Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation on the work productivity of employees at the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali. This research is quantitative research with a type of causal research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees of the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to determine the profile of respondents and multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research conclude that direct compensation and indirect compensation have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali.

Abstract

The fluctuating number of tourist visits tends to decrease from 2020 to 2022. Studying the marketing strategy carried out by the world cultural heritage (WBD) manager of Tirta Empul Temple in Tampaksiring, Gianyar, is fascinating. This study aims to examine the marketing strategy model commonly used to determine the most significant factors influencing tourist visits to these tourist objects, which are leading tourist destinations. This study was designed with a descriptive and analytic approach, namely reviewing and analyzing the marketing strategy model used, then integrated with the results of the policy analysis of the Gianyar Regency Government in developing a marketing strategy for the WBD Pura Tirta Empul Tampaksiring tourist attraction to provide services to tourists. The study and research of the developed model for promotion found that e-commerce is the most potent factor, followed by word of mouth, publications, and advertising. For destination attributes, the most powerful factor influencing tourists to visit is the product of memories, location, available accommodation, ticket prices, and tourist attractions. At the same time, a fun, clean, safe, calm, new places, and a comfortable environment dominated by Place Branding. The most significant factor driving the decision to visit tourists is post-visit evaluation; this cannot be separated from the satisfaction felt after a previous visit. There are still differences in understanding in implementing the rules between the management, namely the Gianyar Regional Government as the first party and Pekraman Village as the second party, which can affect the quality of service and the level of tourist visits.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini didasarkan untuk membantu kelompok seni lukis di Desa Wisata Sayan Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar dalam mengatasi penurunan nilai komersial seni lukis, dan menciptakan model pemasaran yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap para seniman. Sehingga mampu meningkatkan nilai jual karya seni para seniman di Desa Wisata Sayan. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan mengkomersilkan karya seni melalui NFT (Non-Fungible Token) dan mempromosikan dengan melibat influencer mahasiswa IPBI. NFT memerlukan platform berbasis blockchain agar dapat berjalan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey, metode partisipatory rural apprasial (PRA), pemberian Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas meningkatkan nilai komersial seni lukis para seniman di Desa Wisata Sayan Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

Denpasar merupakan kota dengan warisan budaya yang kerap terlupakan. Meski Bali terkenal dengan keindahan alamnya, aspek budaya dan sejarahnya memiliki daya tarik tersendiri yang perlu ditelusuri. Untuk dapat membangkitkan kembali gairah wisata budaya tersebut, kota Denpasar mengemasnya dalam bentuk paket wisata yang dikenal dengan Denpasar Heritage. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan eksistensi sejarah tersebut dengan upaya implementasi digital berupa digital marketing melalui media online. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode diskusi. Pengabdian ini meliputi kegiatan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat untuk meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan yang dikemas dalam program Digitour. Digitour: Denpasar Heritage Tour akan dilaksanakan di beberapa lokasi di Denpasar. Diantaranya adalah Inna Heritage Hotel, Museum Bali, Pura Agung Jagatnatha, Pasar Badung, Puri Jero Kuta, dan Pura Maospahit. Luaran yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah dampak yang baik terhadap kota Denpasar dengan peningkatan minat wisatawan dengan minat khusus sejarah.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian dan pendapatan negara. Indonesia sendiri memiliki beragam keindahan alam dan keanekaragaman budaya serta berbagai macam kuliner yang unik disetiap daerahnya yang dapat menjadi aset untuk dikembangkan guna menarik wisatawan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang mengunjungi Babi Guling Pan Ana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif menekankan pada fenomena-fenomena objektif dan dikaji secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 100 responden, dengan variabel kepuasan wisatawan memiliki skor 4,53 yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat puas. Dan variabel minat kunjung kembali wisatawan memiliki skor 4,51 yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat puas. Artinya adalah responden berpendapat bahwa Minat Kunjung Kembali Wisatawan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Makan Babi Guling Pan Ana sudah Sangat Baik dan membuat wisatawan merasa sangat puas dalam berkunjung di Rumah Makan Babi Guling Pan Ana.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu departemen yang diperlukan di industri, khususnya di bidang perhotelan, untuk mengawasi disiplin kerja karyawan demi mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Tujuan studi ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi dan kompensasi secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. 2. Untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi. 3. Untuk mengetahui peran kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Hotel Kokonut Suites. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua pegawai tetap di Hotel Kokonut Suites, sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Hotel Kokonut Suites, yaitu 32 karyawan, agar hasil penelitian menjadi lebih baik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peran positif variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan adanya peran positif variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berperan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa organisasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berperan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Human Resources is one of the departments needed in the industry, especially in the hospitality sector, to oversee employee work discipline in order to achieve maximum performance. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. To determine the role of organizational culture and compensation together on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2. To determine the role of organizational culture on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3. To determine the role of compensation on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is Kokonut Suites Hotel. The population in this study consisted of all permanent employees at Kokonut Suites Hotel, totaling 32 people. This study involves all 32 employees of Kokonut Suites Hotel to ensure better research results. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis in this study indicate a positive role of organizational culture variables on employee performance and a positive role of compensation variables on employee performance. Organizational culture and compensation have a simultaneous role in employee performance. These results support the hypothesis that organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and consumer behavior in influencing tourists' decisions to visit Penglipuran Tourism Village. This study also analyzes the moderating effect of destination image as a unique and sustainable Balinese traditional village. The results show that the implementation of effective IMC strategies, such as the use of social media and partnerships with educational institutions, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior, can increase the number of tourist visits. The destination image as a unique Balinese traditional village plays an important role in attracting tourists. The implications of this study provide recommendations for destination managers to develop more integrated marketing strategies.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Adiwana Bisma Hotel Ubud. Research methodology: This research was conducted in March-June 2022. The location of this research is the Adiwana Bisma Hotel, Ubud. Sang used in this study as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and t Test.Results: From the research results, it can be seen that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Conclusions: This study shows that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Adiwana Bisma Hotel Ubud. Improvements in leadership style and work motivation can directly improve employee performance. This confirms the important role of leadership and motivation in creating a productive work environment.Limitations: This study has limitations on the scope that is only focused on one hotel in the Ubud area, so the results may not necessarily be generalized to the hospitality industry at large. In addition, the variables studied were only limited to leadership style and work motivation. Contribution: This research contributes to human resource management, particularly in the hospitality industry. The findings serve as a reference for hotel managers in developing leadership strategies and motivation programs to boost employee productivity. Abstract

Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa ada atau tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang meliputi gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dan gaya kepemimpinan Laissez-Faire terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Fivelements Bali dan seberapa besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitan yang digunakan adalah jenis kuantitatif yakni dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan 60 responden yang dimana semua responden tersebut adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di Fivelements Retreat Bali. Validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, kelayakan model, Koefisien Determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis adalah beberapa strategi pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendukung hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi gayaakepemimpinan otoriter,. demokratis, danalaissez-faire berpengaruh positifi langsung dan cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan di Fivelements Retreat Bali, sebesar pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan sebesar 58,5%. This research objective is to analyze the impact of various leadership ideologies including authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire, on staff performance at the Five Elements Bali hotel, as well as the degree to which these philosophies affect staff performance. The research used is a quantitative type, namely by collecting data through questionnaires with 60 respondents, all of which are permanent employees who work at Fivelements Retreat Bali. Validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, model feasibility, Coefficient of Determination, and hypothesis testing are some of the data testing strategies used in this study to support the research's hypotheses. The findings indicated that the combination of authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles had an immediate and considerable positive impact on employee performance at Fivelements Retreat Bali, amounting to a simultaneous positive and significant effect of 58.5%.

Abstract

Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) adalah salah satu konsep bisnis dan teknologi yang didukung oleh sistem informasi untuk mengintegrasikan semua proses bisnis yang berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dalam sistem yang tersusun rapi. E-CRM diimplementasikan pada WhatsApp Business Bali Mandira. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan fungsi E-CRM dalam meningkatkan penjualan kamar dan mendeskripsikan implementasi E-CRM pada WhatsApp Business Bali Mandira. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah WhatsApp Business yang sudah dioptimalisasi dengan hubungan pelanggan (E-CRM) dapat meningkatkan penjualan kamar di Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa. Karena sistem E-CRM membuat komunikasi menjadi lebih efisien dan sistem yang disediakan dapat memproses laporan dan penjualan kamar dengan baik sehingga pergerakan penjualan kamar dapat di data. Jadi, Optimalisasi WhatsApp Business Sebagai Implementasi Hubungan Pelanggan (E-CRM) Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Kamar berjalan sesuai fungsinya karena digunakan secara maksimal dan karena adanya sistem yang tersistematis dan rapi maka, semua database dapat disimpan. Serta, diperlukan juga sumber daya manusia yang optimal dalam menggunakan WhatsApp Business yang sudah diintegrasikan dengan E-CRM supaya dapat difungsikan dengan baik. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is a business concept and technology supported by an information system to integrate all business processes that interact with customers in an orderly system. E-CRM is implemented on WhatsApp Business Bali Mandira. This study aims to determine the role and function of E-CRM in increasing room sales and to describe the implementation of E-CRM on WhatsApp Business Bali Mandira. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study are that WhatsApp Business which has been optimized with customer relations (E-CRM) can increase room sales at Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa. Because the E-CRM system makes communication more efficient and the system provided can process reports and room sales properly so that room sales movements can be recorded. So, Optimizing WhatsApp Business as an Implementation of Customer Relations (E-CRM) in Increasing Room Sales runs according to its function because it is used optimally and because there is a systematic and neat system, all databases can be stored. Also, optimal human resources are needed in using WhatsApp Business which has been integrated with E-CRM so that it can function properly.
