Abstract

The level of employee productivity is a crucial factor in determining a company's success and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the influence of three main factors: the clarity of Job Descriptions, the level of employee Competency, and Self-Efficacy on employee productivity at PT Kartika Inti Sejati. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal survey design. The population of this study consisted of all employees at PT Kartika Inti Sejati. The sample was determined using a specific technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Classical assumption tests confirmed that the regression model was appropriate. The partial test results showed that Job Description, Competency, and Self-Efficacy each had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirmed that these three variables collectively and significantly influence the increase in employee productivity. The main conclusion is that improving the clarity of job roles, strengthening employee competency, and consistently cultivating employee self-confidence are effective strategies for the management of PT Kartika Inti Sejati to optimize overall company performance and output.

Abstract

This study's backdrop is a decrease in staff attendance and a rise in tardiness., which indicate the existence of job satisfaction problems. Job satisfaction refers to the supportive or unsupportive feelings experienced by employees in carrying out their work, both in relation to their tasks and their personal conditions (Mangkunegara, 2017). The purpose of this research is to examine and examine the effect of work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction at a public transportation company in Bandung City. The population of this study consists of 70 employees. A quantitative technique is used as the research methodology, using information gathered by distributing surveys to all employees as research respondents. The study's results indicate that all variables are classified at a low level It seems from the results of the partial test that work discipline has a favorable influence on job satisfaction, although this effect is not statistically significant. Meanwhile, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In light of these findings, one may deduce that the levels of job satisfaction, work discipline, and employee motivation at the public transportation company in Bandung City are in the low category. Therefore, efforts to enhance employee job satisfaction should focus on strengthening work motivation, accompanied by continuous improvements in work discipline.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need to understand the communication models used by blind massage therapists in delivering their services, as communication plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience. The research problem focuses on how these public speaking models are manifested and how they influence customer perceptions and satisfaction. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, involving direct observation at Rumah Bugar Sentra Wyata Guna and in-depth interviews with four blind massage therapists. The findings reveal four distinct public speaking communication models: Communicative-Relational, Silent-Reflective, Informative-Educative, and Humorous-Relaxed. Each model contributes differently to the customer experience, ranging from building trust, creating a calm atmosphere, providing additional knowledge, to fostering a cheerful and enjoyable environment. The study concludes that public speaking competence is not merely a complementary skill but a strategic added value that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens the professional position of blind massage therapists within the health and relaxation service industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh peran krusial sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak utama dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi,di mana stabilitas dan kinerja karyawan sangat ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor internal perusahaan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan CV. Bio Cipta Mandiri Bandung. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena peningkatan Turnover Intention yang tajam, dari 11,6% pada 2023 menjadi 28,2% pada 2025, yang mengindikasikan adanya masalah pada komitmen dan loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, selain itu Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Insentif juga mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan satu sama lain, di mana temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Insentif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan maupun menurunkan Turnover Intention, sehingga dengan Budaya Organisasi yang baik serta Pemberian Insentif yang tepat, Turnover Intention dapat menurun secara optimal. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Insentif yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan Turnover Intention Pada CV. Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan membedah pengaruh tiga faktor utama—ulasan konsumen, harga, dan kualitas produk—terhadap keputusan pembelian merek Sprei Lady Rose Prime di ekosistem Shopee. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, kuesioner disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling) berdasarkan rekam jejak pembelian mereka. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda dibantu perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 30. Hasilnya meyakinkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, kualitas, harga, dan ulasan berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Secara kolektif, variabel-variabel ini memberikan 63,1% variasi pada keputusan pembelian, dengan sisa pengaruh (36,9%) berasal dari variabel luar. Output penelitian ini menyuguhkan rekomendasi praktis bagi penjual dalam menyusun strategi harga, perbaikan kualitas, dan manajemen reputasi digital demi mendongkrak penjualan. Selain menjadi acuan praktis bagi pelaku usaha, kajian ini juga memperkaya literatur mengenai perilaku konsumen di era e-commerce. Bagi peneliti berikutnya, disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan variabel atau meneliti platform digital lain guna mendapatkan perspektif industri yang lebih komprehensif.
