Abstract

Artikel ini membahas upaya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis komunitas di Desa Cikahuripan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, sebagai strategi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah daerah, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan masyarakat lokal, program ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi lokal, meningkatkan keterampilan dan akses pasar bagi UMKM, serta membangun jaringan kolaboratif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif. Dengan menggunakan metode survei, analisis data, pendampingan langsung, dan evaluasi partisipatif, artikel ini mengeksplorasi langkah-langkah konkret yang diambil dalam setiap tahapan pelaksanaan program, termasuk analisis awal, rancang solusi aplikatif, implementasi strategi pemasaran digital, dan evaluasi akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan pencapaian positif program, sambil mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitasnya di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyse the influence of charismatic Leadership and employee participation on human resource management (HRM) effectiveness, with Innovation as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at Amphitheater Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu, part of the UNESCO Global Geopark (UGG), which emphasises sustainable tourism management based on local values.Methodology: The research approach used quantitative methods with an explanatory design. The sample was taken using the total sampling technique, involving the entire population of 100 respondents. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale closed questionnaire and analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques through SmartPLS software.Findings: The results show that charismatic Leadership and employee participation positively and significantly affect Innovation and HR effectiveness. Innovation was also shown to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between the two independent variables and HR effectiveness. The findings confirm that visionary Leadership and employee engagement are key in shaping an innovative and effective work culture.Conclusion: This research provides a practical contribution to formulating innovation-based HRM strategies in sustainable tourism destinations.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is an important instrument in improving the quality of education, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. This study aims to analyze sentiment towards teacher performance assessment at SMKS Hassina Sukabumi using a sentiment analysis approach. Research data were obtained through surveys and reviews from students, colleagues, and school management who provided assessments of teacher performance based on pedagogical, professional, personality, and social indicators. The method used was text mining-based sentiment analysis with Orange software on qualitative data in the form of open responses, comments, and testimonials collected through interviews. The results showed that most assessments had positive sentiment, reflecting appreciation for teacher competence and dedication. However, negative sentiment was also found, indicating the need for improvements in aspects of learning innovation and technology utilization. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for school management in formulating more effective teacher professional development strategies, as well as input in the ongoing evaluation process to improve the quality of learning at SMKS Hassina Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sentiment towards employee competency at BPR Sukabumi using a text mining approach based on sentiment analysis. Employee competency is one of the key factors in determining the effectiveness and productivity of an organization, especially in the banking sector which is highly dependent on service quality and customer trust. The data used in this study were obtained from various sources, such as internal surveys, customer reviews, and comments on social media related to BPR Sukabumi employee service. The analysis method used is sentiment analysis based on text mining with Orange software on qualitative data in the form of open responses, comments, and testimonials collected through interviews to identify patterns of public perception towards aspects of employee competency, such as communication skills, technical expertise, responsibility, and service orientation. The results of customer research and interview results show a positive view towards employee competency, with 55% satisfied responses, 35% neutral, and 10% negative. The analysis focuses on speed of service, ease of access, improvement of technical competency, and transparency of information. These findings provide important input for BPR Sukabumi management in improving employee training and development programs to strengthen the competencies needed to meet customer expectations and the challenges of the banking industry. This study provides a methodological contribution in the use of sentiment analysis for human resource evaluation in the financial services sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sentiments toward servant leadership practices at SMP IT Insan Mandiri Sukabumi. Servant leadership emphasizes the values ​​of devotion, empathy, and empowerment toward organizational members, in this case teachers, staff, students, and parents. This study uses a qualitative approach with methods. The method used is sentiment analysis based on text mining with Orange software on qualitative data in the form of open responses, comments, and testimonies, and testimonies, collected through interviews. The results of the analysis indicate that the majority of teachers have positive sentiments toward the implementation of servant leadership by the principal who is considered supportive, open, and builds a collaborative work atmosphere. However, there are also a small number of neutral and negative sentiments related to the lack of consistency in the implementation of servant leadership values ​​at the operational level. This study recommends strengthening internal communication, continuous leadership training, and participatory evaluation as strategies to improve leadership quality. These findings are expected to be an important contribution in developing a more humanistic educational leadership model that is responsive to the needs of the school community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial effectiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a data mining-based sentiment analysis approach using Orange Data Mining software. This approach is used to examine the perceptions, experiences, and opinions of MSME actors regarding the implementation of managerial functions, which include strategic planning, organizing resources, directing and motivating, controlling and evaluating, and adapting to change. Research data was obtained through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, which were then processed using text mining techniques. The analysis process was carried out in several stages, namely text preprocessing, sentiment analysis using the VADER method, theme mapping with topic modeling based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm, and data visualization through word clouds, heat maps, and bar plots. The results show that the majority of respondents expressed positive sentiments towards the direction dimension, which reflects the ability of MSME managers to motivate team members. However, negative sentiments were also found regarding the control and adaptation dimensions to change, indicating a lack of consistency in evaluating and responding to market dynamics. This study confirms that the managerial effectiveness of MSMEs is not only determined by technical skills, but also by emotional intelligence, adaptive abilities, and leadership qualities in managing resources efficiently.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of job rotation as a strategic tool to enhance sustainable business performance. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 respondents through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. The study focuses on how job rotation influences key organizational elements such as employee development, work motivation, and adaptability, all of which are crucial for achieving sustainable performance. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, and simple linear regression. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between job rotation and sustainable business performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.712 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.552 suggests that job rotation accounts for 55.2% of the variance in sustainable business performance. This highlights the substantial role job rotation plays in improving long-term organizational sustainability. Additionally, the study provides practical implications for managers, urging them to design job rotation programs that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs. By doing so, companies can foster a more adaptable, motivated, and skilled workforce, which in turn supports the sustainability of their business performance. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of aligning job rotation practices with strategic human resource management efforts to maximize their impact on organizational sustainability. These findings contribute to the broader understanding of human resource management practices and their role in fostering long-term business success.

