Abstract

تناقش هذه الرسالة تأثير كلمة نموذج تعلم التخمين لترقية المفردات اللغة العربية في مدرسة عالية نور الإيمان مدينة جامبي. هذا البحث هو بحث كمي باستخدام التصميم مجموعة واحدة قبل الإختبار جمع البيانات أجريت عن طريق الاختبارات والمراقبة والتوثيق. تم إجراء هذا البحث في مدرسة نور الإيمان بمدينة جامبي من شهر يناير إلى شهر مارس٢٠٢١. كان موضوع هذه الدراسة طلاب من فئة X من الأولاد والبنات يتكون كل فصل من ١٥ فتاة و ٨ طلاب للبنين. تم إجراء هذا البحث في ٢ أوقات الاجتماع. لوحظت في الدراسة جوانب تحسين المفردات العربية هذا (أ) انتباه ، الطلاب لا يتحدثون إلى أنفسهم عندما يقوم المعلم بتدريس الطلاب لا ينام عندما يعلم المعلم ، يستمع الطلاب وينتبهون شرح المعلم والطلاب يحبون الوسائط التي يستخدمها المعلم. (ب) اهتمام الطلاب بطرح الأسئلة أو التعبير عن الآراء ، الطلاب اسأل المعلم إذا لم يتمكن من الإجابة على الأسئلة ، يجيب الطلاب على الأسئلة قدمها المعلم والطلاب لاحظوا الأشياء المهمة التي شرحها المعلم و (ج) الشعور بالسعادة وحماسة الطلاب للمشاركة في التعلم تشعر بالسعادة عندما يعطي المعلم المهام ويعمل الطلاب في المهام بجدية. بخطوة تطبيق نموذج تعلم الكلمة هو: يقدم المعلم المعرفة الأساسية كمقدمة. يُطلب من الطلاب دراسة الموضوع وفقًا للمنهج المعمول به. يقوم المعلم بإعداد سلسلة من الكلمات وتعليمات الجملة حسب الموضوع. هذه السلسلة من الكلمات أو الجمل مرتبة على بطاقة / ورقة. يتوافق عدد البطاقات مع مقدار المادة التي يجب على الطلاب إتقانها. أمام الفصل ، يُظهر المعلم للطلاب بطاقة تحتوي على كلمات أو جمل لها معنى محدد معًا، يحاول الطلاب تخمين الغرض والغرض أو اسم كائن السلسلة. بعد الرد على إحدى البطاقات بنجاح ، تصل البطاقة التالية تم الرد على جميع البطاقات بنجاح. شرح كيفية وقواعد استخدام نموذج تعلم التخمين ( د ) حصلت نتائج البحث على ذلك إن تطبيق نموذج تعلم التخمين يزيد بشكل كبير من المفرودات العربية في المدرسة العليا نور الإيمان مدينة جامبي في موضوع أعضاءالأسرة.(ت) بناءً على نتائج البحث في جدول عدد ٦,٢٨ ، هناك تأثير كبير (ت) هناك فرق كبير بين تطبيق نموذج تعلم التخمين لتحسين المفرودات العربية لدى الطلاب.

Abstract

Effectiveness. Leadership Trust in Enhancing Career Commitment of Educators at State Madrasah Aliyah in the Riau Archipelago Province. Dissertation. Islamic Education Management, Postgraduate Program at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 2025. Educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) play a crucial role in shaping students' character. However, currently many teachers lack commitment to their careers, which affects the quality of education. This research shows that leadership beliefs play a very important role in enhancing the career commitment of educators. When leaders are able to provide clear direction, motivation, and support, teachers will feel more inspired and engaged in their work. This will have a positive impact on the quality of student learning. Leadership confidence is important because, first, it can foster a positive learning environment: With strong leadership, schools can create a conducive atmosphere for the growth of students and teachers. Second, it increases motivation and work enthusiasm: Inspirational leadership can ignite teachers' spirits to continue learning and developing. Thirdly, improving the quality of education. Committed teachers will give their best to their students. Fourth, making MAN a model of educational excellence. The conclusion from the research findings is that strong leadership is the key to enhancing the career commitment of educators at MAN. Thus, the quality of education at MAN can be improved and the school can become a center of educational excellence. Good leadership can change everything. With strong leadership, teachers will be more motivated, students will receive a better education, and MAN will become a superior school.

Abstract

Understanding history is often hindered by various constraints, including limited engaging learning media and insufficient attention to the culture of the Kluet tribe. To overcome these obstacles, efforts such as developing engaging learning media, promoting cultural understanding programs, and creating special educational games to introduce the Kluet tribe are necessary. Educational games for history introduction serve as an interesting alternative to introduce the Kluet tribe interactively. The use of technology in education, especially educational games, has attracted attention as an effective means in the learning process. This research will explain the use of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method in developing an educational game for introducing the history of the Kluet tribe. Based on the questionnaire results provided to users, 85% of respondents stated that this educational game on the history of the Kluet tribe is engaging and interactive.

