Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendiskripsikan Budaya Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai  Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total atau sensus sampling sehingga ditentukan sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik análisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori tinggi. Budaya organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan motivasi kerja semuanya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal, Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research population is all employees as much as 98 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample so that the sample in this study is 98, hereinafter referred to as respondents. The results showed both partially and simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal, Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, the influence of service quality directly on patient loyalty, the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty, and the influence of service quality indirectly. on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of 700 patients at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro in November 2021 with a sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and documentation by analyzing it using path analysis, especially Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro are in good category, service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, service quality has a direct significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. patient loyalty, service quality has a significant indirect effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Department of Public Works, Bina Marga and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. And to analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 52 people and the sample was also 52 people using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using SEM with PLS. The results showed Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive but not significant effect. Quality of work life has a significant effect on work engagement. Organizational support, quality of work life and work engagement have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect, quality of work life for OCB through work engagement has a significant effect.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe compensation, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees of the Meranti Islands District DPRD Office. To analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Meranti Islands District DPRD Office through work motivation. This research was carried out at the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office with a population of 37 people, then the sample used was all members of the population used as samples, namely all employees of the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques Descriptive Statistical Test and hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that compensation, organizational culture, work motivation of DPRD Meranti Islands Regency employees were in the high category while the performance of DPRD Meranti Islands Regency employees was in a very high category. Compensation had no significant effect on motivation, Organizational culture had no significant effect on motivation, Compensation had an effect with a significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant effect on performance, work motivation can mediate compensation has no significant effect on performance, work motivation can mediate organizational culture with a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze competency descriptions, work environment, employee performance and employee job satisfaction in the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office. To find out and analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office, totaling 37 people. As for the sample in this study were 37 people. The sampling technique uses census sampling. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study can be concluded that performance, satisfaction, competence, work environment in the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Meranti Islands Regency are in the high category, Competence has a significant effect on Performance, Work environment has no significant effect on Performance, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on Performance, Competence has a significant effect on Satisfaction work, work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work environment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and test and analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline which mediates compensation and work discipline which mediates organizational culture on the work productivity of BPBD Bojonegoro Regency employees. This research was carried out at the Bojonegoro Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) with a population of 48 people, then the sample was 48 people using a saturated sample. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques, using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research results showed that compensation, organizational culture, work discipline of Bojonegoro Regency BPBD employees were in the high category while the work productivity of Bojonegoro Regency BPBD employees was in the very high category. Compensation has a significant effect on work discipline, Organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline, Work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity, Compensation has a significant effect on work productivity, Organizational culture has a significant effect on productivity, Work discipline can mediate a significant effect on compensation on work productivity, work discipline can mediate culture.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total atau sensus sampling sebanyak 37 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis yang kemudian diolah menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengaruh kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap disiplin adalah positif dan signifikan, Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap disiplin adalah positif dan tidak signifikan, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap OCB adalah positif dan tidak signifikan, Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap OCB adalah positif dan signifikan, pengaruh Disiplin terhadap OCB adalah positif dan signifikan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB yang diintervening oleh disiplin kerja adalah positif dan tidak signifikan, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB yang diintervening disiplin kerja adalah positif dan signifikan di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to describe organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on work engagement, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of Bojonegoro Regency with the status of PNS with a total of 52 people. The sample in this study were 52 people with the sampling technique used in this study was census sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing of this study using analytical techniques using SEM with the alternative method of PLS. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency were in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive and insignificant effect, quality of work life on work engagement has a significant effect, organizational support for OCB has a significant influence. Quality of work life on OCB has a significant effect, work engagement on OCB has a significant effect. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect.
