Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana desain ruang pemeriksaan dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kebocoran paparan radiasi pada ruang pemeriksaan sinar-X dan lingkungan sekitar ruang pemeriksaan sinar-X di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit PKU Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi pada ruang pemeriksaan serta melakukan pengukuran paparan radiasi pada dua belas area yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran ruang pemeriksaan sinar-X yaitu 8 m × 4 m × 6 m, ketebalan dinding ruangan 30 cm menggunakan bata merah yang setara dengan 2 mm Pb, dan pintu dilapisi Pb setebal 2 mm. Hasil pengukuran uji kebocoran nilai paparan radiasi tertinggi yang terukur sebesar 189,2 µSv/h terdapat pada area 10 dan 11 yang merupakan WC pada ruang pemeriksaan. disimpulkan bahwa desain ruang pemeriksaan sinar-X sudah efektif dan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh BAPETEN No. 8 Tahun 2011 dan standar menurut Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2020. Hasil uji kebocoran paparan radiasi, ruang pemeriksaan sinar-X di instalasi radiologi rumah sakit PKU Bantul secara umum dapat dikategorikan aman sesuai dengan BAPETEN No. 5 Tahun 2016, kecuali pada area 10 dan 11 yaitu area WC yang tidak dilapisi timbal.

Abstract

MSMEs are the backbone of the economy, playing a crucial role in maintaining economic stability. The success of MSMEs is closely linked to the ability of business owners to innovate and adapt to changes. One promising innovation is the use of social media as a marketing tool. However, many MSMEs, including Bisan Snack, have yet to fully utilize platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This research aims to address this gap by providing intensive socialization on digital marketing to help MSMEs become more productive and relevant to current trends. The study combined interviews, observations, and documentation to carry out the activities, which involved introducing the basics of digital marketing, mentoring in creating TikTok and Instagram accounts, and developing tailored marketing strategies. The results showed that using feeds on these platforms significantly increased the visibility of Bisan Snack products, attracting consumers not only locally but also from other regions. This socialization opened the insights of MSME actors and motivated them to adopt digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, digital marketing, especially through TikTok, has great potential to enhance MSMEs’ competitiveness and productivity, enabling them to reach a wider market and increase revenue.

Abstract

Islamic This community service program aims to socialize the importance of a saving culture to the students of BLK Darul Musthofa using the digital platform Dinaran. The Dinaran platform, designed to facilitate the saving process with advanced digital features, is introduced as an effective tool in forming sustainable saving habits. The socialization activities include seminars and training that provide in-depth understanding of personal financial management and the benefits of saving. By using the Dinaran platform, participants are taught how to create savings plans, monitor expenses, and leverage technology to achieve their financial goals. Gold is an instrument that can protect wealth due to its inflation-resistant nature compared to paper money. The community service activities held at the Darul Musthofa Vocational Training Center (BLK), specifically attended by the students of BLK Darul Musthofa, provide the younger generation with the opportunity to understand the importance of saving from an early age. In these activities, the community is also introduced to the concept of saving in gold through the Dinaran platform. Saving in the form of gold has various advantages, such as protection against asset value from inflation and economic fluctuations. The Dinaran platform provides convenience for the community to buy, store, and manage gold digitally, making gold investment more accessible and safe. Students are taught how to use the Dinaran platform to buy gold in small amounts regularly, enabling them to start saving with affordable capital. Additionally, through this platform, they can monitor the value of their investments in real-time and sell their gold whenever needed. This offers greater flexibility and accessibility compared to traditional methods of storing physical gold. In this socialization, practitioners or lecturers provide insights into the history and market trends of gold, as well as effective investment strategies. They also discuss potential risks and how to manage them. Thus, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of saving in gold and how to utilize it to achieve long-term financial stability. Although the activities mainly involve students, it is hoped that the students will also share the information with their parents and the community. This aims to create collective awareness about the importance of saving and investing culture. With collaboration between students, parents, and the community, it is expected that the saving culture can be implemented comprehensively and sustainably. This program is expected to increase public awareness of the importance of saving and provide them with the necessary knowledge to manage their finances better in the digital era. By saving through the Dinaran platform, students are expected to achieve better financial security and more effective wealth protection through digital gold saving.

Abstract

Waste processing using the waste burning method can have an impact on air pollution and health, waste processing using 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) can be an effort to reduce waste by reusing, reducing, recycling waste so that it has added value and also reduces waste in the community. The methods used are questionnaires and counseling. The results obtained were that many people had a poor level of knowledge about burning waste.

