Abstract

This study examines the role of the Language Court in improving students' Arabic speaking skills at MTsS Nurul Falah Meulaboh. Using a qualitative descriptive case study approach, data were collected through interviews and document analysis to explore the pedagogical benefits and potential drawbacks of this institutional practice. The results indicate that the Language Court has three main functions: organizing individual and group language activities, implementing gradual sanctions for violations of language usage rules, and enriching the language environment through structured programs. This system has been shown to foster discipline and provide consistent speaking practice opportunities, but certain forms of punishment, particularly physical or psychological ones, have the potential to negatively impact student well-being. This study recommends a balanced approach between discipline and motivational support to ensure the goal of improving speaking skills is achieved without neglecting student well-being

Abstract

The tradition of ranup seulaseh, or ornamental betel, is one of Aceh's cultural heritage that has a deep philosophical meaning as a symbol of honor, togetherness, and love. However, modernization has led to a cultural shift that threatens its sustainability, especially in urban areas. This article discusses community service activities through training to weave ranup seulaseh in Gampong Blang Pulo, Lhokseumawe, which aims to preserve Acehnese culture while empowering women as the main actors of this tradition. The activity method includes interactive discussions, demonstrations, and practices for making ranup seulaseh. The results showed increased participants' understanding of Acehnese cultural values and the skill of assembling ranup seulaseh as a business opportunity. The participants' enthusiasm showed the potential for preserving this tradition to continue to be inherited. This training supports cultural preservation and contributes to women's economic empowerment. Recommendations were given for implementing further training and developing marketing strategies for local cultural products.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and examine the validity and practicality of an Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance student engagement and understanding in Informatics at the secondary school level. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) proposed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. The E-LKPD was validated by material and media experts and tested for practicality by students and teachers. Validation results indicated an average score of 95.15% from material experts and 96.64% from media experts, both categorized as very high. Practicality tests yielded an average of 96.28% from students and 96.84% from teachers and students combined. These findings confirm that the developed E-LKPD is highly valid and practical for use in Informatics learning. Moreover, its implementation shows potential to foster student engagement and understanding, aligning with the intended objectives of the development.

Abstract

The emergence of various local problems such as physical violence, psychological violence and sexual violence in very high numbers, in schools, at home, in educational institutions, in communities and in workplaces. There were 1,993 cases of violence against children and women recorded in 2024. In addition, the rampant corruption, use and distribution of drugs, marijuana, HIV / AIDS, LGBT. Abortion, free sex are serious challenges for the government. Coupled with global challenges such as war, the negative influence of modern technology requires Indonesia to think and choose the right and proven roadmap to realize a golden Indonesia in 2045. The Prophet Muhammad with the Qur'an has succeeded in bringing humans from the condition of ignorance that hurt each other, oppressed, killed, colonized to a life of mutual love. With the Qur'an, the Prophet Muhammad eliminated differences in social status, between the rich and the poor, between rulers and ordinary people, becoming equal before Allah SWT, except for those who are pious. With the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith, Muslims have successfully mastered ¾ of the West. The Qur'an, Hadith, the sciences related to them, the sciences contained therein are the roadmap to a golden Indonesia in 2045. The Qur'an and Hadith are the solutions to the problems currently facing the Indonesian people, and the answers to the challenges of the global world, realizing a Golden Indonesia in 2045, by revitalizing Islamic education. Teach the Qur'an, Hadith, the sciences related to them, and the sciences contained therein in depth, completely, and thoroughly.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of gamified learning using Quizizz on students’ motivation and academic achievement in Electropneumatic Control Systems at a vocational high school. The research was conducted in response to low student motivation and academic performance in complex technical subjects. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group was employed. The experimental group (n = 25) received gamified instruction via Quizizz, while the control group (n = 24) was taught using conventional methods. Data were collected using a validated motivation questionnaire (34 items) and a learning outcome test (38 items). Gain scores (posttest minus pretest) were analyzed using Independent Samples t-Test. Results revealed that the experimental group had significantly higher motivation scores (t = 4.396, p < 0.05) and better academic achievement (t = 3.275, p < 0.05) compared to the control group. These findings suggest that incorporating gamification strategies into technical instruction can effectively enhance both student motivation and academic outcomes.

