Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan di Indonesia dengan insiden 354 per 100.000 penduduk. Kasus tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Tanah Tumbuh di Kabupaten Muaro Bungo pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 38 kasus. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor lingkungan terhadap kejadian penyakit tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Tumbuh Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian menggunakan desain case control. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Tumbuh Kabupaten Muaro Bungo bulan Desember 2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari sampel kasus dan sampel kontrol. Sampel kasus pada penelitian ini adalah pasien yang didiagnosa tuberkulosis periode Januari s/d Desember 2023. Sedangkan sampel kontrol adalah warga yang tidak didiagnosa tuberkulosis. Perbandingan jumlah sampel antara sampel kasus dan sampel kontrol adalah 1:1 sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 38:38. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian tuberkulosis adalah pencahayaan (OR=4,167; 95% CI=1,599-10,86; p-value= 0,0006), kepadatan hunian rumah (OR=3,322; 95% CI=1,293-8,538; p-value= 0,021) dan jenis lantai rumah (OR=5,926; 95% CI=2,013-17,445; p-value= 0,002). Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian tuberkulosis adalah luas ventilasi rumah (p-value= 0,251), kelembaban (p-value= 0,814). Faktor yang beruhungan dengan tuberkulosis paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Tumbuh adalah pencahayaan, kepadatan hunian dan jenis lantai.

Abstract

This study attempts to know about management analysis tourism is in town baubau and how much impact contributions given by the tourism sector for the community and in terms of increasing local revenue for regional autonomy in the city Baubau. Conservation is based on three things namely the protection, maintenance and development of cultural heritage sites. People and tourists realize that many potential sites of the Sultanate of Buton must be preserved to support the development of heritage tourism Bau Bau City Southeast Sulawesi, Qualitative research methods with techniques for collecting data on data collection.

Abstract

Penjualan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem secara efektif dan efisien sekaligus usaha yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perusahaan seiring dengan semakin maju dan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini Bagi setiap perusahaan, baik itu perusahaan jasa, dagang maupun perusahaan manufaktur, penjualan merupakan suatu aktivitas yang utama. Hal ini dikarenakan dari penjualan, perusahaan memperoleh uang masuk (cash inflow ) yang akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasi perusahaan dan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Dari penjualan pula sebagian besar pendapatan perusahaan diperoleh. Oleh karena pentingnya penjualan, maka perlu adanya suatu kontrol dari pihak manajemen perusahaan terhadap penjualan tersebut. Surya Motor Replika adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Penjualan berbagai macam Onderdil kendaraan motor dan Acesories serta suku cadang, proses penjualan di Surya Motor Replika masih menggunakan Microsoft excell dan Microsoft word, mulai dari proses pencatatan pesanan barang sampai pembuatan laporan. Hal ini tentu saja menghambat proses penyajian laporan kepada pimpinan, dan control manajemen terhadap penjualan menjadi sulit, dikarenakan document-document penjualan masih terarsip dan ketika pembuatan laporan administrasi harus membuka lembar-lembar arsip tersebut. Sehingga pembuatan laporan menjadi terhambat dan terkadang tidak akurat.

Abstract

The occurrence of funerals is infrequent, but when the need arises, individuals must be prepared to manage the associated processes. Despite living in an information-rich era, many individuals, particularly the youth, face significant challenges in executing funeral arrangements due to a lack of knowledge and access to relevant resources. The Bumikan platform was developed to address this gap by facilitating the funeral process. To enhance the user experience for prospective users, the platform was designed through a multi-faceted approach that integrates design thinking, lean startup principles, agile development, and the double diamond framework. Usability testing was employed to evaluate customer satisfaction and the ease of use of the platform. The test results affirm the design's effectiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience. In conclusion, by synthesizing various frameworks and prioritizing user-centric design, the Bumikan platform exemplifies a comprehensive development approach, aiming to provide a valuable and impactful tool for individuals navigating the complexities of bereavement.

Abstract

Al-Azhar Jaya Indonesia Integrated Islamic School is one of the educational institutions that has elementary and junior high school levels. So far, the school payment system has not been integrated into the system. This causes errors in the process of recording data and making reports. The purpose of this research is to build an integrated school payment system so that it can facilitate the administration in carrying out their duties. The development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD). making applications using the TypeScript and SqLite programming languages with the Visual Studio framework as a text editor. The results of this study can be implemented in the form of a school payment system application.

