Abstract

Need for Marine Medicine Specialist Doctors: I. Hospital-Based Study Program, starting to run in 8 study programs, July 2024. II. Service Needs: 1) Regulations, 2) Development of Remote and Coastal Areas, 3) The existence of a Sea Highway, 4) The existence of marine tourism, 5) Fisheries, 6) Defense, 7) The existence of a New National Capital. III. Service Network: 1) Marine Medicine Service Center in the National Capital, 2) Frontline Areas, 3) Coastal Areas, 4) Hospital Ships. IV. Integrated Systems Network: 1) Defense System, 2) Transportation System, 3) Tourism System, 4) Fisheries System, 5) Telemedicine System, 6) Coastal Area Development, 7) Education, Research, Community Service and Innovation Systems. On August 25, 2023, the Marine Medicine Study Program was approved for a SCOR of 0.001/1,000 population, including efforts to accelerate the achievement of meeting needs. Calculation of Minimum Needs: calculated as 50% of the optimal value, 50% x 319 = 159.5 Rounded to 160, UNRAM and UHT Production Three more years: 3 +5 = 8, then it will only be achieved 20 to 40 years later. Proposed Solutions: 1) PRODI at UNRAM and UHT; There are 2 PRODIs with 3 classes: Regular, Parallel, and Scholarship, projected graduates 9+15 =24; 2) Immediately establish 10 Hospital Based PRODIs, this will meet the increasing needs, so produce 10 PRODIs, projected graduates 10 x 10 = 100; 3) Immediately form a Service Network and System Network, spread throughout Indonesia. 9 types, so there are 9 PRODI. Projection of graduates 9 x 10 = 90. Total projection: 24 + 100 + 90 = 214 per semester. Keywords: need for specialist doctors, study program, student class, graduate projections.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by the Thematic KKN students of Muhammadiyah Bone University in Pekalobean Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, aim to provide education on making compost from shallot skin and coconut dregs. This activity includes preparation of materials, locations, consumption, and necessary tools, as well as a question and answer session to evaluate community understanding. The results of the socialization and training showed that the community was enthusiastic and able to apply the knowledge gained in agricultural practices. This training not only increased understanding of the benefits of compost, but also provided an environmentally friendly alternative to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers. Thus, this activity has the potential to support sustainable agriculture and preserve the environment. It is recommended to carry out ongoing assistance so that the community can maximize the use of compost in agricultural practices.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan Penyuluhan hukum tentang peran Lembaga bantuan hukum dalam memberi bantuan hukum terhadap masyarakat tidak mampu di kelurahan dwikora. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya peran Lembaga bantuan hukum untuk memberikan bantuan hukum terhadap masyarakat yang tidak mampu. Dalam hal pemberian bantuan hukum dari Lembaga bantuan hukum ditandai dengan salary yang sangat tinggi diminta kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu sehingga membuat masyarakat kurang mampu tidak maksimal mendapat bantuan hukum secara baik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, peserta dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran Lembaga bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu secara baik dan benar. Adanya rasa kesadaran hukum dan pemahaman hukum peserta dalam peran Lembaga bantuan hukum dalam hal memberi bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat kurang mampu agar tercapai kepastian hukum, keadilan, kemanfaatan hukum pada masyarakat Kelurahan Dwikora.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan dari sisi Islam dan sisi manajemen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari studi pustaka seperti buku, artikel dan tulisan ilmiah yang telah dipublikasi. Dari sudut pandang Islam bahan referensi berasal dari dalil-dalil Al Quran dan Hadits, sedangkan dari sudut pandang manajemen berasal dari teori-teori dari buku, artikel dan tulisan ilmiah lainya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi manajemen kepemimpinan yang baik ada empat hal yang membuat seorang pemimpin yang baik yaitu memiliki sifat jujur, mempunyai visi, memberikan inspirasi, dan kompeten di bidangnya. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan perspektif Islam yang juga berasumsi bahwa seorang pemimpin yang baik harus memiliki sikap Shidiq (jujur), amanah (tanggung jawab), tidak menipu, menepati janji, murah hati, dan tidak melupakan akhirat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self awareness dengan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII di MAN Binjai Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non tes yaitu berupa kuesioner (angket). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 43 pada siswa kelas XII. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara self awareness dengan kedisiplinan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi product moment sebesar 0,920 dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00. Selanjutnya perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil 84,64% dimana ini berarti self awareness memberikan kontribusi kepada kedisiplinan sebesar 84,64% dan 16,36% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