Abstract

Well-being adalah sebuah kondisi dimana individu memiliki sikap positif terhadap dirinya dan orang lain, mampu mengendalikan lingkungan yang kompatibel dengan kebutuhannya, memiliki tujuan hidup yang lebih bermakna, serta berusaha untuk terus mengembangkan potensi dalam dirinya. Stress kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena beban kerja yang berlebihan, tekanan waktu, pengembangan karier, masalah keluarga dan masalah organisasi dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan tersebut dimana karyawan merasa capek, gelisah, tidak bahagia, sakit kepala, lemah serta mudah marah. World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 450 juta orang di dunia mengalami stres. Di Indonesia tercatat sekitar 10 % dari total penduduk Indonesia mengalami stress. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui, pengaruh Pengaruh Stress kerja dan Anxiety Terhadap Karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Makassar. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh stress dan kecemasan (anxiety) terhadap well-being dengan nilai P 0,999 (Stress kerja) dan P 0,719 (Kecemasan) dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh stress dan kecemasan terhadap mental well-being karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Makasar. Diharapkan kepada seluruh karyawan agar tetap mempertahankan lingkungan yang positif di tempat kerja, serta mempertahankan manajemen stress dan kecemasan agar well-being karyawan baik.

Abstract

Manajemen dalam pendidikan menjadi peran penting dalam keberlangsungan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan manajemen madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan yakni manajemen madrasah merupakan proses pengintegrasian, pengkoordinasian dan pemanfaatan, baik manajemen kurikulum, tenaga kependidikan, kesiswaan, keuangan dan pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarana, hubungan sekolah, masyarakat dan layanan khusus. dengan melibatkan secara menyeluruh elemen-elemen yang ada pada madrasah untuk mencapai tujuan (mutu pendidikan) yang diharapkan secara efisien. Sedangkan guru profesional adalah orang yang memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian khusus dalam bidang keguruan sehingga ia mampu melakukan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai guru dengan kemampuan maksimal, atau dengan kata lain guru profesional adalah orang yang terdidik dan terlatih dengan baik serta memiliki pengalaman yang kaya di bidangnya.  Adapun temuan peneliti pada Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah  Kota Batam menunjukkan adanya manajemen madrasah yang baik, dengan kemampuan menjalankan aktivitas extrakurikuler komunitas tahfidzul quran, komunitas kitab kuning, komunitas enterpreneur, komunitas sport, komunitas multimedia dan broadcasting, komunitas ipa, dan komunitas bahasa.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an absolute requirement for learning and has an importance in providing enthusiasm for learning, for this reason, efforts are needed by teachers to foster student learning motivation. One of them is by applying the Project Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to apply the Project Based Learning learning model in an effort to increase student learning motivation in entrepreneurship workshop subjects with gold thread embroidery fan material and to determine the increase in student learning motivation in class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah. The research sample was students of class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah with 35 students. Data collection was obtained through observation of learning activities and tests. The results of the study obtained learning activities in cycle I with an average value of 4.32 (86%) including in the category of excellent, for the results of learning motivation in cycle I with an average value of 91.14% has reached the set target of 80%, then for the results of the final post-test of the cycle I with individual completeness (86%) has reached the completeness criteria of 80%. The research conclusion is that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model can increase student learning motivation. Therefore, the application of Project Based Learning can be applied to other learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the level of professionalism in the fashion industry in Banda Aceh during the digital era. Conducted in June 2024, the research used questionnaires distributed to business owners and employees in fashion stores, tailors, and related shops. Adopting a descriptive qualitative analysis approach, the study highlights the adoption of digital technology, digital readiness, digital marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial orientation as key factors influencing professionalism in the fashion industry. The findings are expected to provide insights for the industry to enhance adaptation to digital changes, address challenges, and capitalize on available opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media for class The research method used is the R&D method using the four-D development model. The four-D development model consists of Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The results obtained from this development research are learning media based on Adobe Flash Professional CS6. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the media developed is declared valid in the media aspect at 85.42%, the material aspect with results at 80.83%. The media developed is practical with a practical value from teacher responses with results of 90.14% and student responses of 89.60%, and the resulting learning media has been effectively used with posttest results seen from students' classical completeness of 88% and a gain score of 0 .38 in the medium category. The conclusion is that the Adobe Flash Professional CS6-based learning media developed can be used and is feasible in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes.