Abstract

In the learning process, there are still many teachers who use the direct learning model with the lecture method, this makes students bored and bored during the learning process, so teachers need to vary the fun learning model according to learning so that students do not feel bored and bored. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Conscious Learning Model in improving students' learning outcomes through Classroom Action Research (CAR). The Conscious Learning Model emphasizes active student engagement, awareness in learning processes, and metacognitive strategies that enable learners to understand not only what they learn but how they learn. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were students from a fifth-grade class at a public elementary school in Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation to measure changes in student learning outcomes and engagement. The results indicated a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Conscious Learning Model. In the first cycle, students showed moderate improvement, with several still struggling to articulate learning goals and monitor their understanding. In the second cycle, however, there was a marked increase in students' ability to plan, evaluate, and regulate their learning processes. This was evidenced by higher test scores, increased participation in classroom discussions, and more reflective learning behaviors. The study concludes that the Conscious Learning Model is an effective approach to enhance student learning outcomes, particularly when applied consistently with supportive instructional strategies and reflective teaching practices. The implications of this research suggest that integrating conscious and reflective learning activities into daily instruction can foster more meaningful and self-directed learning experiences for students.

Abstract

Socialization of law number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially the minimum age limit set at 19 years and the negative impacts it causes, was carried out in Tikonu village, Pomalaa sub-district, Kolaka district, with the aim of preventing child marriage (early marriage) as much as possible by provide knowledge and understanding to the public about the regulations issued by the government, especially regarding the minimum age requirement of 19 years for men and women who want to get married. This activity includes observations by the community service team of the FISIP-USN Kolaka public administration study program,delivery of material, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the socialization found the fact that many people still do not know about the existence of regulations regarding the minimum age limit for men and women who wish to marry, and found 6 (six) cases of child marriage that had occurred in Tikonu village. The community service team is encouraging the creation of Kolakadistrict regional regulations as an operational basis for preventing child marriage in Kolaka district through the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) service.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service program aimed to provide knowledge on the prevention and management of bullying toward students with special needs. The program was carried out through three main stages: a) planning, b) implementation, and c) evaluation. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the empowerment of inclusive schools through training to prevent and address bullying of students with special needs had a positive impact on teachers. The success of the program is reflected in the improvement of participants' understanding, as evidenced by an increase in the average score from 60.18 in the pre-test to 82.32 in the post-test.

Abstract

Cooperative learning is an educational method that emphasizes cooperation among students to achieve common learning goals. This research aims to explore the application of cooperative learning in teaching Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 9 Satap Wera. The method used was descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observations of teachers and students. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning is very effective in increasing students' participation, improving material understanding, and developing social skills. Students felt more confident and active in discussions, while teachers noted an increase in classroom interaction. The implication of this study shows that cooperative learning can be a useful strategy in education, especially in subjects that require social interaction. This research also provides novelty by filling a gap in the literature regarding the application of cooperative learning in the context of Islamic Religious Education, as well as highlighting the challenges faced by teachers in its implementation.

Abstract

Surimi is a processed freshwater fish product which is the main raw material for various food products, one of which is fish meatballs. The use of freshwater fish has disadvantages in terms of sensory characteristics, so it is necessary to add other ingredients. One of the additional ingredients that has great potential to affect the characteristics of fish meatball surimi is EWP. This study aims to determine the effect of EWP concentration in surimi from different types of freshwater fish on the characteristics of sensory properties, pH, and yield. The variations in EWP concentration used were 0%; 3% and 6%. Sensory testing included appearance, texture, taste, and aroma. The results showed that appearance, texture, taste and aroma had a significant effect with the best treatment of 0% EWP on catfish and pangasius meatball surimi and 3% EWP on tilapia meatball surimi. The effect of variations in EWP concentration on the pH value of fish meatball surimi did not have a significant effect. The best yield was obtained with the treatment of 6% EWP on each catfish, pangasius and tilapia surimi. The selected catfish and pangasius fish surimi meatballs were 0% EWP concentration while tilapia fish surimi meatballs were 3% EWP concentration because they provided the best meatball quality. The addition of EWP affected the appearance, taste, texture and aroma with the best treatment at a concentration of 3% EWP tilapia fish surimi meatballs and had no significant effect on the pH value, and the best yield at 6% EWP.
