Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan dan observasi langsung, jumlah sampel 53 orang melalui teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan atau tidak secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian pula secara simultan menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Disarankan agar Pihak Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dimasa mendatang sebaiknya tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompetensi pegawainya antara lain dengan cara melakukan kursus/pelatihan-pelatihan terkait bidang teknis kehutanan mengingat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang sangat signifikan dan positif, sebaiknya tetap menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja mengingat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Counseling Information System in question is data management student at the LB which includes data of student, track record, note problems, home visits, the results of sociometry, attendance, assessment and counseling outcomes. Results showed that making student information system data processing carried out by the authors to help teachers BK in the data processing required.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a survey method approach in data collection. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store, Mall Panakukang Makassar branch. The population used in this study were 100 employees of PT Matahari Department Store, Panakukang Mall Makassar branch. While the sample is determined based on the provisions of the saturated sample, which takes all elements of the population to be the research sample. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed (1) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store, Mall Panakkukang Makassar Branch (2) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Branch Mall Panakkukang Makassar (3) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job sati.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Discipline, Loyalty and Leadership on Work Productivity at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council, Selayar Islands.The method used is descriptive quantitative method, the data used are primary data and secondary data generated from distributing questionnaires, direct observation and literature study. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of the hypothesis through the t test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and the f test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously. The study was conducted by taking a sample of 88 respondents, which is the total number of employees at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study proves that there is a positive but insignificant influence between the Discipline and Loyalty variables on Work Productivity and there is a positive and significant influence between the Leadership variable on Work Productivity at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study also proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Discipline, Loyalty and Leadership simultaneously (simultaneously) on Work Productivity at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study also shows that the leadership variable is the most dominant variable affecting Work Productivity at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertejuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap kualitas pelayanan, pengaruh servicescape terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan pengaruh tidak langsung servicescape terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling, Sampel penelitian ini mahsisw.a semester 4, 6 dan 8 dan hanya memenuhi syarat sebesar 110 mahasiswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, karen hanya menggunakan 3 variabel (servicescape (X), Kualitas pelayanan (Y) dan variable intervening (Z). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa servicescape berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, servicescape berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan servicescape berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Abstract

The development of the current administrative system of government is required not only to be efficient and effective but to strive for more synergy, especially from its governance. The shift of authority from the central government to local governments and then extended to the village level is a challenge but also an opportunity for bureaucrats to serve the community in a responsive manner. This condition requires an understanding of ideal and relevant governance in dealing with existing problems. This service generally aims to carry out technical guidance on optimizing local revenue through increasing the effectiveness of data updating and assessment of land and building tax objects in Kendari Caddi Village, Kendari City. The target audience for this activity are employees who are in Kendari Caddi Village using training, mentoring, guidance, and consultation on data validation practices which were carried out on 10 May 2022. The results of this activity resulted in (1) the effectiveness of data updating and tax object assessment activities. land and buildings in Kendari Caddi Village are quite good, (2) the role of the lurah in administrative activities, updating data, and assessing land tax objects is going well, and (3) services, rationality, effectiveness, and efficiency are running well.

Abstract

The MSME sector has a strategic role in the national economy but in its development there are still many obstacles. Therefore, this Community Service activity is directed to achieve the following objectives: 1) Providing insight or additional knowledge to MSME actors in Tappanjeng Village regarding good business governance, 2) Providing counseling on marketing techniques, financial management, developing business networks; 3) Provide insight into the importance of promoting using social media. After carrying out community service activities, several important points to be recommended are: 1) This training activity still needs to be continued in the form of mentoring to ensure the achievement of the overall service goals; 2) It takes the involvement of many parties in order to encourage the improvement of the managerial capabilities of MSME actors. Both the local government, banks, universities, and other non-governmental organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perputaran piutang dan periode pengumpulan piutang terhadap profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang akan menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dipilih adalah sektor keuangan sub sektor perusahaan pembiayaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 - 2021. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 13 perusahaan dimana sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling.Pengujian data dengan menggunakan metode Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimated)) untuk menguji normalitas, hetoskedastisitas dan multikolinraritas.Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis mengguanakan uji regresi, uji partian dan uji determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,869 pada taraf signifikansi 0.068 > 0.05, kemudian variabel periode pengumpulan piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas yang di buktikan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,869 dan signifikan < 0.05. Keywords : Perputaran piutang, periode pengumpulan piutang, dan profitabilitas

Abstract

Penilain kapasitas bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai kapasitas institusi, kapasitas pelaku pemerintah di tingkat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Penilaian dilakukan pada instansi pelaksana Program Bridge: 6 instansi di Provinsi, 5 instansi di Kota Kendari, 6 instansi di Kabupaten Buton. Hasil assesment menunjukan bahwa:         (1) Berbagai institusi pelaksana Proyek Bridge di tingkat Kabupaten/Kota maupun Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara belum memiliki kapasitas penuh yang dapat diandalkan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada publik ataupun dalam menghasilkan luaran yang bermutu melalui proses transformasi yang benar; (2) Sebagian besar pelaku di berbagai instansi pelaksana Proyek Bridge, di Propinsi maupun Kabupaten/Kota, memiliki kapasitas yang moderat dalam hal kompetensi, agak kurang dalam komitmen  dan energi, dan sangat kurang dalam compliance; (3) Pelaku yang secara sistematis mengembangkan hubungan koneksitas yang mengacu kepada standar profesional dalam konteks pengembangan karir dengan berbagai elemen di dalam maupun di luar pemerintahan telah ada di berbagai instansi, tetapi jumlahnya relatif sedikit. Mereka terdiri dari unsur pimpinan menengah dan merupakan “orang kepercayaan pimpinan” di instansi yang  lebih banyak berkiprah pada tingkat implementasi, mereka dapat menjadi pelopor kearah introduksi program-program perubahan. (4) Hubungan koneksitas dengan pelaku di luar institusi birokrasi maupun di luar institusi pemerintahan dilakukan oleh pelaku yang menduduki posisi pimpinan tertinggi. Hubungan koneksitas seperti ini memunculkan berbagai kekuatan yang memberikan corak pada tingkat pengambilan keputusan atau kebijakan birokrasi, terutama DPRD, Tokoh Adat dan Tokoh Informal, Kelompok Penekanan, dan Partai Politik.
