Improving the quality of education and improvement of character human resources is crucial in enhancing the nation's competitiveness through innovation to do a good learning. The research aims to develop character-based education that is being integrated with innovative learning methods to improve the activity and learning outcomes of economic subjects in SMP PGRI 12 South Jakarta. The results showed that the character-based education can help students in learning to achieve competency in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. Character-based education as a learning medium can increase the activity and learning outcomes of economic subjects easily and efficiently so that the interaction of students' understanding of economic study, and at the same time improve the character of the students. Students are very interested in studying economic subjects to become entrepreneurs with good character education. Gutru expected to be able to use the character-based pembelajarn methods with innovation to enhance the activity and learning outcomes of economic subjects

Influence of business plan proposal (business plan) is the beginning of human activity in developing its business. The creation of business plan proposals important things must be learned and understood. The training plan of business plan in SMK Bhakti Husada gives correlation (R) value of 0.411 and explained the percentage of influence of independent variable to the dependent variable called coefficient of determination which is the result of squaring R. From the coefficient of determination R2 contributed of 16.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The value of t arithmetic = 2.387 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is accepted, which means there is a significant effect (significant) variable making business plan proposals to entrepreneurship variables.

The Purpose of this research is to explain about implementation concept from development of manpower through their interest and motivation at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar Rahmani Institution. The method for this research is Qualitative descriptive. The data has been collected by interview, quisioner, direct observation and also documentation. The method for credibility data on the reseach is using Triangulation method which is comparison between the result of direct interview and comparison betweenthe result of interview, summary of the result for quisioner data with documents that has been prepared before. Data analytical that has been using for this research is interactive analysis which is reduction data, presentation of data and summary of conclusions. Through this research, its known that the development of human resources at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-Rahmani Institution are using various program in practice on the field or theory. Top program at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-Rahmani Institution is Tafidzul Qur’an 30 Juz for boarding student. Term for this program is 6 years and after finished the program will graduating from the Institution. Then program how to learning Al-Qur’an also will giving to the community near the Institution. And then boarding studentalso get enterpreneurship knowledge in theory and practice with business partner and hopefully they can change their thought about enterpreneurship and also living indipendently in the future. We are hoping that Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-ramani Institution can contribute for moslem community especially for orphan anddhuafaand also theycan produce good students who remembered and understand the content of Al-Qur’an and able to apply it in their daily life. Beside of the education of Al-Qur’an, We also hoping Taufidzul Qu’ran Ar-ramani Institution can develop formal education and knowledge of enterpreneurship (Theoritical and practical) for their students. So in the future their students able to living indipendently, creating employment for theirself and others, has good manner and also has high education.

Learning in schools requires continuous innovation and development. This needs to be done, because students must get quality and creative learning. One method that emphasizes cooperative learning is cooperative learning assisted by scrabble media. The purpose of this study was to describe scrabble-assisted cooperative learning in social studies for grade IX students. The method used is a classroom action research method. The results showed that the use of scrabbled-assisted cooperative learning methods could assist classroom learning in social studies subjects. The increase in value from pre-cycle to second cycle is 12 points. Learning is more dynamic and runs actively. The students are active and always looking for good answers.

Entrepreneurship is an activity that can provide independence to students. Teachers and parents, can contribute to the maximum, if between parents and teachers can work well together. But there are still many schools that have not given a large portion of the value of entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurship is very important in developing students to improve economic and social independence. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of entrepreneurial training and student interest in the Tangerang Arrahmani Foundation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The population was 30 students, and the sample was 10 students. The sampling method uses a purposive sample method. The results of the study produced the role of entrepreneurship training and interest in supporting entrepreneurship. Teachers can help in school with the training that has been given. While parents can help familiarize training at home.

This study aims to describe flexibility in the era of globalization. The method uses the literature review method. All documents, articles, books, scientific sources are processed and analyzed, and conclusions are given. The results of mass production research of standard products are no longer a feasible way to adopt the challenges of changing market demands, short product life cycles. In reality, the priority of competition based on cost, quality, time, flexibility or innovation and then paying attention to all resources to get something does not support competitive advantage. World-class factory owners must use strategic flexibility to overcome many uncertainties.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service and timeliness of service on customer satisfaction at BPSR Al Salam. The background of this research is online services that have been booming lately, influenced by the ongoing Corona pandemic. For this reason, many financial institutions have changed face-to-face services to online services. This raises many problems and adaptation is not easy. This research uses quantitative methods. Researchers used SPSS 20 to process the data. Data is taken from a questionnaire. The data were processed by classical test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The sample used is the customers of BPRS Al Salam. The data collection method used the simple random sampling method. Samples were taken randomly from the entire existing population. The researcher used the normality test for the homogeneity test, the multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that online service affects customer satisfaction, timeliness of service affects customer satisfaction, online service and timeliness of service simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

AbstrakÂ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi karyawanuntuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja di CV. Surya Mandiri Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisa kuantitatif (produktivitas, koefisien korelasi (r), Uji ttest dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh signifikanÂ biaya kompensasi karyawan (X) dengan produktivitas kerja (Y) didapat hasil perhitungan analisa korelasi r = 0,963 Populasi dari yang kemudian di Uji dengan menggunakan ttest dimana t0 = 3,182. Jika dibandingkan t0 ttabel berarti antara biaya kompensasi karyawan dengan produktivitas kerja mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memberi pengaruh yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.Kata kunci: Kompensasi Karyawan, Produktivitas Kerja

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality service to customer satisfaction. The design used in this study is customer satisfaction in independent solar car repair business. This study uses quantitative techniques with descriptive methods. The population in this study is the customer self-service solar car in Cilandak Timur Sunday Market which came to menservice vehicle car which in one month amounted to 110 customers. The research sample as many as 25 customers were taken randomly from October 206 s.d November 2016 .. hiptesis testing technique using prerequisite test and homogeneity test. The results of data processing, the Sig. 0028 <0:05 so Ho rejected. These results indicate that the quality of service of service gives a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Service quality; Customer satisfactionABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur dan ingin melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif , regresi sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan mobil surya mandiri service di Cilandak Timur Pasar Minggu yang datang untuk memperbaiki kendaraan mobilnya yang dalam satu bulan berjumlah 110 pelanggan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 pelanggan yang diambil secara acak dari Oktober 2016 s.d November 2016.. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji prasyarat: uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil pengolahan data, nilai Sig. 0.028<0.05 jadi Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan service memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to determine influence the leadership style and quality of : (1) distribution costs and the costs of promotion to sales volume, (2) the costs of promotion to sales volume, and (3) the costs of distribution to sales volume. This study population is an employee of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, amounting to 257 people. Study sample as many as 60 people taken at random. Leadership style to give a significnt effect on the performance of employer. This results of data processing, te value tcount = 5,024 > ttable on ? value 5% = 1,671. Quality distribution costs to give a significant effect on sales volume. Data processing results obtained tcount value = 2,140 > ttable on ? value 5% = 1,671 . The results of this study indicate that distribution costs and the costs of promotion together to give a sales volume. Performance data processing results the coefficient of determination (R2) of o.73% means 73% improvement in sales volume is influenced by distribution costs and the costs of promotion, while the remaining 27% (100% - 73%) affected by other factors not analyzed.