Abstract

This thesis discusses of peer lesson-based active learning in motivating the learning of morals at MTs Al-huda Dendang, Tanjung Jabung Timur regency. Find out how of peer lesson-based active learning in motivating learning morality at MTs Al-huda Dendang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors active learning based on peer lesson in motivating learning morality in MTs Al-huda Dendang, east Tanjung Jabung Timur regency, Jambi Province. This research is a qualitative research is done by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The result is that of peer lesson-based active learning is one way to teach students to understand the material from their peers so that they can increase students’ self-confidence to be active in learning which ultimately result in maximum learning success. And the supporting factors for of active learning based on peer lesson in motivating the learning of morality, namely the teacher’s ability to guide students to be more active and creative, guiding students to get used to developing courage in asking questions and opinions. As for the inhibiting factors, such as students still having difficulty understand and remembering the material taught by their friends, overall students are less active in participating in morals learning activities, and difficulties in setting the time for learning activities.

Abstract

Validitas dan keandalan data merupakan fondasi utama dalam penelitian pendidikan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai teknik pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data dalam konteks penelitian pendidikan, serta mengevaluasi implikasinya terhadap kualitas proses dan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dari buku metodologi, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, serta dokumen akademik terkait. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik dan kritis untuk menyusun sintesis konseptual yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi memiliki karakteristik dan kelebihan masing-masing, dan harus disesuaikan dengan pendekatan penelitian. Di sisi lain, pengelolaan data melalui tahapan editing, koding, entry, cleaning, dan display terbukti krusial dalam menjamin akurasi dan keterbacaan data. Integrasi antara teknik pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data memperkuat kredibilitas temuan penelitian. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kompetensi metodologis peneliti pendidikan, serta mendorong penerapan literasi digital dan prinsip akuntabilitas dalam praktik penelitian yang berbasis bukti.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences and similarities between sharia (Islamic law) and customs in the context of joint property and analyze conflicts that may arise in the ownership and management of joint property, as well as efforts to resolve them based on the perspective of sharia and customs. This research was conducted using a qualitative method approach. This qualitative method uses literature study and comparative analysis methods to collect and analyze data. The results of this study show that sharia and customs have different approaches in regulating the issue of joint property. Sharia has a strong legal foundation based on the Quran and hadith, while adat is based on the traditions and culture of the community. Despite the differences, this study also found some similarities in the principles applied in both sharia and customs related to joint property. The implementation of this research is the importance of harmonization between sharia and customs in resolving joint property cases. There are challenges and conflicts that may arise, but efforts to reach a common understanding and balance between sharia and adat can help create the right solution. Cooperation between sharia institutions and stakeholders is needed to realize legal harmony that meets the needs of the community holistically.

Abstract

The need for entrepreneurial skills encourages individuals to demonstrate their creativity beyond the academic field. Over time, creativity will be tested as a determinant of new innovations. In response to this issue, this training aims to enhance the skills of female students in making bead crafts at SMPN 153 Jakarta. This training uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving the participation of several students from SMPN 153 Jakarta to understand and engage in an activity. This training successfully increased the students' creativity in making bead crafts by turning them into useful tools for daily needs. As a result, the participants gained knowledge and experience in crafting and improved their skills. This activity also became a venue for exchanging ideas and inspiration, creating a collaborative atmosphere. Keywords: Beads, Skills, Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Crafts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work enthusiasm and job promotion on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Lhokseumawe City. The dependent variables of this study are work enthusiasm and job promotion. The independent variable is employee performance, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is 70 employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Lhokseumawe City. The sampling technique used a census technique and obtained a sample of 70 employee respondents at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Lhokseumawe City. The research method used was a quantitative method, for the data analysis method using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that work enthusiasm and job promotion have a significant effect on job satisfaction, furthermore, work enthusiasm and job promotion and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Lhokseumawe City Regional Financial Management Agency. In this study, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work enthusiasm and job promotion on employee performance at the Lhokseumawe City Regional Financial Management Agency.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Restorative Justice (RJ) implementation in resolving criminal cases in the jurisdiction of Waesala Police, West Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The study used a Mixed Methods Sequential Explanatory Design approach, combining quantitative analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews and thematic coding with NVivo 12 Plus. The quantitative stage focuses on dimensions such as Police Socialization (SP), Victim Involvement (KK), Process Effectiveness (EP), and Satisfaction and Sense of Justice (KRK). The results of the CFA test showed high validity and reliability of the measurement model, with the dimensions of Empathy (EP) and Cultural Restorative Justice (KRK) as dominant contributors based on a factor loading value of 0.97. Qualitative findings revealed important themes such as barriers to victim education, the role of the police as a facilitator, perceptions of justice, and case criteria that are eligible for RJ. Data triangulation ensured depth of context and theoretical confirmation. The results of the study prove that RJ not only increases procedural satisfaction and social harmony, but is also in line with local cultural values ​​when facilitated properly. This study provides academic contributions as well as practical recommendations for law enforcement institutions in designing RJ policies that are relevant to local conditions.

Abstract

Kebutuhan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha mendorong setiap manusia untuk menunjukan kreativitasannya pada selain bidang akademik. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kreativitas akan diuji sebagai penentu inovasi baru. Menanggapi masalah ini, pelatihan ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswi dalam pembuatan kerajinan tangan dari manik-manik di SMPN 153 Jakarta. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang melibatkan partisipasi dari beberapa siswi SMPN 153 Jakarta untuk mengetahui dan memahami suatu aktifitas kegiatan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kreativitas siswi dalam pembuatan kerajinan tangan dengan menjadikannya alat yang berguna dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari. Hasilnya peserta mendapatkan bekal ilmu dan pengalaman dalam pembuatan kerajinan tangan serta meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi tempat saling bertukar ide dan inspirasi sehingga menciptakan suasana yang kolaboratif.
