Abstract

Interesting learning media innovations have an impact on the quality of the process and learning outcomes .Optimization effort smartphone students in learning activities namely by integrating interactive multimedia into Smartphone based android Development of the 4-D model which has four main stages, namely; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using Android-based educational game learning media on learning outcomes..This type of screening research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) with developed media is learning media in the form game education based android . The object of this development research is students in SMAN 1 Cigemblong to be exact class XI. Quantitative data analysis to test the effectiveness of learning media products using Tests N - Gain Score. Based on learning media development products game education based android that the average value results pre-test and post-test it's 0.73. Based on the reference value if the value of g>0.7 then falls into the "high" category, thus based on these results the use of the product that has been developed affects the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluates the implementation of a Canva-based technical guidance e-module in Panwascam, the District Election Supervisory Committee, under the supervision of Bawaslu in Serang Regency. Developed following the ADDIE model, the digital e-module includes relevant materials on election supervision procedures, handling election violations, and reporting techniques. Research and Development (R&D) methodology is employed to validate and refine the module. The study involves 29 Panwascam members as respondents. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of the Canva-based e-module in enhancing the knowledge and skills of Panwascam in performing election oversight tasks. In conclusion, the Canva-based e-module proves effective in improving Panwascam's knowledge and skills within Bawaslu Kabupaten Serang, providing a viable training alternative for hard-to-reach areas while enhancing accessibility and efficiency in delivering training materials.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning video based on the Wondershare Filmora application in art and culture subjects in painting material to increase learning effectiveness and make it easier for students to absorb the material. Researchers use the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model as a guide for developing an effective product. The research procedure is to analyze the needs of students, design the required teaching materials, develop teaching materials that have been designed, implement them on students and evaluate the results of implementing teaching materials. The results of the development show that interactive learning videos based on the Wondershare Filmora application can increase student motivation because they provide an attractive appearance with content inserted in the form of video tutorials and are accompanied by solid and clear backsounds and narratives to support the interactive learning media being developed and can help students understand real form of the material being studied. Increasing educators' knowledge regarding the development of teaching materials, increasing learning effectiveness and growing motivation and interest in learning students are the results obtained. However, on this occasion the researcher only focused on developing teaching materials.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja dosen merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perguruan tinggi. Namun, pada Kampus STMIK Kuwera, proses penilaian kinerja dosen masih bersifat manual dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di isi oleh mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan ketidakjelasan dalam pengukuran kinerja, kesulitan mengintegrasikan data, serta kurangnya objektivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja dosen dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) pada Kampus STMIK Kuwera. Metode WP merupakan bagian dari analisis multikriteria keputusan yang menghubungkan nilai atribut atau kriteria melalui proses perkalian dan normalisasi. Sistem ini akan menggunakan kriteria absensi dosen, penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat, keaktifan organisasi lain dan kuesioner dalam penilaian kinerja dosen. Penerapan metode WP dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses penilaian, meningkatkan akurasi hasil, serta memberikan penilaian yang lebih objektif, sistematis, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini juga akan memfasilitasi pengelolaan data, penyimpanan, dan akses informasi kinerja dosen secara terintegrasi, mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan kinerja dosen oleh manajemen.

Abstract

Hyperglycemia occurs due to too much sugar intake resulting in blood glucose above normal. Treatment that can reduce blood sugar levels is to consume a decoction of moringa leaves and cherry leaves. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a two group pretest-posttest design from August to October 2022. The population in this study were all Type II DM patients within the working area of ​​the Tanah Kuning Health Center, totaling 245 people. The sampling technique in this study was based on Roscoe's theory, so a sample of 30 respondents. The statistical test used is the paired t test if t count (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The effect of moringa leaf decoction to lower blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients with a value of 0.00 and the effect of cherry leaf decoction to lower blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients obtained a value of 0.00. So there is an effect of moringa leaf decoction and cherry leaf decoction to reduce blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients in the Working Area of ​​the Tanah Kuning Health Center. Abstract

