan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan prestasi akademik dan non-akademik siswa, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, serta penguatan kemitraan dengan industri. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya, kepala sekolah berhasil mengatasi hal tersebut melalui pendekatan adaptif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan visioner dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan untuk menghadapi dinamika perubahan dan tuntutan era global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen bimbingan konseling terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (tunanetra) di SMALB Negeri 9 Jakarta. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggali aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program bimbingan konseling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen bimbingan konseling yang efektif, meliputi penggunaan teknologi assistif, pengembangan keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas, serta penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran multisensori, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik tunanetra. Kolaborasi antara guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran, serta fokus pada pengembangan konsep diri positif dan keterampilan sosial, juga berkontribusi signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen bimbingan konseling yang holistik dan individual dapat secara efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik tunanetra, mendukung kemandirian mereka, dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk transisi ke pendidikan lanjut atau dunia kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa di SMK Bakti Mandiri Bekasi. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Langkah-langkah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi telah diambil oleh sekolah. Program Wirausaha Koperasi Kelas memberikan pengalaman praktis, sedangkan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan memberikan landasan teoritis. Kegiatan pendukung seperti seminar kewirausahaan juga memberikan dorongan motivasi. Ini menandakan komitmen SMK Bakti Mandiri Bekasi dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang kompetitif dan meningkatkan perekonomian negara. Implementasi holistik ini mencerminkan visi sekolah dalam menciptakan lulusan yang mandiri dan berkompeten. Diharapkan, penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan industri dan menghasilkan generasi yang siap bersaing di pasar kerja global. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat mendukung transformasi pendidikan menuju pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, sesuai dengan arah kebijakan nasional dan internasional.
