Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh facebook dan pola asuh orang tua demokratis terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ngantru. Populasi berjumlah 520 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 95 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif normalitas, homogenitas dan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) hipotesis pertama ditolak dengan hasil siginifikansi 0,579 > 0,05, yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan Facebook terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V di kecamatan Ngantru. 2) Hipotesis kedua ditolak dengan hasil siginifikansi 0,464 > 0,05, dengan kata lain tidak ada pengaruh pola asuh orang tua demokratis terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V di kecamatan Ngantru. 3) tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam penggunaan Facebook dan pola asuh orang tua demokratis terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V di kecamatan Ngantru, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,601 > 0,05. Kontribusi penggunaan media sosial Facebook dan pola asuh orang tua demokratis terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V di kecamatan Ngantru sebesar 0,5% sedangkan 99,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara (1) penguasaan struktur kalimat dan keterampilan menulis eksposisi, (2) kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan menulis eksposisi, (3) penguasaan struktur kalimat dan kemampuan berpikir kritis secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menulis eksposisi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Wilayah Binaan I Makasar, Jakarta Timur tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik korelasional (keterhubungan). Penelitian mengambil sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) ada hubungan kuat antara penguasaan struktur kalimat dan keterampilan menulis eksposisi (2) ada hubungan kuat antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan menulis eksposisi (3) ada hubungan sangat kuat  antara penguasaan struktur kalimat dan kemampuan berpikir kritis secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menulis eksposisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap minat belajar siswa SD pada mata pelajaran matematika. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, metode eksperimen kuasi dengan non-equivalent control group desain. Alat pengumpul data adalah angket dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pengaruh antar variabel, serta analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, yaitu independent sample t test dengan bantuan SPSS IBM 22,0 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap minat belajar matematika pada indikator perasaan senang, keterlibatan aktif, ketertarikan, dan perhatian. Besarnya pengaruh adalah sebesar 45%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap minat belajar siswa SD pada mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap literasi membaca peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan pada peserta didik di sekolah kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini yaitu strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sedangkan variabel dependen ialah literasi membaca peserta didik. Desain penelitian yaitu desain penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap peningkatan literasi membaca peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan tes tertulis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik seperti analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. Analisis data dilakukan secara manual dan juga memanfaatkan SPSS 22. Hasil yang diperoleh dari data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap literasi membaca peserta didik sebesar 0,6983 dengan kategori sedang. Selain itu strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat menaikkan tingkat kompetensi peserta didik terbanyak dari level dasar menjadi terbanyak level cakap. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan kalua strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan pengaruh kepada literasi membaca peserta didik

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effect of differentiated learning on the literacy and numeracy of grade III elementary school students. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes with each class having the same student characteristics but different numbers. One class is the control group and the other class is the experimental group that receives differentiated learning. Data was collected through literacy and numeracy tests before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in literacy and numeracy scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. Differentiated learning shows a positive impact in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. These findings underline the importance of a learning approach that considers students' individual needs to improve their learning outcomes in the areas of literacy and numeracy, especially for grade III elementary scholl students.

Abstract

Electricity is a fundamental need for all levels of society, ranging from industrial requirements to basic household necessities. Ensuring the safety of electrical installations in homes or offices is crucial, as these systems must comply with established standards to prevent incidents such as electric shocks and fires caused by short circuits, which can lead to significant material losses and even fatalities. Despite this, many communities lack adequate knowledge about proper electrical installation and maintenance procedures, increasing the risk of fires and electrocution. To address these issues, the Community Service Program (PKM) conducted by lecturers from the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pamulang, focuses on the renovation of electrical installations at Babusalam Mosque, located in Daru Estate Residential Area, Mekar Sari, Jembe Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This activity involves replacing and upgrading outdated electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. The program aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of safe electrical energy use, thereby promoting the safety and security of equipment, buildings, and the community. Regular and comprehensive inspections of electrical installations are emphasized as a preventive measure to mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safer environment for all.Listrik merupakan kebutuhan mendasar bagi semua kalangan masyarakat, mulai dari kebutuhan industri hingga kebutuhan rumah tangga. Memastikan keamanan instalasi listrik di rumah atau kantor sangat penting, karena sistem ini harus sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan untuk mencegah insiden seperti sengatan listrik dan kebakaran akibat korsleting, yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian materiil yang besar bahkan kehilangan nyawa. Meskipun demikian, banyak masyarakat yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan memadai tentang prosedur instalasi dan pemeliharaan listrik yang benar, sehingga risiko kebakaran dan tersengat listrik semakin meningkat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh dosen-dosen dari Program Studi Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Pamulang, berfokus pada peremajaan instalasi listrik di Masjid Babusalam, yang terletak di Perumahan Daru Estate, Mekar Sari, Kecamatan Jembe, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penggantian dan pembaruan komponen serta sistem listrik yang sudah usang untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang penggunaan energi listrik yang aman, sehingga keselamatan peralatan, bangunan, dan masyarakat dapat lebih terjamin. Pemeriksaan instalasi listrik secara menyeluruh dan berkala juga ditekankan sebagai langkah preventif untuk mengurangi potensi bahaya, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman bagi semua pihak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PjBL model with folklore nuances to improve students' writing skills and self-confidence and to analyze the effect of self-confidence on students' writing skills in grade V. Currently, PISA shows that the ability of Indonesian students to solve PISA questions is still far above average value. For example, in PISA 2015, the performance of Indonesian students was still relatively low. Successively the average achievement scores of Indonesian students for reading, mathematics, and science are ranked 61st, 63rd, and 62nd out of 69 countries. The method used is a comparative method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of grade 5 elementary school students from the Ahmad Yani cluster in Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency, in the 2022/2023 school year, consisting of 10 elementary schools with a total of 375 students. The research sample consisted of 30 students from SDN Kaliwadas 01 and SDN Kaliwadas 02. The sample was selected using cluster random sampling. The two schools are located side by side. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data sources used were primary and secondary. Primary data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Secondary data was obtained through official releases or publications, including data used as literature such as books and reports. For data analysis techniques used are prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality test and homogeneity test, while hypothesis testing with t-test and simple regression test. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the writing skills of fifth-grade students of SDN Kaliwadas 01 and SDN Kaliwadas 02 after using the folklore-based Project Base Learning (PjBL) method. In addition, PjBL, with the theme of folklore, also increases students' self-confidence, where folklore has high character education values, one of which is the character of self-confidence. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in writing skills of 5th-grade students of SDN Kaliwadas 01 and SDN Kaliwadas 02 after the use of the Project Base Learning (PjBL) method based on folklore. In addition, PjBL, with the theme of folklore, also increases students' self-confidence, where folklore has high character education values, one of which is the character of self-confidence.

