Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know and analyze the role of cominte school in order to improve the quality of education in SDIT Al-Azhar 2 Batam as an educational institution that has formed a school committee. The school committee's performance is 1). As an Advisory Agency, (2) supporting agency, (3) Controlling Agency, and (4) Mediator agency. The results of the study and data analysis explained that the performance of the school committee of Al-Azhar 2 Batam SDIT in order to improve the quality of education has not been seen to be optimal due to communication that has not gone well between the school and the school committee as work partners. The efforts made to maintain conditions become more is to improve communication, coordination, socialization by creating new agendas for committees and school parties, and involving school citizens namely guardians to play an active role in supporting educational activities in SDIT Al-Azhar 2 Batam Sekupang District, Batam City Riau Islands province. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study and discuss about work ability and creativity that are important together towards work productivity in the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Agency; to know and understand whether it supports significant work and creativity towards work productivity at the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Agency. This research is explanatory research with quantitive method. The population of this study amounted to 57 employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Sumenep Regency, which at the same time was used as research samples. The results of the study describe simultaneously, work ability and employee creativity have a very significant importance on productivity. Partially, the work ability and creativity of employees have a significant importance on the productivity of the employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Sumenep Regency, with employee creativity variables having the greatest influence on the productivity of the employees of the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Office. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the ShariÔÇÖa People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 50 people. To analyze which variables between functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a dominant and significant effect on the career development of employees of the marketing department of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously functional training, HR competency and motivation had a significant influence on the career development of marketing division employees at the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2) Partially functional training, HR competency and motivation have a significant influence on the career development of marketing division employees at the Syariah Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit with a total sample of 85 personnel. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture, commitment, work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. 2). Partially, organizational culture, commitment, work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. Based on the results of the t test it is known that organizational culture has a dominant influence on the performance of personnel on the performance of the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel; evidenced then it is known that commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research used quantitative research. Data collected used questionnaires and documentation with a total sample of 50 people.. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) Significant influential leadership style on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational Culture signifies significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. 7) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between organizational culture on employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 150people. The objectives of this study are: 1). To describe the functional training, HR competencies, motivation and career development, 2). To analyze whether functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on the career development, 3). To analyze whether functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a partial and significant influence on the career development, 4). To analyze which variables between functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a dominant and significant effect on the career development of employees of the marketing department of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The results showed that the: 1). Simultaneously, HR Competence and Motivation had an influence on Employee Career Development in the Marketing Section, 2). Partially Functional Training, HR Competence and Motivation have an influence on Employee Career Development. Keywords: job satisfaction, competence, discipline and work achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 60 people (sampling technique was random sampling). The purposes of this study are: 1) To describe the leadership style, ability, work motivation and performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze whether the leadership style, ability and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style, ability and work motivation partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously the leadership style, ability and motivation of work have an influence on the performance of employees, 2) Partially the leadership style, ability and motivation of work have an influence on the performance of employees. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To know and test how the description about leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work performance of employees, 2) To know and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influence simultaneously to the performance of employees, 3) To find out and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation partially influence on employee performance, 4) To know which among the leadership style, organizational culture and motivation that dominant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis found that simultaneous, Leadership style (X1), Organizational culture (X2), Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Saronggi District Office of Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the value of F arithmetic with significance value less than 0.05. And based on the results of data analysis using t test found that leadership style (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Similarly organizational culture (X2) and motivation (X3) also have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) To know and describe about organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work discipline and performance of personnel, 2) To find out whether organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of personnel, 3) To find out whether the organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline partial effect on the performance of personnel, 4) To find out which variables among organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline have a dominant influence on the performance of personnel. The results show that Based on the results of previous research, the results of analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving the performance of personnel. Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Discipline Work partially have a significant and significant influence in improving the performance of personnel. the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has a dominant influence in improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan District Scope of Pamekasan Regency. with a total sample of 36 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have an influence on the performance employee, 2) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture partially have influence on apparatus performance of employee, 3) To know among the motivation, work environment and organizational culture that has a dominant influence on the performance of employee. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a very significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employee. Motivation variables have a very dominant influence in mempengruhi apparatus performance in the scope of Pamekasan District Pamekasan.
