Abstract

Budidaya perikanan, khususnya ikan nila, memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan di Bogor. Ikan nila dikenal sebagai ikan yang cepat tumbuh, memiliki kadar protein tinggi, dan adaptabilitas yang luar biasa. Tujuan adanya program ini untuk Meningkatkan pengetahuan petani lokal tentang inovasi Pertanian perkotaan, meningkatkan kemampuan petani lokal tentang Budidaya ikan Nila dan Aquaponic. Kegiatan kontribusi dengan melibatkan pegawai perusahaan Seameo Biotrop dan juga warga masyarakat Kota Bogor. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam kurun waktu lebih kurang empat bulan dimana dimulai pada tanggal 16 Februari hingga 30 Juni 2024 di SEAMEO BIOTROP. Tahapan program mencakup Upaya Kolaborasi Dengan SEAMEO BIOTROP untuk Inovasi Pertanian Perkotaan Melalui Aquaponik, kegiatan penyuluhan, dan evaluasi,dan menghasilkan penyuluhan yang dilakukan telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat lokal mengenai inovasi pertanian perkotaan, terutama melalui aquaponik.

Abstract

The demand for rice fluctuates significantly along with the increase in population every year, making PT. Daya Tani Sembada, as a premium rice-producing company, must do planning to deal with changes in demand that will occur. This research aims to analyze rice demand forecasting and the optimal rice inventory. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling, where the Director and Administrative Staff are vital informants. Demand forecasting was analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing (Holts) method and inventory control using Economic Order Quantity. The results showed that: 1) forecasting calculations show that the demand for rice in the next period is 33,367.38 tons; 2) inventory control calculations show that the company can prepare premium rice inventory of 29.89 tons, safety stock of 336.03 tons, ROP when rice inventory is at 779.47 tons, and TIC that must prepare amounting to IDR. 5,357,082,020, -, overall, demand for rice has increased by 8,662.58 tons from the previous period so that the company can increase production for the next period by the draft inventory control calculation

Abstract

Cultivating organic vegetables promises significant benefits such as supporting environmental health, increasing farmer welfare, and improving food quality. Even though demand for organic vegetables continues to increase, farmers' awareness and understanding regarding organic cultivation is still limited due to barriers to access to information and the strong tradition of conventional farming. To overcome these obstacles, service activities are carried out through socialization of organic vegetable cultivation, in collaboration with CV Reja Mayur. This outreach not only provides technical information on organic cultivation but also highlights economic and environmental aspects. Approach methods through lectures, discussions and simulations are used to provide significant understanding to socialization participants. The results of this activity are not only aimed at meeting market demand for organic vegetables, but also as a strategic step in achieving sustainable agriculture. The hope is that farmers can implement organic vegetable cultivation practices with sufficient confidence and knowledge, create positive transformations in their lives, and have a positive impact on the local community and environment.

Abstract

Abstrak.  Pengelolaan sampah organik di tingkat rumah tangga menjadi tantangan signifikan dalam upaya mewujudkan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Sampah organik rumah tangga yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menumpuk dan menghasilkan bau yang tidak sedap serta berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan. Salah satu solusi yang inovatif dan ramah lingkungan adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknik fermentasi organik untuk menghasilkan eco enzyme. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pelatihan pembuatan eco enzyme sebagai metode pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Desa Gelam agar mampu mengolah dan memanfaatkan sampah organik menjadi produk yang bermanfaat seperti eco enzyme serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang efektif dalam mengurangi volume sampah organik rumah tangga dan mempromosikan praktik berkelanjutan di masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan diantaranya metode ceramah, praktek, serta diskusi dan tanya jawab. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat serta kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi kebermanfaatan, pemahaman, dan kepuasan peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami dan mempraktikkan pembuatan eco enzyme dengan baik serta menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah organik yang ramah lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan eco enzyme telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dimana jumlah peserta pelatihan mencapai 100% dari jumlah yang ditargetkan. Melalui kuesioner evaluasi, peserta telah memahami tata cara pembuatan dan penggunaan eco enzyme untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Peserta juga merasa bahwa materi yang diberikan sangat bermanfaat dan merasa sangat puas setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Eco Enzyme, Sampah Organik.

Abstract

Community service is one of the KKN-T MBKM program of East Java "Veteran" National Development University students. Growing vegetables hydroponically is of great interest to the community because it does not need to have a large area of ​​land, but hydroponic plants are susceptible to pests and diseases. Therefore it is necessary to apply plant-based pesticides to organically eradicate OPT in hydroponic plants, plant-based pesticides are made in order to create an environment that is safe from chemicals and produce fresh products. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills in using vegetable pesticides from shallot skins to control OPT (Plant Pest Organisms) on hydroponic vegetables and to increase the activity of members of the “Kirani” Women Farmers Group (KWT) in optimizing their yards for farming. agribusiness development so that it can increase the household income of KWT members. Assistance to the Farmer Women's Group lasted for about three months together with students of the Faculty of Agriculture, East Java "Veteran" National Development University.

