Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and workload on work effectiveness through organizational support. The subjects in this study were 80 lecturers at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Parepare. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is partial regression analysis using SmartPLS 4. The findings in this study indicate that the discipline variable has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational support. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational support. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on work effectiveness. Discipline, when mediated by organizational support, shows a very weak and statistically insignificant negative impact on work effectiveness. Workload through organizational support shows a positive and statistically insignificant impact on work effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Google Classroom application on student learning at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III. This study is an experimental study using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were students who were randomly selected in class V A, V B, and V C with sampling using simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 29 class V A students consisting of 15 boys and 14 girls. The research instruments used were observation sheets, learning outcome tests, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study were divided into descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be said that the use of the Canva application has an effect on teacher creativity.  Keyword: Google Classroom, Student Learning, Class V Learning Outcomes.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi google classroom pada pembelajaran siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa yang dipilih secara acak pada kelas V A, V B, dan V C dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan simple ramdom sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 siswa kelas V A yang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dibagi menjadi analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi canva berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas guru. Kata Kunci: Google Classroom, Pembelajaran Siswa, Hasil belajar Kelas V.

Abstract

The socialization activity for preparing financial reports among MSME players aims to provide understanding and increase knowledge of methods for preparing financial reports. This activity was carried out in Sanrobone village, Takalar district, South Sulawesi. This socialization activity was carried out in collaboration with STIEM Bongaya Makassar with the Sanrobone village government, Takalar and was attended by 15 business actors. The method of implementing activities is carried out by conducting short training and assistance in preparing financial reports in particular. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusion from the community service activities is that the development of MSMEs has gone well and the existence of MSMEs has provided many benefits to the local community. There are several obstacles in managing the business, namely the ability of actors is still low, the market share of goods/services is low. UMKM production is still limited, there is a lack of capital, they do not have a good bookkeeping system. Training activities provide benefits in increasing the ability and ease in managing UMKM finances. Follow-up activities are expected to be more technical in the form of training and technical guidance related to the preparation of UMKM financial reports, both in terms of manual or application-based.

Abstract

Hasil tes pada tahap awal atau prasiklus menunjukkan motivasi belajar sebesar 103 atau tergolong sedang dan untuk hasil belajar pada tahap prasiklus sebesar 68 perolehan ini masih dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik dengan menggunakan lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model pembelajaran discovery learning. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dan dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah angket motivasi belajar dan soal tes hasil belajar IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5 poin. Hasil belajar IPA mengalami peningkatan sebesar 19 poin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of ethnomatics-based learning media on the learning motivation of elementary school students (South Sulawesi cultural context). This study is an experimental study using a quantitative approach. This study took place at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III. The population of this study were students randomly selected in classes IV A, IV B, and IV C with sampling using simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 29 students of class IV B consisting of 11 boys and 18 girls. The research instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS computer program. The results of this study indicate that the ability of teachers in using ethnomatics-based learning media in student learning obtained an average score of 3.5 which was carried out very well. The learning motivation of fourth-grade students from the results of the prerequisite test consisting of the normality test Pretest 0.295 and Posttest 0.312, the results of the homogeneity test 0.095, and the hypothesis test 0.000. So the results of this study show that the use of ethnomatics-based learning media has an effect on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in improving student learning discipline in SD Inpres Antang II. The focus of the study includes the role of teachers, strategies to improve discipline, and forms of student indiscipline. The method used is a qualitative approach through observation and interviews. Subjects consisted of three homeroom teachers (grades 4, 5, and 6) and five students from each class. The results showed that teachers play an important role in shaping student discipline, not only as teachers, but also as mentors and character builders. Teachers are required to be patient, understand students ‘ backgrounds, and use an empathic approach and open communication. Strategies implemented include understanding the emotional state of students and the creation of a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. Forms of indiscipline found include: not paying attention to lessons, chatting while studying, not doing assignments, forgetting to bring equipment, and arriving late. This study confirms the importance of the role of teachers in building discipline as part of student character education.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the learning difficulties and responses of slow learner students in IPAS learning in grade III of SD IT Plus Qurthuba. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews and documentation with the IPAS teacher who is also the class homeroom teacher, as well as two slow learner students. The results indicate that slow learner students experience difficulties in understanding scientific terms, tend to forget easily, and often fall behind in their studies. Student responses to IPAS learning improve when teachers utilize visual media and small group learning. Other inhibiting factors include a lack of learning support at home and teaching methods that do not align with students' learning styles. Suggested solutions include the use of varied media, language simplification, formation of small groups, and increased parental involvement. This research is expected to serve as a reference for more inclusive IPAS learning.
