Abstract

This research departs from the problem of using innovative learning media which is still inadequate. As a result, students feel bored and their learning outcomes are less than optimal. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop KOMPA learning media to improve student learning outcomes. The type of research used is research and development or called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this study were teachers and students of grade 5 SD Negeri Sumberejo 01. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observation sheets, interview guides, documentation, assessment rubrics and questionnaires. The KOMPA product draft that has been developed is then validated by media experts, material experts, and learning design experts. The results of the validation of learning media experts get a score of 85%, material experts get 87.40%, and learning design experts get 96%. Limited test results for the assessment of student response questionnaires obtained 98%, teacher response questionnaire assessments obtained 90%. All the scores above, both the expert validation test results and student learning outcomes are in the very high category, this shows that the development of KOMPA learning media is feasible, effective and very practical to use in learning activities.

Abstract

The goal of this article is to disclose the principle toward the connection between Dar al-Salaam and Dar al-Kuffar according to fiqh siasah perspective. The connection seems like living together side by side peacefully between two countries or more which have different political viewpoint. The fundamental principle in Islam says that Moslem are not allowed to slay other person whohas different religion accept if they attack or to slow Moslemin telling the spirit. The war is only allowedin order to protect missionary from the overlimit rebellious. The peaceful application in Islam happens in an agreement. Peace agreement is formally accepted if it involves three points, which are all the sides who has full right from his country, agree to do it, and not taking over side in Islamic law principle. Other than of the peaceagreement according to fiqh siasah perspective that rule about extradition, politically conservatory, and diplomatic relation between two countries. Take the real example from all of it shown that Hudaibiya agreement betweenMoslems led by Rasulullah peace be upon him and musyrik people led by suhail bin Amr.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom based on guided inquiry learning system on acid-base solutions toward students learning outcomes of XI class senior high school students that had been tested valid and practical. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample class used was XI Mipa 1 as a control class and XI Mipa 2 as an experimental class, with the total of students were 69 using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a multiple choices question to assess students learning outcomes in the cognitive domain. The result of this study to obtain the N-gain value from the experimental class and control class with the values are 0.80 and 0.73, respectively, which indicates the value of experimental class is higher than control class. Furthermore, for the t-test, the value is 3.18, and the t-table value is 1.99. It concludes that using flipped classroom based on guided inquiry learning system on acid-base solutions improve students learning outcomes effectively

Abstract

Meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa dalam kurikulum 2013 dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Tujuan penggunaan PBL di sekolah untuk membantu siswa dalam memecahkan masalah secara mandiri dan dapat mengasah kemampuan berfikir kritis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model pengembangan Plomp. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi yang diisi oleh guru kimia di SMA Negeri 8 Padang dan dosen kimia UNP, dianalisis menggunakan skala Aiken’s V. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dinyatakan valid dengan nilai V = 0,87 sehingga dihasilkan LKPD berbasis PBL yang digunakan sebagai media alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flipped-classroom based on guided inquiry learning system on students' learning outcomes of class XI students in SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The subject in this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 as the experiment class and students of class XI MIPA 1 as the control class using purposive technique sampling. The type of research is experimental quasi-equivalent control study design groups. The technique of data analysis used is two means similarity test (t-test). The object of this study is students’ learning outcomes on reaction rate material. The instruments of this study is used in the formative test consists of the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest) with 17 numbers of multiple choice questions based on the learning objectives. The difference between the pretest and posttest scores for experiment class is 48,77 while for the control class is 41,18. Data analysis shows that the subject are normally distributed and homogeneous so the t-test can be done, and the value of thitung obtained is 1,71. This proves that the learning outcomes between experiment class and control classes have significant differences. Based on data analysis, it shows that flipped-classroom based on guided inquiry learning system has proven the improve students' learning outcomes significantly.

Abstract

Indonesia is entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is marked by advances in the field of technology. Teachers are required to have the ability to integrate technology into the learning process. In addition, the reaction rate material is classified as a material that is difficult to understand because the material is abstract. For that we need an appropriate learning system. Then a guided inquiry-based flipped classroom learning system was developed using Moodle on the reaction rate material. The type of research conducted is educational design research (EDR) with a plomp development model. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the level of content and media validity of the flipped classroom learning system based on guided inquiry was 0.89 and 0.93 with valid categories. While the level of practicality of teachers and students is 0.90% and 0.91% with a very practical category.

