Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control and The purpose of the authors of conducting this research was to describe and test and analyze the effect of education and training on teacher performance through motivation at the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education and Culture, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research approach is included in the quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 54 teachers and the sample used in this study was 54 people. In this study the authors conducted a sampling using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, teacher performance, teacher motivation, education and training and teachers in the District Coordinator's Office for Education and Culture in Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency are in high condition, education and training has a significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on work performance Teachers, education and training have a significant effect on teacher performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan iklim psikologis, diklat, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja Pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bojonegoro, untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim psikologis dan diklat terhadap motivasi kerja, untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim psikologis, diklat dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim psikologis dan diklat terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 118 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 43 Orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan path analisis dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, iklim psikologis, diklat di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan motivasi kerja dalam kategori tinggi. Iklim psikologis dan Diklat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja Pegawai, Iklim psikologis berpengaruh dan Diklat berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai, Iklim psikologis dan Diklat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of conflict and work stress through organizational commitment on the performance of the East Java Province General Election Commission Secretariat Staff. This research uses an associative quantitative research design using a questionnaire of 70 respondents, then the results of the questionnaire are analyzed using the smart PLS 4 program. The results of this research are 1) Work conflict has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 2) Stress has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. 4) Work conflict has a significant effect on performance. 5) Stress has a significant effect on performance. 6) Work conflict and work stress have a positive but not significant effect through organizational commitment to performance. 7) Work conflict and work stress have a positive but not significant effect through organizational commitment to performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan diklat, kompetensi, disiplin dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menguji pengaruh diklat dan kompetensi terhadap disiplin, pengaruh diklat, kompetensi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh diklat dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 125 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 53 pegawai megunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji empat hipotesis yang diajukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan persepsi pegawai tentang diklat, kompetensi pegawai, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan baik diklat maupun kompetensi terhadap disiplin. Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara diklat dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, hanya disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin dan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin.

Abstract

From time to time, public demand for credit increases. The PT Pegadaian (PERSERO) financial report stated that turnover and outstanding loans for each type of credit experienced growth from the previous year, thereby increasing capital rental income. This provides an opportunity for PT Pegadaian as an alternative to provide credit services to low-income groups of people who lack credit facilities from bank financial institutions. PT Pegadaian (Persero) provides credit very easily and quickly. One of the credit services provided to the public at pawnshops is a product called KCA. KCA is a superior product that is respected by the public. In general, the aim of this research is to describe, prove and analyze the influence of promotions and KCA product quality on customer decisions through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Panarukan Unit. The variables used are promotion, KCA product quality, satisfaction and customer decisions. The type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was collected using a purposive sampling method of 105 customers who had chosen more than one KCA product. The analysis tool used is path analysis. After conducting path analysis, it was found that promotion and product quality had a significant direct and indirect effect on customer decisions through satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kinerja, kepuasan, keadilan organisasional, dan kepemimpinan di Dinas PMD Kabupaten Bojonegoro serta menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung keadilan organisasional, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori dan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh 37 pegawai Dinas PMD sebagai sampel melalui metode sensus dan menganalisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara kepemimpinan tidak. Selain itu, keadilan organisasional dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya keadilan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, serta menunjukkan peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian Probolinggo Branch, this research aims to find out the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline through Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Probolinggo Branch, this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was 54 employees at PT Pegadaian Probolinggo Branch. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this research state that Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on career development. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on career development. Career development has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has an indirect and significant effect on employee performance through career development. Work discipline has an indirect and significant effect on employee performance through career development.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian Area Surabaya 2, this research aims to find out how the analysis of the influence of Digital Literacy and Digital Capability is on Critical Thinking through Employee Innovation. This research is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. Explanatory Research is research that explains the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The respondents in this study were 62 employees spread across nine branches at PT. Pegadaian Area Surabaya 2. Data analysis technique using PLS (Partial Least Square) structural equation modeling analysis with SmartPLS 4.1.0.6. The results of this research show that existing Digital Literacy and Digital Capability abilities actually do not significantly influence the level of employee Critical Thinking. Digital Literacy and Digital Capability can have a significant direct effect on the ability to generate ideas through Employee Innovation in Surabaya Area 2. However, when Critical Thinking ability is connected to Employee Innovation as a mediating variable, both Digital Literacy and Digital Capability can have a significant effect indirectly. directly towards Critical Thinking. So it can be concluded that the higher the value of Digital Literacy and Digital Capability, the higher the Critical Thinking through Employee Innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how workload and work stress influence employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Bangkalan Branch through job satisfaction. The data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) structural equation modeling analysis with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. Validity and Reliability Test. The results of this research state that 1) There is a significant positive influence of Workload on Job Satisfaction 2) There is an insignificant positive influence of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction 3) There is a significant positive influence of Workload on Employee Performance 4) There is a positive influence which is not significant from Job Stress to Employee Performance 5) There is an insignificant positive effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance 6) There is a positive, significant mediation of Job Satisfaction on the effect of Workload on Employee Performance 7) There is positive but not significant mediation of Job Satisfaction significant influence of Job Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance, and explore the role of work culture as a mediator at PT. Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 664 employees and the sample is 244 employees selected through a multistage sampling technique, which combines proportional cluster random sampling and purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that workload and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Although work culture has a significant effect on employee performance, work culture does not mediate the effect of workload on performance. Work culture successfully mediates the effect of work environment on employee performance. This finding implies that good workload management and the creation of a conducive work environment can improve employee performance, with a strong work culture as an important factor in mediating the effect of work environment.