Abstract

This research aims to found out: (1) the students’ Indonesian grade use Think Talk Write (TTW) better compared than the students’ Indonesian grade use Cooperative Learning method, (2) the students’ Indonesian grade by high self efficacy development compared with moderate self efficacy development, the students’ Indonesian grade by high self efficacy development compared with low self efficacy development, and the students’ Indonesian grade by moderate self efficacy development compared with low self efficacy development, (3) is there an interaction between Think Talk Write (TTW) method and Conventional learning method about the students’ self efficacy development on the increase of Indonesian’s grade . The type of this research is quasi experimental with design factorial of 2 x 3. The population in this research were all students in the third grade of SD Negeri Mekarasih of Cihampelas Subdistrict of Bandung Barat Regency selected by chosen without random assignment into III B as the experiment class and III A as control class. The data of questionnaires result and tests of Indonesian are analyzed by using the test of analyze two way anova with Microsoft Excel 2016. Base on the founded data analyze, the research points are identified as follows: First, the test result of datas mean there are differences between Think Talk Write (TTW) method and Cooperative Learning method about the Indonesian’s grade, then the decision is learning Indonesian using Think Talk Write (TTW) method gives better influence than learning Indonesian using Conventional learning method. Second, the test result of datas give explanation that there are differences comprehention between students’ self efficacy categories development and Indonesian’s grade. This is because the tests result show that there are the differences Indonesian learning ability between students’ high self efficacy, students’ moderate self efficacy, and students’ low self efficacy. The students’ high self efficacy development has understanding ability of Indonesian better than students’ moderate self efficacy developments. Third, the test result of datas give explanation that there is no interaction between Cooperative Learning method and students’ self efficacy categories development about the Indonesian’s grade.

Abstract

Media learning can be disadvantaged into four types, namely: (1) Visual media, which only relies on students' senses of sight; (2) Audio media, which only involves students' hearing, (3) Audiovisual media, which involves hearing and sight simultaneously in one process or activity; and (4) Multimedia, which involves several types of media and equipment in an integrated manner in a learning process or activity. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of cooperative learning using visual media on the beginning writing ability of first graders of elementary school in terms of VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) learning styles through a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test (t-independent samples) on the n-gain control class and the experimental class. The results showed that there was an effect of the application of cooperative learning with picture media on the initial writing ability for 1st-grade elementary school students in terms of VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) learning styles with the highest effect seen in students with kinesthetic learning styles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki tiga masalah utama terkait penerapan model content-based instruction (CBI) dalam pengajaran keterampilan menulis kepada siswa kelas delapan di SMP Negeri 6 Wasile. Pertama, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana CBI diterapkan dalam pengajaran menulis. Kedua, penelitian ini menilai dampak CBI terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa dan hasil belajar secara keseluruhan. Ketiga, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana CBI mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar keterampilan menulis. Dilakukan di kalangan siswa kelas delapan di Maluku Utara, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tiga instrumen: pre-test dan post-test untuk keterampilan menulis, checklist observasi untuk guru dan siswa, serta kuesioner untuk siswa. Kelas eksperimen menerima perlakuan CBI selama empat sesi, sedangkan kelas kontrol diajarkan menggunakan metode konvensional. Observasi dilakukan selama perlakuan, diikuti dengan kuesioner untuk kelompok eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS, mengungkap temuan kunci: CBI secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa, karena baik guru maupun siswa merasa lebih mudah terlibat dengan konten menulis yang relevan dengan minat mereka. Selain itu, CBI meningkatkan motivasi siswa, sehingga proses belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan mudah diakses.
