Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the leadership of school principals towards the effectiveness of driving schools in improving the quality of education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used to write this article is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. for the development of high school schools in Rembang Regency. Of course, now that we are entering the era of the industrial revolution, the quality of schools must be improved with ideal leadership. Leadership of the industrial revolution 4.0. Leaders who follow technological developments must have the skills to influence, encourage, guide, direct and mobilize other people involved in organizing and developing education and teaching in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In other words, the success of a school in achieving its goals really depends on the leadership of the school principal who is able to use all the resources the school has effectively and efficiently. Driving schools change the new paradigm of student-centered learning which embodies the Pancasila student profile which includes competencies and character originating from superior human resources to improve the quality of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower women creative economy actors in Semarang City to increase financial independen. The program is implemented through a participatory approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, including idenfification of needs, thematic training, intensive mentoring, and joint evaluation. The program targets 25 women micro-entrepreneurs engaged in processes food, handicrafts, and local fashion. The training focuses on increasing managerial capacity and digital marketing skills, such as the use of social media, creating marketplace accounts, financial records, and product packaging. In addition to the technical impact, this activity also fosters self-confidence and a more mature entrepreneurial mindset. Evaluation is carried out through pre-test, post-test and in-depth interviews. This training is able to build networks between pasticipants and show that the active involvement of women in community-based empowerment activities can increase economic independence in a sustainable manner while strengthening the role of women as drivers of the creative economy at the grassroots level.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to provide vocational training and assistance for cooperative members as well as cooperative managers in Semarang Regency. This training aims to increase the understanding of cooperative members and cooperative managers regarding the products they have and strategies for developing their business. This includes a deeper understanding of the important aspects of running their business ventures. The method used in this training is an interactive training approach which includes theory delivery, group discussions and case studies with the aim of deepening understanding through constructive interactions and practical application of the concepts taught. The findings in this community training show a significant increase in cooperative members' understanding of the products and business development of their cooperative members after the training was completed. The results of the training show that training participants increasingly understand and are able to implement new strategies in their business, improve product quality, and design more effective marketing strategies. The conclusions of this research confirm that training focused on developing business skills is able to have a significant positive impact on cooperative members, increasing their ability to manage business effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Every company is expected to be able to manage its human resources well, so that they can be relied on to achieve the company's vision, mission, and targets. The two main factors that influence employee performance in a company are a conducive work environment and the communication style used within the company. This article will focus on discussing and analysing the influence of the work environment and communication on employee performance in a service company, with the Broadcast Program Sector of LPP RRI Denpasar as a case study. The analysis technique that will be used in this article is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression that has been carried out, the regression model used to determine the Employee Performance (Y) is ideal, because the two independent variables, Work Environment (X1) and Communication (X2), both together (simultaneously) and partially, has a positive and significant effect

Abstract

The research aims to explore the correlation between peer social support and academic resilience among 137 Grade XI students at Istiqlal Private High School, Deli Tua, during the 2024/2025 academic year, using a quantitative correlation research design. A sample of 34 students was randomly selected, and data was collected through a validated questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.894. Analysis was conducted using normality tests, linearity tests, and product-moment correlation tests with SPSS software, showing a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship. The Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.765, suggesting a strong relationship between peer social support and academic resilience. The study concludes that higher peer social support leads to increased academic resilience among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MTs An-Nur Desa Suka Mandi Hilir melalui pendekatan problem solving. Dalam konteks pendidikan, motivasi belajar merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan problem solving, diharapkan siswa dapat lebih aktif, kreatif, dan termotivasi untuk mengatasi masalah secara mandiri, sehingga meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tindakan kelas (PTK). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes untuk mengukur peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan setelah penerapan pendekatan problem solving.

Abstract

The growth of the home industry producing organic fertilizer in Kopeng Village is starting to grow. The large number of organic fertilizer businesses emerging has increasingly added to the competition in Kopeng Village. Home industry players must also be able to maintain the characteristics and quality so that they can produce quality and attractive organic fertilizer. However, in the midst of the development of the organic fertilizer home industry, various obstacles are often faced by home industry players, namely capital problems and poor financial management, making it difficult for business people to obtain credit/capital from banks. Realizing this, the PKM Team carried out service with the aim of providing knowledge and helping manage finances for home industry business actors as a result of the fairly high competition in the business world. In this service, PKM participants are given training in determining selling prices, making purchase and sales reports, as well as helping to calculate the desired profit and conducting training in preparing simple financial reports. The methods used in this service activity are observation, presentation of material and training practices regarding good financial management. The target audience for this service activity is home industry business actors in Kopeng Village and who are members of the Memayu Jogo Tonggo Kopeng cooperative, totaling 10 organic fertilizer home industry businesses. From the pre-test results, only 20% of participants had knowledge about financial management, while the other 80% of participants had no knowledge at all about financial management. Likewise with knowledge of financial reports and knowledge of general journals. From the post test results, it shows an increase in the participants' abilities and knowledge. The most significant increase was knowledge about financial management which provided an increase of up to 100% because the material provider succeeded in providing exposure and practicum in preparing simple financial reports directly for home industry business actors producing organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how Digital Recruitment and Employer Branding influence Employee Retention through Perceived Organizational Support (POS), addressing gaps in strategic HRM research regarding the integrated role of digital hiring and employer branding. Research Methodology: A cross-sectional survey involving 200 employees from digitally mature Indonesian organizations was analyzed using PLS-SEM with 5,000 bootstrapped subsamples. The measurement model showed strong reliability and validity (? > .86; CR > .88; AVE > .54), and structural testing evaluated five direct hypotheses and mediation effects. Results: Employer Branding significantly predicts POS and retention, whereas Digital Recruitment enhances POS but shows no direct effect on retention. POS strongly predicts retention and fully mediates the Digital Recruitment–Retention relationship while partially mediating the Employer Branding–Retention link. The structural model explains 43% of POS variance and 51% of retention, supported by medium–large effect sizes and positive Q² values. Conclusions: The findings confirm POS as the key psychological mechanism through which modern HR practices translate into retention outcomes. Employer Branding drives retention both directly and indirectly, while Digital Recruitment contributes indirectly via POS. Limitations: Cross-sectional data limit causal inference, and the digital-sector sample restricts generalizability. Contribution: The study integrates digital recruitment and employer branding within one strategic HRM framework and establishes Digital Recruitment as an empirical antecedent of POS, reinforcing POS’s centrality in digital-era retention strategies.
