Abstract

Kopi robusta (Coffea canephora) merupakan salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang umum ditanam di Indonesia karena memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Kabupaten Pesawaran menjadi salah satu daerah di Lampung yang banyak mengusahatanikan kopi robusta dalam skala perkebunan rakyat. Isolasi dan amplifikasi gen menjadi langkah awal dalam analisis molekuler untuk mengetahui keragaman gen pada kopi robusta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil isolasi dan amplifikasi DNA daun kopi robusta dari perkebunan kopi rakyat Pesawaran, Lampung. Isolasi DNA dari 5 sampel daun kopi robusta telah dilakukan mengacu pada protokol kit isolasi DNA dari Geneaid Genomic DNA Mini Kit (Plant). Hasil ekstraksi kemudian diamplifikasi menggunakan primer N-methyltransferase dengan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Visualisasi hasil ekstraksi dan amplifikasi dilakukan menggunakan elektroforesis gel agarosa 1%. Visualisasi atas hasil ekstraksi telah menunjukkan diperolehnya ekstrak DNA yang baik. Visualisasi atas hasil amplifikasi menunjukkan telah diperolehnya fragmen DNA sepanjang 600bp.

Abstract

The subject of Chemistry is still relatively unfamiliar among junior high school students because it is still part of the broader Science subject taught at that level. This is also the case at SMPN 28 Bengkulu Utara, where students are still unfamiliar with chemistry. To introduce chemistry and create a positive impression of the subject among students at SMPN 28 Bengkulu Utara, an outreach activity was conducted focusing on interesting chemical phenomena — in this case, the phenomenon of quantum fluorescence.During the activity, explanations were given about the meaning of fluorescence, the causes behind it, and its applications in everyday life. The outreach activity also included demonstrations of the fluorescence phenomenon. Participants engaged in the event enthusiastically, as seen through the students' active participation. This activity is expected to help participants become more familiar with chemistry, a subject that has long been considered difficult, intimidating, and abstract. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Financing Murabahah-Based with Third-Party Fund as a Moderator 2015 – 2022. This study uses three variables that encompass independent variable, dependent variable, and moderation variable. Independent variables consist of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), dependent variable consists of Financing Murabahah-Based, and moderation variable consists of Third-Party Fund that will subsequently be analysed with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by comparing the R-square Value before and after the tally include and exclude the moderation variable in the statistical measurement. The data used in this study were monthly data from January 2015 until January 2022. The research method that was used in this study was descriptive quantitative analyse by using linear regression analysis through path analysis which was processed by using E-Views 10. The results of this study show that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) influence negatively and significantly Financing Murabahah-Based, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influences positively and significantly on Financing Murabahah-Based, and Third-Party Fund moderates the relationship between Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Murabahah-Based, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Financing Murabahah-Based, and Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Financing Murabahah-Based.

Abstract

Demam merupakan gejala umum yang sering dijumpai pada berbagai jenis penyakit. Sistem pakar dapat membantu melakukan diagnosa awal penyakit bergejala demam agar penderita dapat mengambil tindakan awal yang tepat Pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem pakar diagnosa awal penyakit dengan gejala demam dengan mengimplementasikan pohon keputusan. Data yang digunakan dikumpulkan dari literatur dan divalidasi oleh pakar (dokter). Sistem pakar pada penelitian ini dibangun berbasis web. Pengujian dilakukan melalui 3 langkah, yaitu inputan gejala yang sama persis dengan yang terdapat pada pohon keputusan, inputan gejala sama dengan pohon keputusan ditambah gejala dari penyakit yang lain, dan inputan gejala sama dengan pohon keputusan tetapi jumlahnya berkurang. Hasil pengujian sistem pakar untuk penyakit demam ini mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 86%.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin terkoneksi, keberadaan situs web sebagai wajah utama sebuah institusi menjadi sangat krusial, terutama dalam sektor pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini mengkaji keamanan situs web rumah sakit rsjsh.co.id dengan pendekatan penetration testing yang merujuk pada panduan OWASP Testing Guide v4. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dan memverifikasi kerentanan yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan oleh pihak tidak bertanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan informasi (footprinting), pemindaian (scanning), eksploitasi kerentanan, serta evaluasi risiko menggunakan CVSS v3.1 dan OWASP Risk Rating. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya 11 kerentanan, di antaranya tiga berkategori sedang: tidak adanya kebijakan Content Security Policy (CSP), anti-clickjacking header, serta keberadaan mixed content. Eksploitasi dilakukan menggunakan berbagai alat seperti Owasp Zap, Burp Suite, dan seography.io. Meskipun beberapa kerentanan tidak dapat dieksploitasi akibat sistem pertahanan yang memadai, temuan valid mengindikasikan perlunya implementasi kebijakan keamanan tambahan, seperti CSP dan konfigurasi HSTS. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan proaktif sebagai langkah penting dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap sistem digital rumah sakit Kata kunci: penetration testing, keamanan web, rumah sakit, OWASP, Content Security Policy

Abstract

Lampung, including the Register 31 Pematang Arahan area which is next to the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, is known for its high biodiversity, and its coffee production. Gapoktanhut Lestari Sejahtera, consisting of 13 Forest Farmer Groups (KTH), practiced community-based forest coffee under the KPH Kotaagung Utara, Tanggamus, Lampung. To support the development of biodiversity data base for KPH Kotaagung Utara, molecular-based species identification for robusta coffee has been carried out under BLU LPPM Unila grant year 2023 and in collaboration with the Lampung Disease Investigation Center. Robusta coffee leaf samples from six KTH areas (Bumi Mulyo, Sido Makmur 1, Sido Makmur 2, Sido Makmur 3, Mandiri Jaya, and Murah Rejeki) were collected for molecular species confirmation based on the N-methyl transferase genetic marker. Molecular analysis included DNA extraction, amplification, and electrophoresis conducted at the Lampung Disease Investigation Center. Sequencing was based on the Coffea canephora CAF2 genetic marker. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) and Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis (MEGA) software version 6. Identical sequence lengths of samples in 6 KTH are varied in base pair length and nitrogen base sequences, ranging from 163-530 bp, with 5 out of 6 KTH having a genetic distance of 0.000%, while 1 sample had a genetic distance of 0.006%. It indicates that robusta coffee samples from 6 KTH areas are genetically closely related. It is supported by its phylogenetic tree, the coffee species cultivated by Gapoktanhut Lestari Sejahtera is molecularly confirmed to be robusta coffee, Coffea canephora.

Abstract

Pesawaran is one of the areas that has the potential to cultivate stingless bees as producers of honey and propolis. This study was aimed at qualitatively analysing partial amplicons of the 16S rRNA gene from individuals found at the research site. The research was performed from April to September 2023 in an explorative approach. Based on the exploration that has been done in Harapan Jaya Village, Way Ratai District, Pesawaran Regency, individual stingless bees were obtained from 5 different colonies. Individual samples of stingless bees were further extracted and amplified by commercial kits. Each individual from 5 different colonies has successfully obtained its DNA amplicons. Based on qualitative analysis using 1% agarose gel, the size of the partial gene ranged from 400bp to 500bp. This result is in accordance with the data contained in the genbank, where the 16S rRNA gene size is more than 500bp. Therefore, it has been concluded that the size of the partial amplicons of the 16S rRNA gene of individual stingless bees from the 5 colonies that were obtained is actually in range of the size of the 16S rRNA gene of stingless bees that have been recorded in the genbank.
