Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa-siswi tentang pentingnya membuat proposal rencana bisnis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah diharapkan siswa - siswi lebih mudah dan mengerti dalam memahami penulisan proposal dengan menumbuhkan ide kreatif dan inovasi dan meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan tim abdimas dengan dua tahapan, tahap [1]. Observasi langsung, yaitu: tim abdimas langsung datang ke lokasi, untuk memperoleh data. Hal ini dilakukan pada saat menjelang maupun pada saat kegiatan berlangsung Tahap;  ke [2]. Demontrasi, yaitu: tim pengabdi mengajarkan secara langsung cara     belajar membuat business plan kepada siswa-siswi Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hikmah dan siswa-siswi SMP Al-Ihsan. Pengajaran akan dilakukan  4 tatap muka agar siswa-siswi SMP Nurul Hikmah dan SMP Al-Ihsan lebih memahami penulisan proposal bisnis yang akan diajarkan.Kata Kunci :  Proposal Rencana Bisnis dan Kemampuan BerwirausahaABSTRACTThis activity aims to provide understanding to the students about the importance of making business plan proposal to improve entrepreneurship skills. The outcome target of this activity is expected the students - students easier and understand in understanding the writing of proposals by fostering creative ideas and innovation and improve entrepreneurship motivation. The method of activity performed by the team is abdimas with two stages, stage [1]. Direct observation, ie: team abdimas directly come to the location, to obtain data. This is done at the time of the Phase; 2nd]. Demonstration, namely: team of devotees teach directly how to learn to make business plan to students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hikmah and student of SMP Al-Ihsan. Abstract

Dengan komunikasi yang efektif, maka fungsi manajerial yang berawal dari fungsi,implementasi dan pengawasan dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini memakai metode eksperimen.Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Teknik Industri semester tujuh sebanyak 25. Terdapatpengaruh yang signifikan komunikasi efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa.Data diolah dengan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada, Uji Normalitas,Homogenitas dan T Sampel Berpasangan dengan tingkat signifikan α=5%, Hasil ujinormalitas sebelum kmunikasi efektif didapat nilai Kolmogorof-Smirnov Sig. 0.190, danShapiro-Wilk 0.215 sehingga pada α= 5%= 0.05 < Sig.= 0, sampel data berasal dari distribusinormal. Sedangkan Hasil uji normalitas sesudah komunikasi efektif didapat nilaiKolmogorof-Smirnov Sig. 0.134, dan Shapiro-Wilk 0.346 sehingga pada α= 5%= 0.05 <Sig.= 0, sampel data berasal dari distribusi normal. Pada Uji Homogenitas Varians LeveneNilai Sig. 0.096, pada tingkat signifikansi α = 5 % =0.05 < Sig.0.096 sehingga dapatdikatakan sampel data berasal dari varians yang Homogen, dapat disimpulkan pada tingkatkepercayaan 95%, rata-rata sesudah komunikasi efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarmahasiswa mata kuliah kewirausahaan mean sebesar 80.9600 ) dibanding sebelum memakaikomunikasi efektif ( mean sebesar 64.7200 ), naik sebesar 16.24. Dengan kata lain,penggunaan memakai komunikasi efektif berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan hasilbelajar 95%. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk mengatasi masalah yang ditemukandalam penelitian.

Abstract

Inequality in economic growth was widening, when the beginning of March 2020 in Indonesia and various other countries experienced the impact and experienced widespread transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of investment on economic growth in Bekasi Regency, the effect of investment on the human development index, the effect of economic growth on the human development index, the effect of economic growth on people's welfare and the influence of the human development index on welfare in Bekasi Regency. This research method useD quantitative methods. If we look at this type of research, it included explanatory research, namely research that explained the causal relationship between variables in hypothesis testing. The data used was secondary data obtained from BPS from 2015 to 2019 (for 5 years), data in the form of time series in Bekasi Regency, West Java. The results showed that investment (X1) had a significant effect on economic growth (Y1). Likewise for the human growth index (HDI), investment had a significant effect on the HDI (Y2). Meanwhile, the variable economic growth had no significant effect on HDI, while economic growth (Y1) had a significant effect on welfare (Y3). Economic growth (Y1) had a significant effect on welfare (Y3)

Abstract

The analysis that is generally done in measuring the company's financial performance is the analysis of financial ratios by measuring the level of liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability. There is another way to measure it. Financial performance measurement can be used using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This research method uses quantitative methods, with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted by collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting, analyzing financial statements and knowing the company's financial performance by using the Economic Value Added (EVA) calculation method in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. The results of all calculations for 2015-2019 at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk do not all show an EVA value above 0, it can be seen that in 2018 the calculation results at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk show an EVA value below 0. This means that in 2018 the rate of return generated by the company This condition is lower than the level of cost or rate of return demanded by investors. This situation indicates that the value of the company is reduced (destroy value).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial management is to empower the community's economy at the Jami Al-Istiqomah Mosque. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations. There were three informants in this study, namely the chairman of IRMI, the head of DKM and the community. The results of the study stated that currently the financial management of IRMI (Ikatan Pemuda Istiqomah Mosque) is considered not to have empowered the community's economy because there is no fixed source of funding. The presence of the GISMAS program (Community Infaq Shodaqoh Movement) can help mosque youths to stabilize the existing cash flow. In addition, there is a need for innovation to publish the results of financial reports as well as posting activities and programs for mosque youth, one of which is by creating an official website that can be accessed by all people both inside the mosque and outside the mosque environment, as well as being considered trustworthy in financial management. and transparency is guaranteed so that people believe that the money they give to mosque youth has been used properly.