Abstract

Bullying in the elementary school environment is a serious problem that requires comprehensive handling. This community service activity aims to provide education and understanding about bullying prevention through socialisation at SDN 101798 Deli Tua. Based on initial observations, all grade 5 students (100%) reported having experienced verbal bullying from peers. The socialisation activity was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers conducted in December 2024 involving 30 grade 5 students. The material presented included the definition of bullying, forms of bullying, the impact and how to overcome it. The results of the activity showed three main achievements: students did not repeat bullying behaviour and understood the dangers, increased self-confidence of students who had been victims of bullying, and increased student insight into bullying which contributed to the creation of a safer school environment. This activity proves that structured and interactive socialisation can increase students' awareness about the dangers of bullying. Regular evaluation and active collaboration between schools and parents are needed to ensure the sustainability of the results of this socialisation programme.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterlibatan generasi muda memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berkembang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi generasi muda melalui pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL). Fokus utama program adalah membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, serta kemampuan mengembangkan usaha kecil yang berdaya saing. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan terstruktur, diskusi kelompok, pendampingan langsung, serta praktik simulasi usaha. Para peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi, dengan penerapan langsung di lingkungan masyarakat Kelurahan Galang Baru. Melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif ini, diharapkan peserta mampu menerapkan teori kewirausahaan ke dalam praktik nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam merancang usaha, mengatur strategi pemasaran, serta mengelola keuangan dasar. Selain itu, program ini turut mendorong lahirnya ide-ide kreatif berbasis potensi lokal sebagai pijakan pengembangan usaha ke depan. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara pembelajaran teoritis dan praktik lapangan mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha di kalangan pemuda secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Pemuda, UMKM Berkelanjutan, Pengembangan SDM, Digitalisasi Usaha Lokal ABSTRACT The involvement of young people in supporting the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has become a crucial element amid the rapid transformation of the economic landscape. Through the implementation of a Field Work Program (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan/KLL), this initiative aims to enhance the capacity of youth by equipping them with practical skills and in-depth knowledge necessary for starting and managing long-term, sustainable small businesses. Participants were actively engaged in a variety of activities, including training sessions, group discussions, and business simulation practices. This approach effectively combines theoretical insights in entrepreneurship with direct application in the community setting of Kelurahan Galang Baru. The program outcomes showed significant improvement in participants' business management abilities, covering areas such as business planning, digital marketing strategies, and basic financial management. Furthermore, the activity successfully sparked new business ideas rooted in local potential. These results indicate that educational and participatory approaches are highly effective in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and motivation among youth. Abstract

Tempe supply chain is managing the distribution flow of production until it reaches consumers. The distribution flow must be arranged and managed effectively and efficiently to increase the company's productivity and minimize costs. Method is used in this research are Saving Matrix for optimizing route and Break Even Point (BEP) for evaluating the mode Transportation. The research results show that selected route to consumers is obtained via the G-C1-C2-C5-C6-C3-C4-G route with an optimal capacity of 1500 boxes. Meanwhile, an evaluation of the transportation modes owned shows that the company can leaseif the average delivery in one year is below 1000 boxes and has its own mode if deliveries are above 1000 boxes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram as a social media marketing on consumptive behavior. The population of this study was women in the city of Sampit with an age range of 17-26 years with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling with an instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that Instagram as social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. This means that women in the city of Sampit have consumptive behavior. Therefore, if the information on products specific to women's fashion is further improved, information on the latest goods is continuously developed, and advertising appearances on Instagram are made more attractive, then the consumptive behavior of women viewing Instagram will increase.

Abstract

Pharmacogenomics is a field that explores how genetic variations influence individual responses to drug therapy. One of the major challenges in its clinical application is the genetic diversity across ethnic groups, which contributes to differences in drug metabolism, efficacy, and toxicity. Genetic polymorphisms in enzymes such as CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and VKORC1 show varied distributions among ethnic populations, leading to significant variation in optimal dosing and adverse drug reactions. This narrative literature review aims to examine the relationship between ethnic-specific genetic variation and drug response, while also assessing the potential of personalized pharmacogenomic therapy in clinical practice. Findings suggest that pharmacogenetic approaches that account for ethnic background can improve therapeutic outcomes, reduce adverse effects, and support the implementation of precision medicine across diverse healthcare systems, including in developing countries.
