This can increase maternal and infant mortality as a standard for a country's health status. Social and economic impacts also occur due to reduced peer interaction, discontinued education levels, resulting in narrower job opportunities. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of health education through animated video media on young women's knowledge of early marriage during a pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Batang. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest with control design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a total of 134 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire filled out online via the Google form. Result: The results of the study showed an increase in the average knowledge score in both the control and experimental groups. In the control group, the increase in score reached 12.69 ± 2.211, while in the treatment group it experienced a higher increase, namely 22.55 ± 7.509. The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that providing health education using animated video media was effective in increasing the knowledge of SMA Negeri 1 Batang students with a p value = 0.000. Background: Women are more prone to stress during pregnancy than during the postpartum period. Stress during pregnancy is correlated with pregnancy and birth outcomes. Early detection using the e-health system is an alternative to health services during the pandemic. Aims: The research objective was to produce innovation in early stress detection using an information system based on the e-Health system. Methods: This study was conducted in the Ngaliyan Primary Healthcare Centre with 34 pregnant women. This study utilized both qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), while quantitative research used an experimental design with a one-shot case study approach. Results: The e-Health system could automatically identify stress during pregnancy, with the TAM questionnaire yielding a very effective result of 85.4%. The average time needed to detect pregnant women's stress was 230.94 seconds. This system can analyze 374 pregnant women within one day (24 hours), provide services, and report pregnant women's stress detection results. Conclusions: The e-Health system effectively conserves time and can be used to record and report early stress in pregnant women. Background: The phenomenon of early marriage during the COVID-19 pandemic thatoccurred in Batang Regency increased by 200% compared to the previous year withthe average age of marriage being 17 years. From 2019 to 2020 there has been adecrease of 0.6%, but it has not yet reached the target of reducing it to 8.74% in 2024.One of the factors causing early marriage is the lack of knowledge of reproductive health in adolescents and the risks that can occur due to contraceptives. reproductiveorgans that are not ready for pregnancy and childbirth. This can increase maternaland infant mortality as a standard for a country's health status. Social and economicimpacts also occur due to reduced peer interaction, discontinued education levels, resulting in narrower job opportunities.Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of health educationthrough animated video media on young women's knowledge of early marriage duringa pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Batang. This type of research uses a quasi-experimentaland pretest-posttest with control design. The sampling technique was simple randomsampling with a total of 134 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire filledout online via the Google form.Result: The results of the study showed an increase in the average knowledge scorein both the control and experimental groups. In the control group, the increase in scorereached 12.69 ± 2.211, while in the treatment group it experienced a higher increase, namely 22.55 ± 7.509. Coverage of postpartum visits experienced a successive decline since 2018 which affected the increasing postpartum complications supported by the Covid-19 Pandemic situation. Utilization of the application as a medium that can increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of postpartum mothers in conducting postpartum visits. The study aims to develop and to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the Android-based “Hallo Manis” M-health application in postpartum visit compliance compared to the group that was only given health education with the KIA book (Maternal and Child Health). This study was a Research and Development (R&D) consisting of 5 stages, namely literature study, development design model, validity expert, model trial, and product results with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method. Types of research is a true experiment post-test type of only control group design. The population of this study was postpartum mothers > 2 hours postpartum. The sampling technique is probability sampling with random cluster sampling and simple random sampling, the sample size is 30 respondents in each group. The average feasibility test result is 86.41% with a p-value of 0.024. "Hallo Manis" application is feasible and effective for postpartum visit compliance with a p-value of <0.0001. This application makes it easy for postpartum mothers to access and obtain information about the postpartum period related to the benefits and objectives of postpartum visits, including reminder notifications including a schedule for postpartum repeat visits so that it helps mothers manage their time.

Background:  IoT-based postpartum alert is the development of a vital sign-checking tool using obstetric early warning system indicators. This is an effort to prevent maternal death during the postpartum period. Monitoring is carried out manually without interpretation and recommendations and is not connected to the Internet. Adding interpretations and recommendations and connecting to the Internet can help mothers and families with self-examination and remote monitoring by midwives or health workers because, generally, mothers are at home during the postpartum period.Purpose: This research aims to create and test an IoT-based Postpartum alert detection tool that has been developed. Methods: This research is R&D, divided into five stages: collecting information through literature study, product/model design, design validation, design revision, and small-scale product/model testing. Results:  An IoT-based early postpartum detection tool with a portable design has been created. The test results are based on the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) classification in the area under the ROC curve, which shows that the tool has an outstanding category with an accuracy level of 90%.Conclusion: The IoT-based postpartum emergency detection alarm is a vital sign measuring tool that can interpret and recommend signs and connect to health workers using internet features. The measurement and interpretation results are sent to the cloud system to provide recommendations, data storage, and notification alarms to health workers.

Background: Red ginger contains flavonoids, which can cause vasodilation and decreased cardiac output and pressure. Previous research on red ginger on blood pressure has been carried out and showed significant results. However, it has yet to be studied in nanoparticle extracts, where nanoparticles are the best drug carrier system, so it is necessary to research.Purpose: Making and testing red ginger nanoparticle administration (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive postpartum mothers. Methods: This is an experimental study with a pre-post control group design. The sample consisted of 40 postpartum hypertensive mothers divided into two groups, namely 20 interventions and 20 controls. The intervention group was given red ginger nanoparticles made using the bottom-up method with a dose of 300 mg and the antihypertensive drug nifedipine, while the control group was given the antihypertensive drug nifedipine alone; both were given for two weeks. Data analysis used the Independent t-test and reapeted ANOVA tests. Results: The systolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased by 12.95 mmHg on the 7th and 28.4 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001) while the control group was 7.05 mmHg on the 7th day and 14.8 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001). Diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased by 3.55 mmHg on the 7th day and 11.90 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001), while the control group was 2.88 mmHg on the seventh day (p<0.007) and fifth day 35 mmHg on day 14 (p<0.002).Conclusion: Giving red ginger nanoparticles can reduce blood pressure in postpartum hypertension
