Abstract

Umkm memiliki peranan yang sangat krusial dalam roda perekonomian nasional, umkm merupakan pilar utama dalam perekonomian nasional. Tercatat umkm memiliki kontribusi sebesar 61.07% terhadap produk domestik bruto. Namun terdapat permasalahan dimana persaingan yang semakin ketat menyebabkan sulit bersaing dalam hal promosi dengan produk-produk lainya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan software open source odoo, tujuan dari pembuatan website adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan bunga plastik, perkembangan teknologi internet yang sekarang sudah berkembang dengan sangat cepat hal ini berdampak pada kemudahan dalam berbagai bidang pekerjaan, sehingga pengembang web akan lebih mudah dan cepat. Tahapan dalam pengembangan sistem website ini menggunakan metodology waterfall, dan langkah-langkah metodenya yaitu metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dengan mempelajari, meneliti dan membaca buku,jurnal,skripsi yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan sistem. Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi umkm berbasis web dapat membantu untuk mempromosikan pelaku umkm secara online yang dapat dengan mudah di akses oleh orang awam cukup dengan mengunjungi web. Dan analisi ini menunjukan bahwa studi yang berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah sistem berbasis web berkaitan dengan daya saing bisnis pasar. Kata Kunci: Sistem Penjualan, UMKM, ODOO

Abstract

This service was held in Wonokerso Village, District. Limbung District. Stem. The aim is to empower the entrepreneurial community by non-working housewives. Techniques for implementing community service using learning and mentoring methods. The target of this service is 20 housewives. The results to be achieved are 1) the participants understand the meaning of creative entrepreneurship and are able to run a home business, especially making Emping Mlinjo. 2) Not only that, but also able to market their own products. Abstract

One of the economic forces that has been supporting the Indonesian economy and regional economic strength is the presence of micro, small and medium businesses (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's development and economy. However, MSMEs have limited resources and their small business scale encourages MSME entrepreneurs to look for innovative and creative solutions. This is a profitable opportunity to improve and develop MSMEs that are more innovative and creative. One form that MSME players can take is by implementing simple transaction recording and utilizing digitalization. The aim of this service activity is that MSME entrepreneurs can apply simple accounting in financial management, be ethical in the use of social and digital media, open up insights to market their business online and strengthen themselves as entrepreneurs so that MSMEs grow and develop. This service method involves providing outreach to the Mijen Village community. This activity was carried out with high community enthusiasm and support from Regional Government policies and figures from Mijen Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. This community service activity can increase insight and skills, as well as encourage the community to improve MSMEs.

Abstract

Wisata yang terletak di Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Kayen, Kabupaten Pati memiliki beberapa wisata antara lain Gua Pancur, Lorotan Semar, Bukit Pandang, dan masih terdapat wisata lainnya. Dengan adanya wisata tersebut sangat menguntungkan bagi masyarakat di desa Sumbersari untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, namun pengelolaan wisata tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal tersebut merupakan peluang untuk pengembangan wisata tersebut, dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat dan pengelola wisata tersebut, sehingga menjadikan desa wisata yang inovatif dan kreatif. Peluang tersebut bisa diciptakan dengan memanajemen dan mendigitalisasikan wisata tersebut sehingga dapat meningkatkan potensi wisatawan di Desa Wisata Sumbersari, Wilayah Kayen. Metode pengabdian ini dengan memberikan penyuluhan serta edukasi kepada masyarakat dan pengelola wisata di Desa Wisata Sumbersari Wilayah. Kayen. Kegiatan tersebut terlaksana dengan didukung pihak kepala desa setempat dan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ketrampilan, serta mendorong masyarakat maupun pengelola wisata aktif untuk meningkatkan desa wisata tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and develop the potential of MSMEs in Tawangharjo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, which is rich in natural resources such as agriculture, livestock, handicrafts, and processed foods. A qualitative research approach with a case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and documentation with various local stakeholders.The findings indicate that MSMEs in Tawangharjo Village have effectively utilized local resources through various strategies, including optimizing the use of local raw materials, developing value-added products, enhancing skills and knowledge through training and mentoring, strengthening marketing networks, and diversifying products and innovations. Collaboration with external parties such as the InaMikro company has also positively contributed to improving the legality and market access of local MSMEs.However, these MSMEs still face several challenges, including limited access to modern technology, capital, and broader markets. Continuous intervention from the government and related institutions is necessary to overcome these obstacles. Overall, this community service program has successfully increased productivity, income, employment absorption, and community empowerment in Tawangharjo Village. The implementation of this local resource-based MSME development strategy is expected to serve as a model for other regions in promoting sustainable and independent rural economic growth.

Abstract

In research with the title of the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance, with the number of samples taken totalling 68 respondents of PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees processed using SPSS Version 26. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Work Environment Variables (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) are processed using correlation analysis, regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y), the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) of PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Bogor Tourism College. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 employees of the Bogor Tourism College, which were then processed using the Smartpls 4.0 application using the SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.328, T Statistics 1.982 > 1.96 and P-values 0.024 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. The results obtained from Motivation on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.590, T Statistics 3.628 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Motivation with an original sample value of 0.920, T Statistics 64,976 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Motivation. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation with an original sample value of 0.543, T Statistics 3.838 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penguatan kemampuan ekoliterasi yang dilaksanakan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan mengetahui proses kegiatan penguatan ekoliterasi di sekolah dasar dengan menyeluruh. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah siswa dan guru dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi. Sekolah tempat penelitian dipilih berdasarkan letak sekolah yang berdekatan dengan kenampakan alam serta memiliki kualifikasi sebagai sekolah adiwiyata atau sekolah siaga bencana. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kemampuan ekoliterasi dilakukan dalam bentuk pembiasaan yang terprogram di sekolah. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran yang mengacu pada pembelajaran tema di kelas.. Kesadaran tentang ekologi ini tidak hanya sebatas memberikan pengetahuan namun juga memberikan contoh yang terimplikasi pada program lingkungan di sekolah. Meskipun telah diberi pengetahuan yang matang, namun belum secara keseluruhan siswa di sekolah penelitian menunjukkan kesadaran ekologis. Upaya yang dilakukan ini dilaksanakan di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas dengan berkoordinasi dan mengikutsertakan kontribusi dari pihak orang tua

Abstract

Land conflicts are still a major problem in Indonesia. The study on this paper examined the impact of agrarian conflicts through the children in Indonesia. Agrarian conflicts were not only impact to the landowners, but also have a significant impact on the children who were living in conflict areas. The study attempted the answer how children are involved in agrarian conflicts by highlighting the field context in agrarian conflicts, including psychological, social, and economic impacts? The methodology applied in this study was the qualitative method, with a literature review or desk review approachs and uses the conflict data collection system developed by the HuMa NGO, https://humawin.huma.or.id. This study found the trauma in psychological and social trauma to the children in agrarian conflict areas. This study provided comprehensive recommendations to protect and support children affected by agrarian conflicts in Indonesia with the meaningful participation of all multi-stakeholders or parties in the agrarian conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Compensation (X2) on Work Productivity (Y). Researchers conducted research at SMKN 1 Gunung Putri Bogor. The population amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 employees was used. The data analysis technique used is statistical test analysis, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t), Hypothesis Test (f), and Coefficient of Determination Test using the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously Work Discipline (X1) and Work Compensation (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Productivity (Y) at SMKN 1 Gunug Putri Bogor.
