Abstract

Filantropi Islam di Indonesia memiliki tujuan yang relevan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu kesejahteraan. Disamping itu, potensi penghimpunan dana filantropi Islam di Indonesia menjadi keuntungan tersendiri. Namun, lembaga filantropi Islam memiliki beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: permasalahan di bidang kelembagaan, teknologi, sumber daya manusia, regulasi dan tata kelola. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melakukan integrasi keuangan sosial syariah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan integrasi keuangan sosial syariah kepada lembaga filantropi Islam dan stakeholder terkait. Pembinaan dilakukan sebanyak dua kali. Kegiatan pertama dilakukan secara online kepada Lembaga filantropi Islam dengan memanfaatkan media zoom. Kegiatan pertama menghadirkan para pakar dari perwakilan regulator, praktisi dan akademisi untuk memberikan arahan dan catatan penting terkait dengan materi pembinaan yang diberikan. Pembinaan kedua secara hybrid kepada masyarakat Desa Tambakrigadung, Lamongan. Hasil program pengabdian menujukkan telah terbina sejumlah lembaga filantropi Islam dalam integrasi keuangan sosial syariah, salah satunya pada implementasi program yang memberi dampak langsung terhadap masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of hospital size, hospital type, hospital management, and Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) on the financial transparency of Regional Public Hospitals in Indonesia. The sample size used in this study was 162 Regional Public Hospitals, selected through purposive sampling. The data collected for this research was secondary data. The study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and logistic regression analysis as the method for hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that hospital size and hospital management have a positive influence on the financial transparency of Regional Public Hospitals. However, the type of hospital and Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) do not affect the financial transparency of Regional Public Hospitals. This study offers a novelty in examining the openness of public hospital information transparency through four measurements, whereas previous studies only focused on three measurements. The contribution of this research lies in presenting an expansion of the literature on public sector accounting, particularly regarding the transparency of hospital information, using four main measurements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Pasar Buton. The method used is a quantitative method. The dependent variable in this research is Customer Satisfaction and the independent variable is Service Quality and Company Image. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis showed that the service quality variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and corporate image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) service quality and company image have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the results of the t-test of the service quality variable have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions with a significantly smaller positive level. The corporate image variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a positive significant level less than.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically explore the interaction between internal control mechanisms, adherence to government accounting standards, and human resource proficiency in Jember Regency, focusing on their combined effects on the quality of government financial reports. The study collected data from individuals working in the financial or accounting departments of 24 SKPDs (Local Government Work Units) in Jember Regency. Through a comprehensive questionnaire-based approach, 100 respondents participated in the study. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression techniques. The results reveal that the Internal Control System did not significantly affect financial statement quality. However, the implementation of Government Accounting Standards and the competency of human resources had notable impacts on financial statement quality. These findings underscore the importance of full compliance with Government Accounting Standards and the presence of skilled human resources to enhance financial reporting quality in government organizations.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul analisis Model Sebaran SO2 dan NOx PLTU Jeneponto PT. Bosowa Energi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memodelkan sebaran SO2 dan NOx yang keluar dari cerobong PLTU Jeneponto. Model ini menggunakan pendekatan model matematik analitik Gaussian dan menganalisisnya dengan bantuan SCREEN3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, polutan terdispersi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi atmosfer dan kecepatan angin. Pada kondisi kestabilan atmosfer sangat tidak stabil (A) polutan tersebar di kawasan area PLTU Jeneponto dengan konsentrasi maksimum pada radius 1000 meter. Berbeda pada kondisi atmosfer sedikit tidak stabil (B), cukup tidak stabil (C), netral (D), sedikit stabil (E) dan kondisi stabil (F), polutan terdispersi jauh dari sumber cerobong > 3200 meter.

Abstract

Community language usage patterns are often fundamental to minority language maintenance. This study investigates the gender differences in language choice within the Coastal Konjo residing in South Sulawesi Province and explores the implications of its language maintenance. The contexts of language use are varied based on the speaker’s role, the topic of conversation, and the situation of the conversation to understand how gender influences language use and transmission practices. A survey method is used to gather information from 80 respondents, and SPSS is used for descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that the Konjo language is the most widely spoken, followed by Bahasa Indonesia, Buginese, and mixed-use languages. The inferential statistical analysis also shows that there are no appreciable gender disparities in the Coastal Konjo community’s language choice (p > 0.005) in each context. However, the data reveals a distinct difference in how the Buginese is used, with females appearing to utilize it more frequently than males. This suggests that females have more language contact with Buginese who have long coexisted with coastal Konjo speakers in Bulukumba. Moreover, the findings indicate that males are more crucial to the maintenance of the Konjo language than females.