The research was conducted in order to aim at analyzing the level of income in the welfare of the farming community of Mekarsari Village, Barito Kuala Regency. The choice of place of research is based on information from the Mekarsari Village Chief that Mekarsari Village is the village that produces the most pineaplle. The number of respondens in the study 41 respondents. The analytical method used is desriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) the average income of pineapple farmers in the village of Mekarsari was Rp. 78.935.366 this income according to BPS was in the medium category of Rp. 50.000.000 – Rp. 100.000.000. (2) The level of welfare of pineapple farmers in the village of Mekarsari enter into prosperous farmers because the average farmers there hastheir own land, so farmers there can enjoy their own results.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between iron supplement consumption, dietary intake, nutritional status, and anemia among adolescent girls in Banawa, Donggala Regency. A cross-sectional analytical design was applied, involving 231 female students aged 12–15 years from SMP Negeri 3 and SMK Negeri 2 Banawa. Stratified sampling was used, and data were collected through interviews using a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), anthropometric measurements, and hemoglobin testing via Point of Care Testing (POCT). Nutrient intake was assessed based on 80% adequacy of the Indonesian Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), while anemia was defined as hemoglobin levels <12 g/dL. Compliance with iron supplementation was determined using a median-based scoring method. The results revealed a high anemia prevalence (71.0%) among participants. Although 61.0% were compliant with iron supplementation, no significant association was found between supplement compliance and anemia status. Likewise, protein and iron intake showed no significant relationships. However, vitamin C intake was significantly associated with anemia (p = 0.001), indicating its crucial role in iron absorption. Nutritional status and iron inhibitor intake were not significantly related to anemia. The findings highlight the need for integrated school-based nutrition programs focusing on improving vitamin C intake and promoting effective iron supplementation practices.

Abstract

This study examines the use of euphemism in crime news published on online media platforms, with a particular focus on Detik.com. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the forms and functions of euphemism that journalists employ to present sensitive or potentially disturbing information in a more polite, neutral, and socially acceptable manner. The data were collected from crime-related news articles published in February 2025 through a reading and note-taking technique. The analysis involved three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that euphemism appears in various forms, including abbreviations, loanwords, foreign terms, metaphors, and periphrasis. These linguistic strategies serve multiple functions: softening harsh expressions, concealing sensitive information, maintaining diplomacy, providing educational value, and reducing social anxiety. Overall, the study highlights the role of euphemism in shaping public perception of crime news and its importance in upholding journalistic ethics. The results are expected to contribute to a better understanding of how language use in the media influences communication, objectivity, and sensitivity in news reporting.

Abstract

This study discusses improving student learning outcomes in the material of Faith in the Messenger of Allah SWT through the application of the Horay Course Review (CRH) Learning Model in grade XI of SMK Negeri 1 Gandapura semester I of the 2021/2022 academic year. The main purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which the CRH learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the material. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques, where the test instrument was in the form of multiple choice, while non-test data was analyzed qualitatively descriptive, and test data was analyzed using descriptive percentages. The research subjects consisted of 27 students in grade XI. The results showed that at the end of cycle I, students who achieved a score of ≥70 were only 59.25%, while the activity of teachers and students averaged 71.85%. After improvements were made in cycle II, students who obtained a score of ≥70 increased to 81.48% with the average activity of teachers and students reaching 82.68%. Thus, the use of the Horay Course Review learning model has proven to be effective in improving student learning activities and outcomes on the material of Faith in the Messenger of Allah SWT at SMK Negeri 1 Gandapura.

Abstract

This article aims to develop the concept of green park energy to provide alternative solutions for increasing renewable energy in Indonesia based on green waqf. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a conceptual type of article. Green park energy is a program that aims to increase the capacity of renewable energy in Indonesia and a means of community recreation in the form of parks. The park will produce electrical energy due to the conversion of various renewable energy such as water flow, solar light, wind or wind movement, biomass energy, and supporting renewable energy derived from pressure into electrical energy and supporting energy such as cooking fuel and vehicle fuel. In its financing, this green project is supported by waqf funds.
