Abstract

The National Commission of Woman is an independent institution that focuses on the issue of violence against women, including domestic violence. This research aims to analyze the role of the National Commission on Violence against Women in domestic violence cases. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of semi-structured interviews and literature studies, as well as data analysis using an interactive model. The National Commission on Violence against Women's process for domestic violence cases includes complaints, reception, gender-based identification, follow-up, and referral. If obstacles occur, an action will be taken. Various internal and external challenges are factors that hinder the effectiveness of the role of the National Commission on Violence against Women. Apart from that, according to annual records, domestic violence cases in 2020 and 2022 will increase due to several factors. Therefore, The National Commission of Woman is committed to protecting and fighting for the rights of domestic violence victims to get justice and a decent life.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) mengenai Sosialisasi Birokrasi Digital dan Keamanan Siber di Era Masyarakat Digital 5.0 merupakan hal yang esensial di tengah perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu masif di masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini ingin memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai penyelenggaran birokrasi yang saat ini sudah memiliki berbagai inovasi di ruang digital sehingga menjadi penting juga untuk menyadari pentingnya keamanan siber dalam mengoptimalkan peran birokrasi digital. Aktifitas pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan secara khusus kepada warga yang bertempat tinggal di lingkungan Kelurahan Pangkalan Jati, Kota Depok. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan kepada masyarakat agar dapat memahami urgensi dari birokrasi digital dan keamanan siber. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diselenggarakan secara tatap muka yang menggunakan Ruang Serbaguna Kelurahan Pangkalan Jati sebagai tempat acara sosialisasi. Peserta yang menghadiri acara ini sejumlah 30 orang yang sebagian besar merupakan tokoh masyarakat, Ketua RW, Ketua RT, perwakilan PKK, hingga para remaja yang menjadi bagian dari masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini dipaparkan materi tentang birokrasi digital dan keamanan siber, karakteristik masyarakat digital, hingga tantangan dan hambatan ke depan. Berdasarkan kegiatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi ini perlu diagendakan dengan rutin untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman warga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam strategi PDI-P untuk membangun citra politik pada kampanye Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan studi literatur dan pengumpulan data dari media sosial sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana media sosial digunakan PDI-P dalam menyampaikan kampanye dalam membentuk citra positif di hadapan publik pada pemilu 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDI-P secara efektif menggunakan platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan X untuk berinteraksi dengan pemilih, memperkenalkan kandidat, serta menyebarluaskan narasi politik yang mendukung citra partai. Konten-konten yang disesuaikan dengan kelompok pemilih, seperti kampanye lingkungan dan kesetaraan gender, berhasil menarik perhatian generasi muda. Selain itu, interaksi langsung dengan publik melalui media sosial memberikan efek positif dalam membangun citra PDI-P dan calon presidennya. Kesimpulannya, media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam strategi kampanye PDI-P untuk membangun citra positif pada politik politik, namun metode kampanye tradisional tetap penting untuk menjangkau pemilih yang lebih konservatif.

Abstract

This journal will analyze Prabowo Subianto's political branding strategy during the 2024 election campaign period through Instagram social media. This research review through descriptive qualitative research method explores how the Prabowo Subianto campaign's social media team managed to package interesting content on Instgaram as an effort to form a positive political branding or image for Prabowo Subianto. The target of the campaign team, especially the social media team, is young voters or Generation Z, which are the first voters in the 2024 elections, so campaign content must be interesting and innovative. The research shows that Prabowo Subianto's success in winning the 2024 election was achieved through digital campaigns on social media, especially Instagram. The use of the term "gemoy" was naturally born from netizens, not from Prabowo Subianto's campaign team. Humanistic interactions have attracted positive sentiment, even though @prabowo's Instagram has the fewest posts compared to his competitors. The uniqueness of Instagram posts has successfully shaped branding through relatable visuals and narratives that make Prabowo Subianto stand out through the unique popularity of the nickname "gemoy". The research shows that the public debate also influenced the increase in Prabowo Subianto's followers on Instagram due to his positive performance in the debate. This research underlines that social media as an effective tool for modern political campaigns and consistent branding that creates emotional closeness with voters can increase voter trust. This is in line with the theory used in this research, namely the theory of political branding by Bruce Newman, specifically discussing four aspects of success in shaping the political branding of a candidate or political party.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political communication strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) through Instagram social media in increasing Anies Baswedan's popularity in the 2024 Presidential Election. Using a qualitative research method based on netnography, data was obtained through observation of PKS's official Instagram account, semi-structured interviews, and sentiment analysis using the RapidMiner application. The results showed that PKS utilized Instagram to build Anies Baswedan's political image by uploading content based on relevant issues, narratives of change, and consistent use of hashtags. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of comments are positive, reflecting the success of PKS's digital communication strategy. However, popularity on social media does not fully reflect electability in a national context, especially with the challenges of limited reach to rural voters and limited campaign funds. This research underscores the importance of integrating digital communication strategies with traditional approaches to strengthen candidate electability across different voter segments.