This study aims to determine students' mathematical numeracy abilities before and after the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by learning video media. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research sample used was Class V-B students of SDN 1 Giriharja, Cipanas District, consisting of 25 students and taken using saturated sampling techniques. This study used a data collection technique, namely a written test in the form of a mathematical numeracy ability test sheet. Data analysis used a t-test. The results of the study showed that (1) Mathematical numeracy abilities before the implementation of the PjBL learning model assisted by learning video media were included in the moderate category based on the results of the mathematical numeracy ability pre-test with an average of 23.00. (2) Mathematical numeracy abilities after the implementation of the PjBL learning model assisted by learning video media were included in the moderate category based on the results of the mathematical numeracy ability post-test with an average of 80.60. (3) There was a significant influence of the implementation of the PjBL learning model assisted by learning video media on students' mathematical numeracy abilities based on the results of statistical tests that showed a Sig. value. 0.000 < 0.05 with a significance level of 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by learning video media has an effect on students' mathematical numeracy abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to explore lecturers’ perceptions of the use of e-learning in supporting performance in the English Language Education Study Program. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to lecturers at several universities. The research results show that the majority of lecturers have good knowledge about e-learning and recognize its benefits in supporting the learning process. However, problems related to accessibility and quality of internet networks are a major concern, with most lecturers stating that e-learning is ineffective for students in areas with limited internet access. Despite facing technical challenges, the majority of lecturers still feel happy and satisfied in using e-learning as a learning medium. In conclusion, efforts to improve technological infrastructure, training and support related to e-learning must be strengthened to improve the quality of learning and performance of lecturers in the English Language Education Study Program.

Abstract

Education plays a pivotal role in shaping competitive and high-quality human resources. In this process, teachers serve as key agents of change whose performance significantly impacts educational outcomes. However, the performance of junior high school teachers in Walantaka District, Serang City remains suboptimal, marked by inadequate lesson planning, limited technology integration, and low creativity in instructional strategies. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-directed training on the Ruang GTK platform and teacher creativity in learning with overall teacher performance. Employing a quantitative correlational method, data were collected from 54 teachers selected using purposive sampling from three public junior high schools. The study used questionnaires and analysed the data with linear regression and correlation analysis via SPSS. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between self-training and teacher performance (r = 0.623, p < 0.05), as well as between teacher creativity and performance (r = 0.580, p < 0.05). Additionally, the joint influence of both variables showed a significant effect on teacher performance (R = 0.703; R² = 0.494). The novelty of this study lies in integrating a digital self-training platform (Ruang GTK) and pedagogical creativity as joint predictors of teacher performance an approach that has rarely been quantitatively assessed in the Indonesian educational context. The original contribution of this study is the empirical evidence supporting Ruang GTK as a scalable solution to teacher development, especially where conventional training access is limited. In conclusion, optimizing self-training and fostering creativity can serve as a strategic framework to enhance teacher competence and, ultimately, improve the quality of learning and education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan Analisa dan pengembangan system sebagai bahan untuk pengambilan keputusan pimpinan dalam meniai laporan penjualan. PT. Menara Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur peralatan dapur berbahan baku stainless steel yang terletak di Jakarta . Sistem informasi penjualan yang berjalan saat ini masih konvensional sehingga menyebabkan lambatnya proses kegiatan penjualan. Kegiatan penginputan data masih menggunakan metode manual dengan menggunakan microsoft excel mengakibatkan proses bisnis menjadi tidak efektif karena membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Ketidak efektifan juga terjadi dengan adanya kesulitan yang disebabkan banyaknya permintaan dimensi yang berbeda pada tiap barang dan pada berbagai macam pembeli. Hal tersebut menyebabkan rekapitulasi laporan penjualan dengan pengeluaran surat perintah kerja yang mengacu pada pemesanan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen menjadi tidak sama. Dengan adanya berbagai kendala tersebut menyulitkan bagian penjualan untuk membuat keputusan dalam mengembangkan maupun mengetahui performance penjualan yang sedang berjalan. Hasil akhir dari laporan ini yaitu terbentuknya sistem informasi penjualan yang terkomputerisasi dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan pada bagian keuangan.

Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi pada perusahaan berfungsi untuk mengolah data dan menyajikannya menjadi informasi berupa tampilan laporan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Beberapa permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi adalah adanya sistem pembayaran service mobil yang masih bersifat manual dan belum terintegrasi kepada sistem yang lain sehingga keakuratan data, serta efisiensi yang diperoleh belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sistem secara optimal. Selain itu, pencatatan dan penyimpanan data di CC Motor masih dalam bentuk arsip sehingga tidak dapat dijamin keamanannya. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dengan adanya pengembangan sistem akan memecahkan masalah-masalah yang ada dan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode analisa sistem yang berjalan bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan aplikasi berupa prototipe yang dapat membantu perusahaan guna sebagai usulan untuk dapat dikembangkan dan diimplementasi sebagaimana tujuan dari perancangan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil analisa sistem dan dapat memberikan arahan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk memecahkan masalah, sehingga data yang dihasilkan akurat dan tidak mudah hilang terutama yang terkait dengan data pembayaran service mobil dari pelanggan.