Abstract

Fokus dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menganalisis pentingnya pengawasan manajerial dalam meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengawas memainkan peran yang sangat strategis dalam melakukan fungsi pengawasan manajerial di sekolah atau madrasah. Sebagai supervisor manajerial, ia diharuskan memiliki pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan dalam manajemen dan kepemimpinan, sehingga dapat berperan dan fungsinya dalam membantu kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya sekolah atau madrasah secara efisien dan efektif. Abstract

Abstract: Meta Analysis of the Effectivenecc of Problem Based Learning and Problem Solving in terms of Critical Thinking Ability of Elementary School Students. In quantitative research, Meta Analysis aims to determine whether the Problem Based Learning and Problem Solving learning model has a high influence on improving critical thingking skills in elementary school students. the techniquenused used is the  Effect Size technique analysis with the Effect Size formula. The instrument used was a worksheet instrument for coding the result of scientific publications that were searched through the internrt. The variables studied to obtain information about the magnitude of the effect of thus Effect Size are the Problem Based Learning and Problem Solving learning models as independent variables, and critical thingking skills as the dependent variable. From the results of the research the has been done, it shows that the measurement results of critical thingking skills in learning using the Problem Solving learning model are significantly higher than Problem Based Learning, meaning that the Problem Solving learning model is more effective in increasing the critical thingking skills of elementary school student. Judging from the Ancova test, the average value of Experiment 2 in the Problem Solving learning model is 83.3000 higher than the Problem Based Learning model of 76.0420. based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test using the Ancova test using Univariate which shows that the significance value is 0,009, which means less than 0,05 (0,009 < 0,05). From the Ancova test, it shows that F count > F table is 11,311 with a significance of 0,009 < 0,05, which indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the resultas of this test, it shows that the Effect Size of the Problem Solving learning model is significantly larger that the Problem Based Learning in terms of the critical thingking abilities of elementary school students. Keywords: Meta Analysis, Problem Based Learning, Problem Solving, Critical Thingking Skills. Abstrak: Meta Analisis Efektifitas Problem Based Learning Dan Problem  Solving Ditinjau Dari Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif  Meta Analisis bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Problem Solving memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis teknik Effect Size dengan rumus Effect Size. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu instrument lembar kerja pemberian koding terhadap hasil publikasi ilmiah yang ditelusuri melalui internet. Variabel yang diteliti untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai besar pengaruh Effect Size ini adalah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Problem Solving sebagai variabel bebas, serta keterampilan berpikir kritis sebagai variabel terikat. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa hasil pengukuran keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan Problem Based Learning, artinya model pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih efektif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Dilihat dari uji Ancova, nilai rata-rata Eksperimen 2 model pembelajaran Problem Solving sebesar 83,3000 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning sebesar 76,0420. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Ancova menggunakan Univariate yang menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,009 < 0,05). Dari uji Ancova menunjukan F hitung > F tabel yaitu 11,311 dengan signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil uji ini menunjukan bahwa Effect Size model pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih besar secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan Problem Based Learning ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Meta Analisis, Problem Based Learning, Problem Solving, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of the Flipped-Guided Inquiry Based Learning Learning Model on Chemical Equilibrium Materials. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMA N 8 Padang. The sample class was selected based on the purposive sampling technique, so that the XI MIPA 2 class was obtained as the experimental class and the XI MIPA 1 class as the control class. Data were analyzed using N-gain test and t-test. The instrument of this research is a test of learning outcomes by giving a pretest and posttest in the form of objective questions that are arranged based on the learning objectives. The results showed that the average pretest and posttest scores had different results, namely 53.125 in the experimental class and 48.939 in the control class. So that the average N-gain test is 0.78 in the high category experimental class and 0.68 moderate category control class. It is also supported by the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t-test, with Tcount (3.327) > Ttable (1.669) at a significant level of 0.05 with dk = 63 and probability t0.95. It can be concluded that the Flipped-Guided Inquiry Based Learning Model on Chemical Equilibrium Material is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a POGIL-based experiment manual for general chemistry courses to enhance students' science process skills. The research and development (R&D) method, utilizing the Plomp model, was employed to create a valid and practical manual. Data were collected through a validity and practicality questionnaire, which was then analyzed using the Kappa Cohen's method. The manual's content was found to be highly valid, with an average score of 0.82, while its graphics had an average score of 0.84, also falling within the high category. Practicality was assessed through small group student testing, revealing high practicality scores in terms of user convenience, attractiveness, and benefits, with an average score of 0.77. Overall, the results indicate that the POGIL-based general chemistry experiment manual developed in this study is both valid and practical.
