Abstract

When serving guests, the Reservation Department of a shipping company must be provided with guidelines, work references (sequence), and training in providing services. All forms of work guidelines and references are then referred to as Standard Operating Procedures (hereinafter abbreviated as SOP). On this article, based on the research that has been carried out, the author wants to explain in more detail, using a qualitative descriptive research method, regarding the SOP of the Reservation Department at Le Pirate Explore Cruise – Labuan Bajo. The research that forms the basis of this article was carried out in the first and second quarters of 2021, at a time when Bali and East Nusa Tenggara had not yet fully opened their tourism activities. Based on the findings, the research divides the process of implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Reservation Department into three main thematic, namely: 1) the role of the Owner in making and supervising PSO Reservations; 2) Reservation Department staff behavior; and 3) obstacles faced by the Reservation Department in implementing PSO.

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah promosi dan inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan pada CV Mega Furniture Pati, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan inovasi produk terhadap volume penjualan pada CV Mega Furniture Pati. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis yaitu uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis uji regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Promosi berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,442 sedangkan t tabel n = 94 sebesar 1,985, maka t hitung 3,442 > t tabel 1,985, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, signifikan < 0,05 atau (0,001 < 0,05), maka ada pengaruh positif promosi terhadap volume penjualan. 2) Inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,171, sedangkan t tabel n = 94 sebesar 1,985, maka t hitung 4,171 > t tabel 1,985, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, signifikan < 0,05 atau (0,002 < 0,05), maka ada pengaruh positif inovasi produk terhadap volume penjualan. 3) Promosi dan inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati. Hasil pengujian F menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 13,391 dengan probabilitas 0,000, serta menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, dengan derajat kebebasan V1 = 93 = (n- k + 1) dan V2 = 2, F tabel n = 94 sebesar 3,10. Dikarenakan nilai F hitung > F tabel ( 13,391 > 3,10), signifikan < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05), berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara promosi dan inovasi produk terhadap volume penjualan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati, Inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati. Promosi dan inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan CV Mega Furniture Pati. Abstract The problem in this study is whether promotion and product innovation affect sales volume at CV Mega Furniture Pati. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion and product innovation to sales volume at CV Mega Furniture Pati. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The method of analysis is the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study are: 1) Promotion has an effect on sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati. The results of hypothesis testing show that the t-count value is 3.442 while t-table n = 94 is 1.985, then t-count is 3.442 > t-table is 1.985, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or (0.001 <0.05), then there is a positive effect of promotion on sales volume. 2) Product innovation affects the sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati. The results of hypothesis testing show that the t-count value is 4.171, while t-table n = 94 is 1.985, then t-count is 4.171 > t-table is 1.985, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or (0.002 <0.05) , then there is a positive effect of product innovation on sales volume. 3) Promotion and product innovation affect the sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati. The results of the F test show the calculated F value = 13,391 with a probability of 0.000, and uses a significance limit of 0.05, with degrees of freedom V1 = 93 = (n- k + 1) and V2 = 2, F table n = 94 of 3.10. Due to the calculated F value > F table (13.391 > 3.10), significant < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), it means that there is a significant effect between promotion and product innovation on sales volume. The conclusion in this study is that promotion affects sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati, product innovation affects sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati. Promotion and product innovation affect the sales volume of CV Mega Furniture Pati.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the training approach: empowering teamwork towards organizational transformation is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. Abstract

Optimizing supply chain management is a key factor in supporting sustainable growth, especially for flower farmers in Kopeng, Semarang Regency. This study aims to identify and implement effective supply chain management strategies to improve the welfare of flower farmers and support sustainable growth. The research method uses a participatory approach that actively involves flower farmers in all stages of the research, from problem identification, solution development, to evaluation of implementation results. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations. The results of the study indicate that supply chain management in Kopeng faces several major challenges such as price fluctuations, limited market access, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. The proposed strategies to address these issues include strengthening farmer groups, utilizing information technology, product diversification, and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve operational efficiency, farmer welfare, and environmental sustainability. This study makes a significant contribution to the literature on supply chain management in the agricultural sector and can be a reference for similar research in the future.

