Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the concept of human resource management: organizational development, remuneration management and organizational sustainability is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous research, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Organizational Development is related to the Concept of Human Resource Management; 2) Remuneration Management is related to the Concept of Human Resource Management; and 3) Organizational Sustainability is related to the Concept of Human Resource Management.

Abstract

Penelitian literature review analisis perilaku dan kompetensi generasi Z di sebuah Perusahaan dalam mendukung keberlangsungan organisasi merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian literature ini diharapkan dapat membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur. Data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini berasal dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Jurnal Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Jurnal Sinta, Publish or Perish, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar dan buku referensi digital. Hasil dari artikel literature review ini yaitu 1) Perilaku Generasi Z berperan dalam Mendukung Keberlangsungan Organisasi; dan 2) Kompetensi Generasi Z berperan dalam Mendukung Keberlangsungan Organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze potential strategies and solutions to efficiently manage liquidity surpluses, increase profitability, and address operational issues, and provide recommendations to company management on concrete steps that can be taken to optimize liquidity surplus management, increase profitability growth, and reduce leverage and gap risks in company operations. This article uses quantitative methods, which look for influences between variables, the population in this study is middle leaders in financial companies with respondents randomly selected from several financial companies with the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire returned after being filled out as many as 52 respondents. Data processing in producing results from questionnaires using SPSS 23 in producing research results. Profitability and leverage have a significant influence on a company's liquidity. This suggests that a company's financial performance, such as profitability, and capital structure, such as leverage, play an important role in determining a company's liquidity level. Therefore, the company's financial management needs to pay close attention to these two factors in an effort to maintain and increase optimal liquidity levels. Pay Attention to Profitability Performance: The management of the company must continue to pay attention and improve its profitability performance. This can be done by improving operational efficiency, product innovation, and the right marketing strategy to increase company revenue and profits. It is expected that the company can maintain and increase its liquidity level, so that it can achieve its long-term financial goals more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana struktur modal memengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI, serta untuk memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi praktisi dan pengambil keputusan dalam mengelola keuangan perusahaan mereka. Metode penelitian kuantitatif didasarkan pada filsafat positivisme dan digunakan untuk menginvestigasi populasi atau sampel tertentu. Pengambilan sampel biasanya dilakukan secara acak, data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif/statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Metode ini sering disebut sebagai metode tradisional, positivistik, ilmiah, dan discovery. 45 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri logam yang terdaftar di BEI hanya 9 perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam kriteria penelitian. Financial Risk maupun Leverage memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Leverage memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Financial Risk. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang menggunakan leverage secara efektif dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas mereka meskipun ada risiko yang terlibat. Sebaliknya, risiko keuangan yang lebih tinggi juga dapat memberikan peluang untuk profitabilitas yang lebih besar, meskipun dampaknya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan leverage. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Leverage, Financial Risk

Abstract

The article determining employee engagement and employee performance in the hospitality sector: Discipline and competency analysis is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Discipline influences the involvement of hotel sector employees; 2) Competence influences the involvement of hotel sector employees; 3) Discipline influences the performance of hotel sector employees; 4) Competency influences the performance of hotel sector employees; and 5) Employee involvement influences the performance of hotel sector employees.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary survey at BSI KCP Tanggamus, the information above shows that there are still many employees who are not satisfied with the feedback they receive. This early information needs to be interpreted by the division responsible for managing human resources so that employee performance can be optimal and can work optimally. This research aims to identify the influence of expertise, attention, work motivation, and feedback on the performance of Bank BSI KCP Tanggamus employees. This research uses a quantitative methodology and information collection is attempted by survey using a questionnaire. The population in this study were Bank BSI KCP Tanggamus employees. The illustration of this research was 15 people using SPSS type 20. The results of the research show that the performance of Bank BSI KCP Tanggamus employees is influenced by talent, attention, work motivation, and feedback, with aspects of religious moderation.

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the effect of investment value, the quantity of micro-industrial business units and the quantity of small industrial business units on employment in the sumbagsel area in 2019-2023 in the perspective of Islamic economics. In this work, the type of data used is quantitative data. Quantitative Data is data that can be measured and calculated directly, regarding information or explanation in the form of quantitys or statistics. The population used in this work is in 5 provinces in the Sumbagsel Area (Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung and Bangka Belitung Islands. The sample used in this work is the province in Sumbagsel Area. In this case, the author uses the sample of the last 5 years, namely 2019-2023. The investment value variable does not significantly affect the employment in Sumbagsel for the period 2019-2023. The variable of Micro Industry Business Unit does not significantly affect the employment in Sumbagsel for the period 2019-2023. Small Industry Business Unit variables do not have a significant effect on employment in Sumbagsel for the period 2019-2023. Investment value variables, micro-industrial business units, and small industrial business units have a significant effect on employment in Sumbagsel for the period 2019-2023. Islamic economic perspective on employment in the perspective of Islamic Economics has a broader dimension than the conventional economic approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan talent management terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditinjau dari perspektif bisnis islam pada pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 TPI Bandar Lampung. Dalam melaksanakan operasional kantor, kegiatan yang biasa dinilai dalam suatu kantor adalah kinerja pegawai, yaitu bagaimana pegawai melakukan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan suatu pekerjaan, jabatan, atau peranan dalam suatu kantor khususnya pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 TPI Bandar Lampung. Pada Kantor Imigrasi kelas 1 TPI Bandar Lampung masih terdapat ada beberapa pegawai yang belom mencapat target kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sejumlah 100 pegawai yang merupakan seluruh pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 TPI Bandar Lampung. Kemudian teknik pengambilan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, teknik ini digunakan jika semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sehingga sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 TPI Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Variabel kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan talent management terhadap kinerja pegawai memiliki kontribusi sebesar 70% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 30%.
