Abstract

Pengembangan aturan hukum harus mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip hukum. Prinsip supremasi hukum harus dibangun dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi atau kedaulatan rakyat, dan tidak boleh diabaikan. Dalam rangka mempercepat implementasi UU Cipta Kerja, Presiden Jokowi menekankan kepada daerah daerah bahwa Peraturan Daerah yang ada diharapkan dapat melakukan sinkronisasi dan harmonisasi dengan UU Cipta Kerja. Perpu Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja. Studi Ini adalah Studi Yuridis Normatif . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana menyelaraskan peraturan daerah yang ada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang. Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Ciptaan Hak Cipta dan Hambatan dalam Proses Harmonisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif yang bersifat yuridis menyajikan norma dengan cara deskriptif. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tegal telah menerapkan harmonisasi peraturan daerah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja, namun tidak semua, karena terdapat berbagai kendala dalam pelaksanaan harmonisasi regulasi. Berbagai kendala yang ada dapat diatasi dengan melibatkan cabang eksekutif dan legislatif secara aktif serta berkolaborasi dengan akademisi, sehingga harmonisasi hukum dapat berjalan efektif dan sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku.

Abstract

Indonesia has very diverse natural resources, especially the abundant forest wealth. But in reality, forest wealth is declining due to deforestation. This contradicts Article 28 H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that people need to fulfil their right to a good and healthy environment. The research was conducted using normative juridical method through statutory, case study and conceptual approaches that produced qualitative data through literature study. This research found the fact that there is no regulation that discusses the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) in Indonesia and there are still many cases of criminalisation due to deforestation cases. Therefore, it is necessary to embody the NDC in the Anti-SLAPP regulation to realise Zero Deforestation-based forest protection in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tata bahasa adalah salah satu komponen paling krusial dalam bahasa Inggris, karena berintegrasi dengan elemen-elemen lain seperti berbicara, mendengarkan, membaca, dan menulis. Masalah utama adalah kompleksitas tata bahasa Inggris, terutama karena bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa asing di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tata bahasa pekerja migran Indonesia di Malaysia dan menyediakan referensi untuk pengajaran tata bahasa menggunakan aplikasi berbasis Android yang mudah diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Desain Quasi-Eksperimental penuh digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penelitian. Desain penelitian ini sederhana, menggunakan tipe kelompok tunggal dengan tiga fase: pre-test, perlakuan, dan post-test. Pada skor pre-test, 66,7% responden tidak mencapai standar minimum. Setelah empat sesi perlakuan selama satu bulan, angka ini turun menjadi 33,3%. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi English Ultimate secara signifikan berkontribusi pada penguasaan tata bahasa.

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional issue that not only involves economic limitations but also reflects violations of fundamental human rights such as the right to food, health, education, decent employment, and socio-political participation. This study aims to analyze the legal innovations implemented by the Tegal Regency Government in formulating poverty alleviation policies based on budget efficiency. Using an empirical and philosophical approach, this research views law not only as an ideal set of norms but also as a dynamic social phenomenon within society. The findings reveal that legal innovation is manifested through the strengthening of juridical aspects in regional policies, the integration and synergy of four flagship poverty alleviation programs, and the implementation of the initiative “One Regional Apparatus, One Assisted Village,” which involves all elements of local government. In addition, active community participation and the utilization of corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from regional and state-owned enterprises serve as crucial supporting factors in enhancing the sustainability and effectiveness of poverty alleviation programs in Tegal Regency.

Abstract

Objective Drug abuse is a serious threat that can destroy the younger generation as the future leaders of the nation. The city of Mojokerto, as a strategic area, is not immune to the circulation and abuse of drugs among teenagers. This study aims to analyze early prevention efforts against drug use among the younger generation in Mojokerto City, emphasizing the role of families, educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, and the community. The research method used is an empirical juridical approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that early prevention can be carried out through three main aspects, namely education, supervision, and synergistic law enforcement. The obstacles encountered include a lack of awareness among the younger generation, weak parental supervision, and limited rehabilitation facilities in the area. Thus, early prevention of drug abuse in Mojokerto City requires ongoing collaboration between families, schools, police, and local government

Abstract

Demonstrations are a form of public expression guaranteed by Law No. 9 of 1998. However, in practice, they often have the potential to cause disturbances to public security and order if not properly controlled. This study aims to analyze the planning and control of police operations in handling demonstrations in the Mojokerto Police District. The research method used is an empirical juridical approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Mojokerto Police carry out operational planning based on the principles of prevention, proportionality, and humanism. Operational control is carried out through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cross-sector coordination, and the application of the principle of negotiation before repressive action. The obstacles found include limited personnel resources, infrastructure, and the unpredictable dynamics of the masses. Therefore, strengthening personnel capacity and more effective coordination with relevant parties are strategic steps to optimize police operation control