Abstract

This study explores the historical heritage of the Langkat Sultanate, specifically focusing on mosques and tombs. The documentation and preservation of historical relics are crucial to maintaining their value as part of the nation's identity. The research employs a historical approach using methods such as heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, architectural analysis, and historiography. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation at the research site, and literature studies. The findings indicate that Gebang played a significant role in the history of the Langkat Sultanate, particularly during the reign of Raja Ahmad. Notable relics such as mosques, tombs, wells, ponds, and bridges serve as physical evidence of this historical period. These artifacts are vital in preserving the historical narrative and educating the younger generation about the Sultanate's legacy. The research underscores the importance of recognizing and safeguarding these remnants for future generations.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan manajemen bandwidth yang dihadapi di laboratorium komputer di SMKN 3 Payakumbuh. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang mengikuti model pengembangan PPDIOO (Prepare Plan Design Implement Operate Optimize). Pengukuran bandwidth dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu sebelum implementasi queue tree dan setelah implementasi. Pengukuran awal menunjukkan kecepatan download sebesar 44,28 Mbps dan kecepatan upload 34,26 Mbps. Namun setelah penerapan queue tree terjadi penurunan kecepatan yang cukup signifikan, dengan kecepatan download turun menjadi 7 Mbps dan kecepatan upload turun menjadi 1 Mbps. Pengukuran bandwidth dilakukan dengan menggunakan network speedtest. Untuk menilai validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas produk, dilakukan serangkaian pengujian. Uji validitas yang melibatkan tiga orang ahli komputer menghasilkan skor sebesar 0,89 yang termasuk dalam kategori valid. Uji praktikalitas melibatkan lima orang praktisi, menghasilkan skor 0,89 dan dikategorikan praktis. Terakhir, uji efektivitas yang melibatkan 30 orang penilai menghasilkan skor 0,96 yang menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat efektif.

Abstract

Ketersediaan hijauan pakan yang rendah pada musim kemarau sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya produktivitas kambing ikut rendah. Selain itu, pengelolaan limbah yang kurang menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan ternak dan peternak.  Sedangkan produksi daun jati melimpah pada musim hujan, sehingga potensial digunakan sebagai bahan pakan dengan cara pengawetan. Program pengabdian mengenai pembuatan pakan fermentasi bertujuan sebagai pakan alternatif pada saat ketersediaan bahan pakan berkurang dengan mempertahankan kualitasnya. Sedangkan pembuatan bio urin sebagai salah satu pengelohan limbah urin ternak untuk mengurangi pencemaran. Adapun penyuluhan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan menambah wawasan mengenai beternak kambing berbasis lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan pakan fermentasi daun jati dan pembuatan bio urin. Hasil dari yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu kelompok tani terampil dalam membuat pakan fermentasi dan membuat bio urin. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mampu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesehatan ternak dan petenak.    Kata kunci: Bio urin; Daun Jati; Kambing; Pakan Fermentasi

Abstract

Parenting is the interaction process between parents and early childhood to instill and develop early childhood’s characters through natural since early age. The present study aims to analyze parenting styles applied by the parents to develop the early childhood’s independent character. In addition, this study employed a case study at which the reseachers gathered the data through observation and interview towards 13 early childhoods and 13 mother (parents) as the respondents. The results of the study revealed that 61,54% of the respondents apply positive parenting style to develop their early childhood’s independent character, 23,08% of the respondents apply permissive parenting style to develop their early childhood’s independent character, and 15,38% of the respondents apply mixed parenting style (positive and permissive parenting styles) to develop their early childhood’s independent character. Thus, the majority of the respondents apply positive parenting style to develop the early childhood’s independent character at home. In conclusion, the 3 parenting styles can be collaborated each other by the parents based on the characteristics of the early childhood, the tasks given, and also the situation.