Abstract

Human resource management and cooperatives are very important for sustainability and performance in an era of globalization and increasingly fierce economic competition. This study investigates flower farmer cooperatives in Kopeng, Semarang Regency, and focuses on appropriate management methods to increase member commitment, which impacts the success and competitiveness of the cooperative. This research found a lack of knowledge about the components that influence member commitment and how to increase it. This research found that social factors, such as relationships between members, and economic factors, such as financial benefits, have a large influence on member commitment. The research results show that strengthening social relationships and providing financial incentives are effective management strategies to increase member commitment. The research results show that two effective management approaches to increase member commitment are improving social relationships and providing financial incentives. In addition, it was found that increased communication and participation in decision making were important components in increasing member commitment. This research offers theoretical and practical insights into managing member commitment in the context of flower farmer cooperatives and provides recommendations for cooperative practitioners and academics about management strategies that can be implemented to increase member commitment, which in turn will improve cooperative performance and sustainability.

Abstract

The growth of the home industry producing organic fertilizer in Kopeng Village is starting to grow. The large number of organic fertilizer businesses emerging has increasingly added to the competition in Kopeng Village. Home industry players must also be able to maintain the characteristics and quality so that they can produce quality and attractive organic fertilizer. However, in the midst of the development of the organic fertilizer home industry, various obstacles are often faced by home industry players, namely capital problems and poor financial management, making it difficult for business people to obtain credit/capital from banks. Realizing this, the PKM Team carried out service with the aim of providing knowledge and helping manage finances for home industry business actors as a result of the fairly high competition in the business world. In this service, PKM participants are given training in determining selling prices, making purchase and sales reports, as well as helping to calculate the desired profit and conducting training in preparing simple financial reports. The methods used in this service activity are observation, presentation of material and training practices regarding good financial management. The target audience for this service activity is home industry business actors in Kopeng Village and who are members of the Memayu Jogo Tonggo Kopeng cooperative, totaling 10 organic fertilizer home industry businesses. From the pre-test results, only 20% of participants had knowledge about financial management, while the other 80% of participants had no knowledge at all about financial management. Likewise with knowledge of financial reports and knowledge of general journals. From the post test results, it shows an increase in the participants' abilities and knowledge. The most significant increase was knowledge about financial management which provided an increase of up to 100% because the material provider succeeded in providing exposure and practicum in preparing simple financial reports directly for home industry business actors producing organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Customer service digitization has become a crucial factor in enhancing the competitiveness of the e-commerce industry. This study aims to explore the role of customer service digitization in strengthening consumer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the implementation of digitalization strategies through case studies and in-depth interviews with experts in the e-commerce industry. The results show that customer service digitization, including the use of chatbots, data-driven personalization, and omnichannel integration, plays a significant role in improving customer experience. This, in turn, has a positive impact on customer loyalty. This finding is supported by the analysis of recent literature which shows that consumers increasingly prioritize convenience, speed, and responsiveness in interacting with e-commerce platforms. In addition, this study identifies several challenges faced by e-commerce companies in implementing customer service digitization, such as the need for significant technology investment and the need for ongoing employee training. In conclusion, customer service digitization not only improves operational efficiency but also plays a key role in building long-term customer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. This study provides in-depth insights for e-commerce industry players and researchers interested in digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

The era of globalization with the elimination of trade barriers between countries has intensified business competition. One way to survive is to increase organizational productivity starting with improving human resource performance through salaries, wages, and performance-based rewards. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing a wage scale structure and work status protection on employee loyalty at PT Apparel One Indonesia. This study involved 30 employees from the order management department as a population and sample. The variables studied were the Implementation of a Wage Scale Structure (X1), Work Status Protection (X2), and Employee Loyalty (Y). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and R² test. The results of this study confirm the importance of implementing a wage scale structure and work status protection as the main factors supporting increased employee loyalty. With a contribution of 43.1%, these two variables have a significant influence in building a positive relationship between the company and employees. This conclusion highlights that a fair and employee-oriented human resource management strategy not only improves individual performance but also creates long-term organizational stability. This research provides a strong basis for companies to continue to improve related policies and opens up opportunities for further studies on other variables that influence employee loyalty

Abstract

Literature review article related to human resource business partners: HR strategy, business model and leadership (literature review) is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this study is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies. Data were obtained from previous studies that are relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as the Scopus Journal, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this article are: 1) HR strategy related to Human Resource Business Partners; 2) Business Model related to Human Resource Business Partners; and 3) Leadership related to Human Resource Business Partners.