Abstract

XYZ company encountered business challenges with stagnant sales. Therefore, understanding customer satisfaction is crucial because customer preferences provide essential insights for designing effective marketing strategies to cultivate customer loyalty and compete in the market. This study aimed to identify consumer characteristics, assess consumer satisfaction levels, and evaluate the importance of attributes influencing date palm consumer satisfaction at XYZ outlets in Surabaya City. The research utilized Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) tools, focusing on five variables: Price, Product, Ease of Acquisition, Packaging, and Packaging Design. The CSI calculation revealed a satisfaction score of 60.7%, indicating that consumers were reasonably satisfied with XYZ date products. IPA analysis identified six attributes requiring improvement to better align with customer expectations: affordable product pricing, pricing commensurate with the quality, product taste, product aroma, and branding logos. These findings are instrumental for XYZ in identifying areas that need enhancement to elevate product quality and meet customer expectations effectively. Abstract

Branding sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia bisnis dimana dapat menunjukkan identitas diri yang membedakan antara suatu produk dengan produk lain yang serupa. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan branding pada wisata kuliner makanan sehat Pawon Tani yang baru dirintis kurang dari satu tahun dengan harapan dapat memperkenalkan Pawon Tani kepada masyarakat luas dengan menyemarakkan pola hidup sehat melalui makanan sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan analisa masalah, observasi, wawancara & koordinasi, pembuatan media sosial Instagram, pelaksanaan branding, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan output kepada perusahaan berupa media sosial Instagram yang berisi foto katalog produk, konten edukasi pola hidup sehat dan pola makan sehat, serta berbagai pengetahuan tambahan yang berhubungan dengan manfaat dari bahan-bahan makanan sehat. Instagram yang sudah dibuat diharapkan dapat diteruskan dan dikembangkan oleh penanggung jawab wisata kuliner makanan sehat Pawon Tani agar terus sustainable. Branding Pawon Tani yang sudah dilakukan selama kurang dari 2 bulan, memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan yaitu peningkatan pengikut dari waktu ke waktu, menimbulkan interaksi viewers yang ingin mengetahui Pawon Tani lebih lanjut, bahkan terdapat beberapa pengunjung baru. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/agridevina.v12i1.3610

Abstract

Poverty among farmers is still present despite efforts to develop agriculture to increase farmers' income. The amount of household income influences the degree of household well-being. When household income rises, household expenditure typically increases accordingly. Consequently, higher-income households achieve greater prosperity than those with lower incomes. Sources of household income include earnings from farming activities such as cultivation, activities outside cultivation, and activities beyond the agricultural sector. The poverty rate in Batu City continues to decline because many residents have switched professions from farmers to the tourism sector. After all, farming does not provide welfare for farmers. This paper analyzes household income, assesses potato farmers' welfare, and identifies factors influencing potato farmers' welfare in Sumberbrantas Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The research period is March 2024—Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method with 67 respondents. Primary data collection was done through interviews and the use of questionnaires. The first objective is analyzed by calculating on-farm, off-farm, and non-farm income. The second objective was analyzed by measuring the level of well-being using Sajogyo's theory. The third objective is analyzed using binary logit regression. The findings of this study show that the average farmer's income is relatively high, with the highest income coming from potato farming.

Abstract

The marketing mix is one of the strategies that must be developed to build the image of a business so that it can be a factor in increasing customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction refers to the degree to which an individual's actual state is influenced by comparing the apparent look of a product to their assumptions. Increasing customer satisfaction is a fundamental aspect of the sustainability of a business. Many industries have an impact on competition between businesses, so every business tries to make its customers feel satisfied. This research attempts to examine the effect of the marketing mix simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction and measure the level of customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Jember district from February 2024 to March 2024. The study used quantitative methods with a survey approach. This study's primary and secondary data sources are primary and secondary. Accidental sampling, a non-probability sampling technique, is utilized by the sampling approach. The data analysis approach used was the SEM (Structural Equation Model) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), which used 68 respondents. The study findings reveal that the coefficient of determination (R square) is obtained at 0.578, or when percent, there are 57.8 percent. Variables that affect customer satisfaction. Partially, the price variable (X2), promotion (X4), process (X6), and physical evidence (X7) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the product variable (X1), place (X3), people (X5) have no significant effect. In addition, the results of calculating the level of satisfaction of BIKLA coffee consumers show a CSI value of 79.86%, indicating that consumers are satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Dengan adanya UMKM, Indonesia mampu mengembangkan potensinya untuk mewujudkan SDGs poin 8, yaitu Decent Work and Economic Growth yang berarti menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang layak dan produktif untuk semua orang serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Kini, sejumlah besar UMKM di Indonesia telah merambah digitalisasi dengan membuat konten-konten yang menarik. Hal ini dilakukan untuk tetap bertahan di pasar. Meski ada banyak sekali konten yang dibuat oleh para pelaku umkm yang bersaing, tidak semua jenis konten yang dibuat adalah konten berkualitas yang berdampak bagi citra merek dagang ataupun penjualan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas konten dengan menerapkan content planning. Hasilnya, dengan menerapkan langkah tersebut ditemukan bahwa copywriting dalam content planning berpengaruh pada engagement. Karakter pengguna di setiap social media dapat berbeda-beda. Maka dalam content planning, harus diperhatikan apa saja hal yang disukai oleh audiens dan bagaimana cara penyampaian yang sesuai. Di instagram sendiri, audiens dari necerel.id lebih menyukai konten yang singkat, padat, dan didukung visual yang menarik. Meskipun begitu, engagement konten sebagian besar tetap ditentukan oleh tren dan algoritma yang sangat dinamis.