Abstract

Perubahan organisasi merupakan proses yang tidak terpisahkan dari dinamika lingkungan, perkembangan teknologi, serta tuntutan kinerja institusi. Namun demikian, resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kegagalan implementasi perubahan, terutama ketika organisasi tidak mampu mengelola ketidakpastian, kecemasan, dan persepsi keadilan karyawan selama masa transisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis strategi-strategi yang efektif dalam mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan organisasi berdasarkan temuan empiris lima tahun terakhir (2020–2025). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA 2020 guna menjamin transparansi dan ketelitian metodologis dalam proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan seleksi literatur. Sebanyak 89 artikel ilmiah terindeks pada Scopus, ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, dan Google Scholar dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola strategi yang berulang serta konteks penerapannya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang transparan, kepemimpinan partisipatif, pelibatan karyawan sejak tahap perencanaan, dukungan organisasi yang nyata, serta penguatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan merupakan strategi yang paling konsisten dalam menurunkan resistensi dan memperkuat penerimaan perubahan, khususnya pada perubahan berbasis teknologi dan pascapandemi. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa resistensi tidak semata-mata merupakan hambatan, melainkan respons rasional yang dapat dikelola melalui manajemen perubahan yang berorientasi pada manusia. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pimpinan organisasi dalam merancang perubahan yang lebih adil, komunikatif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Industri radio lokal di Sukabumi menghadapi tekanan ekonomi akibat disrupsi media digital dan fragmentasi audiens. Kondisi ini mendorong manajemen melakukan efisiensi melalui perubahan kebijakan pengupahan dari gaji bulanan menjadi upah per jam berbasis durasi siar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis alasan kebijakan tersebut serta dinamika resistensi pekerja terhadap perubahan struktur kompensasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada empat stasiun radio di Kota Sukabumi, yaitu Radio Rama, Radio Airlangga, Radio Menara, dan Raka Radio Streaming. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik radio, manajer stasiun, penyiar, dan teknisi. Analisis dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah per jam memicu prekaritas kerja berupa ketidakpastian pendapatan dan melemahnya jaring pengaman ekonomi. Ditemukan pula ketimpangan antara beban kerja preparasi konten yang tidak terbayar dengan durasi siar yang dikompensasi. Situasi ini memunculkan resistensi yang cenderung tertutup, seperti penurunan performa siaran, melemahnya inisiatif kreatif, serta pengalihan fokus ke pekerjaan sampingan untuk menutup kekurangan finansial. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa resistensi merupakan respons atas terganggunya kontrak psikologis dan degradasi identitas profesional. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa efisiensi yang terlalu transaksional pada industri kreatif daerah berisiko menurunkan kualitas konten sebagai aset jangka panjang. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah penerapan model pengupahan hibrida yang memadukan upah dasar dengan insentif berbasis kinerja untuk menyeimbangkan efisiensi perusahaan dan kesejahteraan pekerja.

Abstract

Kegagalan implementasi manajemen perubahan organisasi masih menjadi isu yang banyak dibahas dalam literatur manajemen kontemporer. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama perubahan tidak semata-mata terletak pada kelemahan strategi, tetapi pada rendahnya kesiapan individu sebagai pelaku perubahan. Model ADKAR dikembangkan sebagai kerangka manajemen perubahan yang berfokus pada individu melalui lima tahapan perubahan, yaitu Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, dan Reinforcement. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual peran dan posisi model ADKAR dalam implementasi manajemen perubahan organisasi melalui pendekatan literature review naratif. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan terhadap publikasi ilmiah bereputasi dalam lima tahun terakhir (2020–2025) yang membahas manajemen perubahan organisasi dan pendekatan perubahan berbasis individu. Literatur yang terpilih dianalisis dan disintesiskan secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi, kekuatan, serta keterbatasan model ADKAR. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ADKAR efektif dalam mendukung adopsi perubahan pada level individu, khususnya dalam konteks perubahan operasional dan transformasi digital, serta berperan dalam mengurangi resistensi dan meningkatkan keterlibatan individu dalam proses perubahan. Namun demikian, model ADKAR memiliki keterbatasan apabila digunakan sebagai satu-satunya kerangka perubahan organisasi karena kurang mengakomodasi aspek kepemimpinan strategis, struktur, dan budaya organisasi. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa ADKAR lebih tepat diposisikan sebagai kerangka mikro yang melengkapi pendekatan manajemen perubahan organisasi yang bersifat makro.
