Abstract

The competitive landscape of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia underscores the importance of sustained customer loyalty as a strategic imperative for growth and resilience. This research explores the dynamic relationship between employee engagement, marketing capability, innovation, and their combined impact on sustainable customer loyalty in the Indonesian MSME sector. A sample of 275 respondents provided insights into their demographic profile and perceptions. The study used SPSS version 26 software in analyzing the data, including instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing regarding the positive influence of employee engagement, marketing capability, and innovation on sustainable customer loyalty. The findings strongly support these relationships, highlighting the importance of employee engagement, marketing capability, and innovation as drivers of sustained customer loyalty. The implications of these findings extend to MSMEs practitioners, policymakers, and academics, emphasizing the need for strategic investments in these critical areas to enhance the long-term growth and sustainability of the MSME sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sekolah penggerak aims to improve the quality of learning in schools and encourage the adoption of innovations in education. The program of Sekolah penggerak needs the performance of teachers who have important tasks and determine the quality of learning and the quality of graduates. Teacher performance will likely have an impact on the performance of educational institutions and can produce quality graduates. In this study, the variables that are the focus of research as regressors are Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Sekolah Penggerak and Teacher Performance on the Quality of Graduates in Elementary Schools. The research method used was a questionnaire given to teachers as a population with several statements provided. Data were analyzed statistically using descriptive methods, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results show that Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance significantly affect the Quality of Graduates variable.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas upaya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis komunitas di Desa Cikahuripan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, sebagai strategi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah daerah, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan masyarakat lokal, program ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi lokal, meningkatkan keterampilan dan akses pasar bagi UMKM, serta membangun jaringan kolaboratif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif. Dengan menggunakan metode survei, analisis data, pendampingan langsung, dan evaluasi partisipatif, artikel ini mengeksplorasi langkah-langkah konkret yang diambil dalam setiap tahapan pelaksanaan program, termasuk analisis awal, rancang solusi aplikatif, implementasi strategi pemasaran digital, dan evaluasi akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan pencapaian positif program, sambil mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitasnya di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Industri kelapa sawit Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam sektor ekonomi dan sosial dengan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan nasional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peramalan produksi kelapa sawit di PTPN Kebun Sukamaju, Jawa Barat, menggunakan model ARIMA untuk mendukung manajemen operasional. Data sekunder produksi bulanan dari 2016 hingga 2023 dianalisis dengan pendekatan mixed methods, menggunakan perangkat lunak R-Studio. Model ARIMA(1,1,3)(1,0,1)[12] dipilih sebagai model terbaik setelah melalui identifikasi, estimasi parameter, dan pemeriksaan diagnostik. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan penurunan produksi dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 12,49%.

Abstract

Desa margalaksana menghadapi beberapa permasalahan yang kompleks, diantaranya stanting, kurangnya kesiap siagaan terhadap bencana alam dan minimnya pengembangan potensi wisata desa margalaksana. Permasalahan ini menghambat kemajuan desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Edukasi dan penyuluhan tentang gizi seimbang, pemetaan wilayah rawan bencana, pembentukan kelompok siaga bencana (KSB), simulasi dan latihan kesiapsiagaan bencana, sosialisasi tentang bahaya membuang sampah ke sungai dan upaya penanggulangan bencana. Meningkatkan fasilitas dan layanan di tempat wisata, promosi online, pelatihan bagi masyarakat, menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan tempat wisata. Memperkenalkan budaya dan produk lokal kepada wisatawan. Penelitian pendahuluan, metode identifikasi, metode evaluasi, dan teknik evaluasi digunakan dalam metode pelaksanaan ini. Rencana straregi program KKN desa margalaksana diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dengan partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak, ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Daehan Global Sukabumi. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The population includes all 3,547 employees at the company. Using purposive sampling techniques, the sample was selected as 71 employees representing each department. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was measured on a 5 point Likert scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this research show that work discipline and compensation variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global Sukabumi, and work discipline and compensation jointly influence the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study discusses the important role of human resource management (HRM) in catfish farming at CV Tropika Farm. The research shows that effective management can improve efficiency and productivity in catfish farming. Innovative solutions in water, climate management and feed management also have significant positive impacts. The findings are expected to be the basis for further development in improving the sustainability of catfish farming in the future. HRM in catfish farming includes aspects of water management, fertilization, feeding and climate management. Adaptation strategies to deal with climate challenges in catfish breeding include selection of seeds that are resistant to climate change, regulation of pond temperature, water quality management, and utilization of alternative water sources. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, using primary data from interviews with CV Tropika Farm employees and secondary taken from literature, journals and data from CV Tropika Farm, Batununggal, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. Good HR management can have a positive impact on overcoming problems faced and reducing risks that can affect catfish hatchery operations.

Abstract

Program “Gerakan Desa Sigap” merupakan inisiatif strategis di Desa Buniwangi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, mendorong inovasi, mengembangkan kewirausahaan, dan memperkuat ketangguhan bencana. Menghadapi berbagai tantangan sosial dan geografis, program ini fokus pada peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pola hidup sehat serta akses terhadap layanan kesehatan berkualitas. Selain itu, program ini berupaya menciptakan peluang usaha baru melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, yang diharapkan dapat merangsang perekonomian lokal dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Ketangguhan bencana juga menjadi aspek penting, dengan pelatihan dan simulasi untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, dan pendekatan partisipatif, yang memungkinkan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap isu kesehatan, pengelolaan sampah, pencegahan stunting, dan pengurangan bullying di sekolah. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat jangka pendek tetapi juga membangun fondasi kuat untuk pengembangan berkelanjutan Desa Buniwangi di masa depan.

Abstract

Indonesian start-up face high turnover and engagement challenges, making effective human resource management crucial for success. This study explores how digital human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, job flexibility, and career development influence employee retention and work engagement, with perceived organizational support as a mediator. Using a quantitative approach, we surveyed 215 employees from technology and e-commerce start-up in Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta, employing Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares for analysis. The findings show that digital human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, job flexibility, and career development positively impact perceived organizational support, which in turn enhances retention and engagement, with a stronger effect on engagement. These results, grounded in Social Exchange Theory, highlight the importance of fostering a supportive workplace to boost employee commitment. However, the study’s focus on urban tech start-up limits its applicability to other sectors. Future research could explore diverse industries or longitudinal designs. This study offers startup leaders insights into building strategies that strengthen employee loyalty and enthusiasm in Indonesia’s dynamic startup ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on Dzaki Shop's consumer satisfaction in the digital era. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through a questionnaire to consumers, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Likewise, promotions have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the two variables exerted a strong influence with a dermination coefficient value (R²) of 0.849, meaning that 84.9% of the variation in consumer satisfaction could be explained by service quality and promotion. Thus, improving service quality and the right promotion strategy can be an important factor in increasing consumer satisfaction and supporting the sustainability of MSME businesses in the digital era.
