Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made most economic sectors, especially micro and small enterprises, stagnant and even bankrupt. This situation is what makes micro and small business enterprises change their sales strategy through digitalization schemes. The Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly prompted new changes in Indonesia's business style. Social media and marketplaces can become a new concept to make it easier for micro and small business actors to get more comprehensive marketing access. This study aims to initiate an ideal digital marketing adoption model for micro and small enterprise to restore economic conditions to their original state. The research method is an exploratory qualitative approach using primary data obtained from observations and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of the sources being micro and small business actors assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Semarang, Surakarta, Grobogan, Pemalang, Purworejo. The flow of research analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate two alternative solution models, including (1) training and startup development; (2) training and scaleup development. The urgency of this research allows the government to carry out single submission online program management to minimize errors and monitor program progress. This solution model is expected to be a role model based on ta'awun (mutual relations) for other provincial governments in empowering micro and small business actors to become more optimal based on appropriate technology.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of brand image, product quality, price, and lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions among Generation Z, specifically Dian Nuswantoro University students. Using a quantitative approach with an questionnaire survey distributed to 133 students, the data were analyzed through Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed that brand image, product quality, price, and lifestyle positive and significantly influence iPhone purchasing decisions. A strong brand image boosts buying interest, product quality builds confidence, price aligns with perceived benefits, and lifestyle affects preferences based on social status. The findings suggest that Apple should focus on brand image, product quality, and pricing strategies tailored to young consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, self efficacy, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan kriteria karyawan yang telah bekerja di PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang selama minimal 1 tahun. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang karyawan ditentukan dengan memaksimalkan kebijakan penyebaran kuisioner yang diperbolehkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS Statistics 27. Berdasarkan hasil olah data didapat bahwa variabel perceived organizational support, self efficacy, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen terhadap produk Body Lotion Scarlet Whitening di platform e-commerce Shopee. Selain itu, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang, termasuk kendala seperti pengalaman negatif, harga tinggi, dan keterbatasan produk. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang produk Scarlett Whitening di Shopee.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan, Ulasan Produk dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, serta disiplin kerja pada kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan yang diterapkan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode survei penjelasan, penyebaran kuesioner dipilih sebagai metodepengumpulan data. Purpove sampling diterapkan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan sampel jenuh, yang melibatkan 148 responden dari pegawai PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang. Perangkat lunak statistik IBM SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian melalui analisis regresi berganda linier. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to examine the extent to which financial literacy influences the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the craft sector in Gorontalo Regency. Methods: The approach used is a quantitative approach, involving 80 respondents selected using a sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires analyzed using a Likert scale. The entire data processing and analysis process was carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Results: The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs in the craft sector. The research findings show that financial literacy has a significant effect on improving the financial performance of MSMEs in the region. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Aspek kepuasan kerja pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mendukung kinerja sebuah organisasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek seperti komunikasi serta kepemimpinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, melibatkan 48 pegawai sebagai sampel. Analisis yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil yang memperlihatkan bahwasannya baik kepemimpinan maupun komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, dengan kontribusi sebesar 46,3%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya gaya kepemimpinan gaya kepemimpinan yang terbuka serta pola komunikasi yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai, meskipun masih terdapat faktor-faktor lainnya di luar dua variabel ini yang juga perlu diperhatikan.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja.   ABSTRACT   Employee job satisfaction is one of the key factors in supporting organizational performance, influenced by various elements such as communication and leadership. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership and communication on the level of job satisfaction among employees at the Department of Youth and Sports of Semarang City. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument and involving 48 employees as the sample. The analysis reveals that both leadership and communication have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, contributing 46.3%. It can be concluded that an open leadership style and effective communication patterns can enhance employee job satisfaction, although there are other contributing factors beyond these two variables that also warrant attention.   Keywords : Leadership, Communication, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Perceived Value and Perceived Safety on Customer Loyalty through Passenger Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the context of GrabCar services. The study employs path analysis and Sobel test to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between variables. Data was collected through a survey with 107 respondents who are GrabCar users. The results show that Perceived Value and Perceived Safety have a positive and significant effect on Passenger Satisfaction, which in turn positively affects Customer Loyalty. The Sobel test reveals that Passenger Satisfaction serves as a significant intervening variable in the relationship between Perceived Value and Perceived Safety towards customer loyalty. These findings imply that transportation service providers such as GrabCar should focus on enhancing perceived value and safety to improve passenger satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens long-term customer loyalty

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktualisasi diri dan membangun interaksi sosial bagi anak difabel di Roemah Difabel Semarang. Melalui pendekatan kreatif berupa aktivitas mewarnai, kegiatan ini dirancang sebagai media ekspresi diri yang menyenangkan dan inklusif antara penyandang disabilitas dan mahasiswa. Anak-anak difabel diajak berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas kelompok mewarnai tas kanvas, di mana mereka dikenalkan pada warna-warna dasar serta proses mencampur warna untuk menghasilkan variasi warna baru. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya merangsang kreativitas dan keterampilan motorik, tetapi juga menciptakan suasana interaktif yang mendorong komunikasi, kerja sama, dan rasa percaya diri. Mahasiswa dilibatkan secara aktif untuk mempererat hubungan sosial dan membangun empati terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif melalui edukasi, pelatihan kreatif, dan mediasi emosional efektif mendorong aktualisasi diri anak-anak difabel. Kegiatan diawali observasi dan pelatihan pendamping, dilanjutkan sesi interaktif berupa diskusi, mewarnai tas kanvas, dan FGD berbasis kartu emosi. Metode visual, inklusif, dan empatik disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan refleksi bersama, menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ekspresi diri, kepercayaan diri, interaksi sosial, serta kesadaran emosional dalam satu hari pelaksanaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pembentukan ruang inklusi yang positif di lingkungan sosial mereka.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work ability, work experience, and work environment on employee performance at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Representative Office of Central Java Province. The population of this study was all employees working at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Central Java Province, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data source was primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that work ability had a significant positive effect on employee performance, work experience had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the determination coefficient showed that work ability, work experience, and work environment contributed 63.6 percent to the variance of employee performance variables, so further research is needed on other aspects of employee performance.   Keywords: Work Ability, Work Experience, Work Environment, Employee Performance
