Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima tidak di ketahui dengan pasti. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 50 orang mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa : (a) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima; (b) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima; dan (c) Kualitas Produk dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Kualitas Layanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada Alfamaret Cabang  Wawo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluru konsumen pada alfamaret cabang wawo kecmatan wawo kabupaten bima. Hasil penelitian maka dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa :Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada alfamart cabang wawo, Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada alfamart cabang wawo, dan Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  loyalitas konsumen pada alfamart Cabang wawo. Disarankan kepada perusahaan, harus tetap mempertahankan kualitas Layanan dan kepuasan konsumen serta selalu mengikuti perkembangan  zaman yang ada  di  masyarakat.  Serta menjadikan artis-artis yang sedang  viral  di kalangan masyarakat sebagai brand ambassador untuk menarik minat  konsumen  lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Marketing Public Relations on Consumer Loyalty at Holly Mart Bima. The research method used in this study is associative. The population used was all consumers who had shopped at Holly Mart Bima, with an unknown population, and a required sample size of 96 respondents. The results showed that Marketing Public Relations has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty at Holly Mart Bima. Future researchers are expected to expand the research by adding other variables that can influence consumer loyalty, including service quality, product quality, and others. Furthermore, Holly Mart Bima is advised to improve its marketing public relations program to increase consumer loyalty in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang konsumen yang pernah membeli di Holly Mart Kecamatan Tente dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (a) Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; (b) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; dan (c) Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Penulis menyarankan kepada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Harga, Promosi dan Minat Beli dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan untuk mendukung aspek pemasaran. Dari segi harga base on penelitian ini harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adanya indikasi negatif harga kurang ambil andil dalam penelitian ini, Dan disarankaan agar selalu Di tingkatkann tren dari hasil penelitain ketiga variabel yang di uji memiliki hasil yang sangat positif san tren yang sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on consumers’ purchasing decisions for clothing at Toko Serba 35.000 Bima. A quantitative approach with an associative research method was applied to examine the relationship between the independent variables, namely product quality (X1) and price (X2), and the dependent variable, purchasing decision (Y). Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas price has a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, the simultaneous test reveals that product quality and price together significantly influence purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that consumers at Toko Serba 35.000 Bima prioritize price considerations over product quality when making purchasing decisions. This study provides practical insights for business owners in formulating pricing strategies and enhancing competitiveness in the local retail market.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of an Android-based virtual tour application to introduce the facilities and infrastructure of Universitas Teknologi Akba Makassar (UNITAMA) using Virtual Reality (VR) technology and the 360-degree panoramic image method. The objective of this study is to create an interactive medium for students, prospective new students, and their parents to access detailed information about the campus environment. The research employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, consisting of concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. Testing results using the Blackbox method showed that the application functions properly, while user experience evaluation recorded an average score above 91%, with clarity achieving the highest score of 98.3%. This indicates that the application is effective as a digital campus introduction medium and provides an interactive and realistic experience..

Abstract

This study examines the practice of Murābaḥah contracts in consumptive financing in Islamic banks by highlighting their conformity to maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. Despite being the dominant instrument, the implementation of Murābaḥah is often criticized for resembling interest-bearing credit due to the absence of real ownership and risk of goods by banks. This research uses a qualitative-normative approach through the analysis of financial statements, DSN-MUI fatwas, OJK regulations, PSAK 102, as well as interviews with the Sharia Supervisory Board and sharia auditors. The framework of analysis is based on Ibn 'Āsyūr's perspective on the protection of property (ḥifẓ al-māl) and justice ('adl). The results of the study show the gap between fiqh norms, regulations, and accounting practices. Margins are recorded linearly resembling interest, ownership of goods is not disclosed, and financial statements fail to display the substance of the risk. As a contribution, this study proposes a model of margin determination based on 'iwāḍ (legitimate compensation for risk and effort) and recommends a reformulation of financial statements that is in line with maqāṣid. Calculation simulations confirm the risk of "covert usury" in consumptive financing, while international comparisons show more transparent governance practices in Malaysia, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This research contributes to conceptual and technical reforms in Islamic finance, with significant implications for regulation, risk management practices, and Islamic accounting education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, imported brands and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Royal Store Thrifting clothing in Bima City. This study was conducted at the Royal Store Bima located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, East of Serasuba Field, Paruga, West Rasanae, Bima City. This study is an associative type using a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study were all consumers who had purchased Royal Store thrifting clothing in Bima City whose number was not known for certain (Unknown Population). A sample of 96 people who had purchased Royal Store thrifting clothing in Bima City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with primary data as the research data source. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test, correlation test, t test and F test. The results of the study stated that product quality, imported brands and lifestyle have a significant influence on purchasing decisions of Thrifting Royal Store clothes in Bima City. These results prove that when a thrifting product has good quality, the original imported brand product and the product is in accordance with the customer's lifestyle, it will influence the customer's purchasing decision.

Abstract

The amount of company competition and the current pandemic situationforces every producer to be smart in choosing products to produce by carrying outvarious innovations and promotions, one of which is Ohadoku, which is food that carriesa retro style. This type of research uses associative research with a total of 110 samplesfrom all ohadoku consumers in Uma Ilopeta. The sampling technique used purposivesampling with the results of the t-test signifthat all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — he research aims to determine employee performance which can be influenced simultaneously and partially by the work discipline and motivation of the Karawang Regency Satpol PP.Research method— he population in this study was 108 employees who had a tolerable error rate of 10% or an accuracy rate of 90%. Therefore, a purposive cluster probability sampling technique was used to sample 52 employees to represent the population. Descriptive and verification methods are used in this research, which means collecting data, displaying, analyzing and testing hypotheses, before making conclusions and recommendations. Descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis were used with SPSS 26 hypothesis testing.Result— This research results that employee performance can be partially significantly and positively influenced by work discipline, employee performance can be partially significantly and positively influenced by work motivation, Employee performance can be affected simultaneously by discipline and work motivation.Conclusion— The work discipline and motivation of employees in the Karawang Regency Satpol PP have a significant and positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