Abstract

Tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap makanan halal di Indonesia diikuti oleh peraturan pemerintah yang mewajibkan seluruh industri bidang makanan dan minuman yang mengklaim produknya halal mendapatkan sertifikasi halal dari pemerintah Indonesia. Masyarakat yang mendominasi wilayah Indonesia berasal dari generasi milenial dan generasi Z, sehingga perlu dikaji lebih dalam mengenai presepsi generasi Z terhadap halal supply chain di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui presepsi generasi Z terhadap halal supply chain yang terdapat di wilayah Solo Raya. Penelitian diselenggarakan di Wilayah Solo Raya yang meliputi kabupaten Sukoharjo, Klaten, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Sragen, Boyolali dan Kota Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan 57 responden yang termasuk ke dalam kategori generasi Z. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pemahaman halal secara umum pada gen Z di solo Raya antara baik hingga sangat baik, presepsi gen Z mengenai persiapan produksi adalah baik, presepsi gen Z terhadap produksi makanan dan minuman di Solo raya terhadap aspek halal chainnya mendapatkan hasil yang ragu atau kurang yakin, begitu pula pada presepsi gen Z terhadap distribusinya, sedangkan presepsi gen Z terhadap konsumsinya terhadap halal suply chain antara yakin hingga sangat yakin. Secara keseluruhan gen Z pada daerah Solo raya memiliki presepsi yang baik terhadap halal supply chain industri makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed academic writing practices in higher education, particularly in EFL contexts. This study aims to explore university students’ perceptions and practices of using AI-assisted writing tools in academic writing. A descriptive qualitative design supported by quantitative data was employed. The participants were undergraduate students enrolled in academic writing-related courses who had experience using AI-assisted writing tools. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of students’ academic writing. Questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while interview and document data were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that students hold positive perceptions toward AI-assisted writing tools, particularly in terms of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and increased writing confidence. In practice, students most frequently utilized AI tools during the revising and editing stages, mainly to improve grammatical accuracy, vocabulary choice, and sentence clarity. Furthermore, the study reveals a notable level of ethical awareness, as students tended to limit AI use to language-level support rather than idea generation. The study concludes that AI-assisted writing tools have considerable potential to support academic writing development and self-regulated learning when integrated responsibly. Pedagogical implications highlight the importance of instructional guidance in fostering ethical and effective AI use in academic writing instruction.

Abstract

This article investigates how Black womanhood and racial violence are portrayed in Arnold Edwards’s Come Full Circle through the character of Viola McBee, a Black woman whose life is shaped by unresolved trauma, historical injustice, and spatial displacement. The research is motivated by the need to understand how literature represents the intersections of race, gender, and memory, particularly in narratives centered on Black women’s lived experiences. The central problem concerns how dislocated belonging operates in Viola’s identity as both victim and agent of justice. Drawing on Critical Race Feminism, Black Feminist Thought, and Spatial Theory, the study employs a qualitative textual analysis to examine how Viola’s response to racial and sexual violence challenges legal justice and redefines moral accountability. The findings reveal that Viola resists dominant cultural narratives that demand silence or forgiveness, asserting her agency by transforming personal memory into political resistance. Her character challenges the spatial and legal structures that exclude Black women, making visible the emotional and material costs of systemic violence. The article contributes to American Studies by demonstrating how fictional texts can confront historical silences and center Black women’s voices as vital frameworks for ethical and political critique.

Abstract

Being wise on social media for teenagers means using digital platforms consciously, responsibly, and in accordance with legal and ethical norms. Teenagers need to understand that every post, comment, and dissemination of information has legal implications, such as the risk of privacy violations, defamation, hate speech, and the spread of hoaxes. This understanding is crucial to ensuring that social media is used positively as a means of expression, education, and social interaction without causing future legal problems. Teenagers who upload content containing insults, accusations, or negative comments about others may be subject to legal sanctions. Posts on social media are considered statements in a public space, so even if made privately or jokingly, they still have the potential to violate the law if they harm the honor of others. The legal consequences include criminal proceedings, fines, and/or imprisonment. Therefore, digital literacy education and parental guidance are essential to help teenagers develop critical thinking, self-control, and ethical awareness in navigating online environments safely and responsibly.