Abstract

The presence of social media is now a new space in politics, which allows politicians like Gerindra party to communicate more closely with the public, especially Generation Z who dominate the use of digital platforms. Through TikTok, Gerindra Party seeks to change its old image that is considered rigid with a more modern and attractive branding strategy, while preparing for the 2024 Election where young voters account for 55% - 60% of the total vote. This research wants to identify how Gerindra Party uses social media to build its political branding towards Gen-Z in Jakarta in the 2024 election. This research uses a qualitative method that emphasizes descriptive research and uses analysis. With a theoretical foundation that serves as a conceptual framework to direct research according to field facts. This method allows researchers to obtain accurate findings by using Bruce Newman's political branding theory to produce an in-depth understanding of the context and dynamics of the research studied. This research underscores that social media is an effective tool for modern political campaigns and consistent branding and can increase the trust of youth voters. The results of this study explain that Gerindra Party has successfully built its political branding on TikTok social media. With the popularity gained, Gerindra Party also experienced an increase in electability during the 2024 Election. The uniqueness in the communication style used also received a good response from the public on social media.

Abstract

Alfiansyah Komeng's participation in the West Java Regional Representative Council election in 2024 was a surprising phenomenon. 5.3 million votes were achieved, which led him to occupy the seat of the West Java Regional Representative Council. One of the things that attracted the attention of many people was the use of an informal photo by Alfiansyah Komeng to be posted on the voting paper. This research seeks to analyze the personal branding that Alfiansyah Komeng has built to win a seat in the West Java Regional Representative council in 2024 and how social media plays a role in shaping Alfiansyah Komeng's image. The theories used in this research are framing theory and personal branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature studies from books and previous studies. Information from interviews scattered on the internet and other internet data is also taken in this research. The result of this research is that Komeng only focuses on building his personal branding with an image as a comedian and almost no branding that describes him as a politician.

Abstract

Perkembangan partai politik Islam di Indonesia bergerak secara fluktuatif, namun   kemampuan elektabilitasnya selalu berada jauh dari partai nasionalis, persentase suaranya cenderung stagnan dan tetap sulit bersaing dengan partai-partai nasionalis. Kondisi ini didorong oleh berbagai faktor yaitu konflik internal, kasus korupsi, isu radikalisme, lemahnya institusionalisasi partai, kaderisasi yang tidak berkelanjutan, program politik kerakyatan yang bias, peluasan paham Islam moderat, penguatan ormas Islam  dan ekspansi elektoral partai-partai nasionalis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix methode dengan metode sequential exploratory yang memadukan analisis kualitatif dengan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hampir semua partai politik Islam di Indonesia mampu membaca berbagai peluang, ancaman, kekurangan dan kelebihan dari partai Islam di Indonesia pada pemilu 2024, sehingga sebagian besar strateginya lebih banyak didominasi oleh  strategi ofensif, defensif, campuran serta kampanye politik secara bersamaan melalui strategi kampanye sebagai partai politik terbuka, strategi kampanye politik programatik, strategi politik oposisi dan koalisi, perluasan segmentasi pemilih muda dan penguatan  kaderisasi internal serta upaya-upaya konstruktif dalam menghadapi politik identitas yang berbasis SARA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PKSTV, a digital television platform owned by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), in increasing voter support in the 2024 election. The study focuses on how PKSTV, as a digital political campaign medium, plays a role in shaping public perception and influencing voters’ political behavior. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs literature review and content analysis to examine PKSTV’s political communication strategies, including the application of Agenda Setting Theory, in highlighting key issues and building a positive public opinion of PKS. The findings show that PKSTV contributes to increasing voters’ knowledge of PKS (cognitive effect), establishing a positive image of PKS among the public (affective effect), and mobilizing voter support (behavioral effect). However, PKSTV also faces challenges from intense competition in the digital media landscape and political polarization. The conclusion of this study indicates that PKSTV has significant potential to support PKS’s voter mobilization strategy through interactive and relevant digital content, especially for younger voters.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Kemendes PDTT mengeluarkan kebijakan mengenai program pendampingan desa. Di lain sisi, terdapat isu mengenai sejumlah indikasi bahwa program pendampingan desa dianggap sebagai agenda upaya pembangunan citra pemerintah atau agenda politik belaka yang pada akhirnya mempertanyakan efektivitas dari program serta eksistensi pendamping profesional terhadap pemberdayaan serta pembangunan desa. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu tingkat efektivitas program pendampingan desa melalui metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan menelisik peran Kemendes PDTT dalam menyelenggarakan program, dampak dari implementasi terhadap tingkat pembangunan maupun pemberdayaan Masyarakat, relasi yang terjalin antara pendamping desa dengan masyarakat, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDes terhadap keberlangsungan program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendampingan desa sejauh ini telah berjalan cukup efektif dengan beberapa catatan yang perlu ditingkatkan.