Abstract

Masih maraknya penipuan investasi dan bisnis menjadi alasan, mengapa para siswa SMP perlu dibekali literasi keuangan sejak di bangku sekolah. Literasi keuangan dapat menjadi bekal para siswa , dan diharapkan menjadi siswa yang melek keuangan, tidak mudah tergiur dan tertipu oleh ajakan investasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penyuluhan secara jarak jauh (daring) dan tatap muka. Kedua cara pemberian materi secara bergantian. Awal pertemuan diadakan secara daring, lalu secara tatap muka. Kegiatan dilakukan dari bulan Mei hingga Juli 2022. Kegiatan dilakukan oleh 20 siswa Mts Nurul Hikmah Bekasi. Parameter evaluasi kegiatan dilakuan dengan tes tulis dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada para siswa menunjukkan bahwa merek sudah mampu membedakan dan memetakan investasi yang terpercaya, mereka sudah memahami tentang e-banking, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pengenalan OJK (otoritas jasa keuangan) dan indusri keuangan. Nilai rata rata tes tulis sebesar 78, dan praktek sebesar 72.

The results of this study that for price variables (X1), and promotion (X2) there is an insignificant influence on sales turnover, while for product quality variables (X3) has a very significant effect on sales turnover. uality on sales turnover at UD. The results showed that the multiple linear regression value was Y = 22.675 + 0.068 (X1) + 0.0341 (X2) + -0.272 + e, meaning that the constant value was positive (22.675), indicating a positive influence on the independent variables (price, promotion, and product quality). If the independent variable increases or has an effect, it will increase the dependent variable (sales turnover variable). The results of the F test are identified with a Sig value of 0.049 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of price, promotion, and product quality on sales turnover at UD. Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge to students about the importance of making business plan proposals to improve entrepreneurship skills. The output target of this activity is that it is hoped that students will find it easier and more understandable in understanding proposal writing by cultivating creative and innovative ideas and increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The activity method is carried out in two stages, the first stage is direct observation and demonstration and counseling. The number of participants was 45 class X students. Teaching will be conducted 4 face to face so that Mts Nurul Hikmah students have a better understanding of making business plan proposals. The results of the activity show that students have been able to compile business proposals both in theory and practice with a pretty good category. Activities can be developed with other themes such as how to market products effectively for students.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan bidang yang masih asing bagi para siswa SMK. Proses pengenalan dan pemahaman kewiraushaan perlu digalakkan sejak dini. Banyak siswa yang masih bingung akan fungsi dan nilai nilai kewiraushaan. Untuk memperkenalkan kewirausahaan diperlukan penyuluhan dan penguatan bagi siswa di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan agar siswa mempunyai minat berwirausaha dengan baik. Metode kegiatan dengan penyuluhan dengan materi yang bersifat teori dan praktek. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 siswa .di SMK AlFarabi Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil kegiatan siswa sudah mampu melakukan kegiatan proses usaha dengan baik, walau masih ada perbaikan target. Diharapkan siswa dapat menjadi wirausahawan yang handal dan bertanggung jawab nanti. Kewirausahaan dapat menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang mampu menggali keterampilan penting bagi kehidupan siswa kelak

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah menjadi tanggung jawab guru, dimana proses pendidikan di sekolah merupakan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk diterapkan anak dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Guru dalam proses mendidik dan membimbing siswa juga dapat memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha. Orang tua perlu mengambil peran untuk mendorong anak menemukan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki anak selain itu orang tua diharapkan ikut mengevaluasi dan mengapresiasi kerja keras anak agar mereka merasa diperhatikan dan disayangi oleh orang tua sepenuhnya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penguatan inovasi dan kreativitas siswa dalam berwirausaha. Metode kegiatan adala penuluhan dan praktek pembuatan produk makanan dan minuman. Siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam kegatan ini adalah siswa SMP kelas 7 dan 8 sebanyak 50 siswa. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemetaan masalah mitra, perencanaan penyuluhan dan evaluasi. Pada evaluasi tes teori siswa mendapatkan nilai rata rata sebesar 68.5. Kegiatan praktek mendapat nilai baik. Siswa sudah dapat membuat produk makanan minuman tradsional, meski harus diperbaiki dari segi rasa dan penampilan.
