Abstract

Museum merupakan obyek wisata yang selain bersifat menghibur juga memiliki fungsi edukatif, dan dapat ditemui hampir tiap provinsi di Indonesia. Masyarakat masih banyak yang menganggap bahwa museum merupakan fasilitas yang membosankan, sehingga diperlukan media untuk mempromosikan museum dengan cara kreatif untuk target audiens anak-anak sebagai pengunjung potensial. Anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa sangat familiar dengan gawai untuk bisa menikmati hiburan, namun seringkali video yang dikonsumsi kurang memiliki nilai edukatif. Karena itu, penulis ingin merancang konten video serial edukatif yang mengenalkan objek pariwisata dan museum di Indonesia dengan virtual guide maskot 3D. Tujuannya adalah menghasilkan video serial pengenalan objek pariwisata dan museum, dengan DKI Jakarta sebagai wilayah prototipe karena memiliki jumlah museum terbanyak. Proses perancangan video serial ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Nilai kebaruan yang ditawarkan dari rancangan ini adalah penggabungan teknik real shot dan animasi 3D dalam konten video serial. Hasil penelitian diharap dapat menjadi alternatif tontonan edukatif bagi anak-anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of accountability, transparency, community participation, and human resources on the management of village fund allocation in Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. The population of this study was all residents of Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. The total sample in this study was 98 respondents using the Slovin formula, which uses the error rate or tolerance. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression processed with the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results showed that accountability had no effect on the management of village fund allocation, transparency had a significant positive effect on the management of village fund allocation, community participation had a significant positive effect on the management of village fund allocation, and human resources had a significant positive effect on the management of village fund allocation. Simultaneously, accountability, transparency, community participation, and human resources had a significant positive effect on the management of village fund allocation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Brand Image and Sustainability Awareness on Customer Loyalty at Miniso Medan Mall. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 91 respondents who are customers of Miniso Medan Mall. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS Version 27. The results showed that Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while Sustainability Awareness had a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of determination of 62.9%. This confirms that customer loyalty toward Miniso Medan Mall is more strongly influenced by Brand Image perceptions than by Sustainability Awareness. The findings of this study have practical implications for Miniso to continue strengthening product quality, design, and shopping experience, while maintaining its commitment to Sustainability Awareness as a long-term strategy in facing modern retail competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi hukum waris terhadap kepemilikan aset bersama dalam pernikahan poligami dengan melakukan studi kasus komparatif antara hukum perdata dan hukum Islam. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami secara mendalam bagaimana ketentuan hukum waris diterapkan dalam konteks pernikahan poligami serta bagaimana penerapan tersebut memengaruhi kepemilikan aset bersama yang dimiliki oleh para pihak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sehingga penelitian ini tidak hanya menekankan pada aspek normatif, tetapi juga pada pemahaman kontekstual melalui analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur akademik, serta putusan pengadilan yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan persamaan antara hukum perdata dan hukum Islam dalam mengatur warisan serta kepemilikan aset bersama, khususnya dalam pernikahan poligami. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan hukum keluarga di Indonesia, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya memahami hak dan kewajiban yang timbul dari kepemilikan aset bersama dalam pernikahan poligami. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai implikasi hukum waris terhadap kepemilikan aset bersama, sehingga dapat menjadi rujukan akademik maupun praktis dalam pengembangan kajian hukum keluarga di masa mendatang.

Abstract

PT Indobangkit Pertama Sukses is a manufacturing company that has been operating since 2016. It specializes in plastic manufacturing, producing Assoy Plastic, Meebag, Thinpack, PVC Rope, and T-bag. This research analyzes the operational management of PT Indobangkit Pertama Sukses before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic using qualitative data gathered through observation and interviews (conducted via Zoom Meeting) with operational managers. The research was conducted in Batam, where the company is located. The findings show that PT Indobangkit Pertama Sukses involves many parties and requires good product and information flow. The SCM concept can help the company plan production schedules and raw material supply to produce high-quality products. PT Indobangkit Pertama Sukses manages inventory and forecasting management well, achieving a large turnover. The company has carried out Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling in every activity and overcomes the obstacles of production machines that often break down.

Abstract

This research presents analysis of the Indonesian Dark Social Movement which was institutionalized as a digital resistance to the 2025 TNI Bill considered to jeopardize civilian supremacy and democratic principles. Initially, the movement was formed by public dissatisfaction with the military's growing role in the civilian sector and the opaque legislative process, then it evolved into a digital movement with a common identity, communication strategies, and organized cross-platform coordination. Through qualitative approaches via documentation studies and content analysis of a variety of digital materials, the research draws a map of the dynamics of digital resource mobilization, narrative formation, and coordination that characterize the movement's institutionalization process. The results indicate that Indonesia Gelap was able to convert sporadic actions into a structured movement through symbolic consistency, internal division of roles, strategic use of digital platforms, and partnering with civil society networks. Nonetheless, this evolution faced difficulties in the form of government repression, misinformation, and inconsistencies in digital involvement. This research demonstrates that the digital environment is not only the outlet of people’s grievances but also the place where the adaptive and sustainable movement institutions are formed and this has consequences for social movements' overall strategies in the day of digital democracy.

Abstract

Local wisdom constitutes an integral part of community life, preserving social and cultural values inherited across generations. Beyond serving as a life guide, these values have the potential to become a source of learning for character education. The Manampi Padi Basamo tradition in Bajubang Laut Village, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province, represents an example of local wisdom that is still preserved. This study aims to identify the values within this tradition and analyze their relevance to elementary school character education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, comprising reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings revealed values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), togetherness, solidarity, responsibility, social care, family spirit, harmony, and spirituality. Among these, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), responsibility, and social care were found to be most relevant to character education. These values support the formation of cooperation, empathy, and social responsibility among students. The results indicate that local wisdom can be utilized as a contextual learning source for strengthening character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, student attendance systems have become a crucial aspect of education management. This research aims to design and build a QR Code and Firebase-based student attendance information system at UNITAR Penang, Malaysia. This system is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy in the attendance process. The method used in this research is the Agile software development method, which allows for iterative and incremental development.
