Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yg signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SDN 4 Tonja Denpasar Utara Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Tonja Denpasar Utara Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dengan 85 orang siswa. Pemilihan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol ditentukan melalui random sampling. Data tentang hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes tertulis berupa tes objektif berbentuk pilihan ganda biasa yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik parametrik yaitu uji-t.Berdasarkan taraf signifikan 5% dan dk =83 (thitung=8,801 > ttabel = 2,000), menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SDN 4 Tonja Denpasar Utara Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Ini berarti, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 4 Tonja Denpasar Utara Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : kooperatif tipe STAD, IPA, hasil belajar A research is conducted to know the significant differences between learning achievement science sciences of student’s which used cooperative learning type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) with student’s used convencional teaching of the fifth grade students SDN 4 Tonja Denpasar Utara academic year 2014/2015. Choise class eksperimen and class control used random sampling technique. Learning achievement data using a test instrument is an objective test with multiple choice. The data analized with statistic parametric is t-test. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa setelah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran Kontekstual (CTL) dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 9 Pedungan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Adapun data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Sebelum penelitian, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 65,00. Dilihat dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 70, hasil belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata persentase keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada siklus I sebesar 71,37% dengan kategori sedang, rata-rata persentase hasil belajar pada siklus II sebesar 80,12% dengan kategori tinggi. Terjadi peningkatan keterampilan membaca pemahaman dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 8,75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran Kontekstual (CTL) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 9 Pedungan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru Bahasa Indonesia agar menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran Kontekstual (CTL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan kontekstual, keterampilan membaca pemahaman. This study is class action research (PTK) and it was conducted in two cycles. This study aims to improve comprehend reading skill student learning result after implementation of contextual teaching-learning approach (CTL) in subject of Indonesia language. Subject of this study was all the student grade IV at SD Negeri 9 Pedungan subdistrict of South Denpasar in academic year of 2013/2014 by number of 40 students. Data was collected by using test method and then analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis. Before research, the mean of student’s learning result was 65,00. Viewed from criteria of minimal completeness (KKM) was 70, the student comprehend reading skill still low. The result of this study showed the mean of procentage comprehend reading skill at first cycle was 71,37% with moderate category, the mean of procentage comprehend reading skill at second cycle was 80,12% with high category. There was improvement comprehend reading skill from first cycle to second cycle was 8,75%. Based on the learning result can be concluded that application of contextual teaching-learning approach (CTL) can improve comprehend reading skill of the student grade IV SD Negeri 9 Pedungan, subdistrict of South Denpasar. Therefore it will be suggested to the Indonesia language teacher should apply the contextual learning approach (CTL) to improve comprehend reading skill. keyword : Contextual approach, comprehend reading skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Problem Solving dengan setting NHT dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental dengan menggunakan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus VIII Abiansemal Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 222 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. yang diacak adalah kelas. Dari hasil pengundian diperoleh siswa kelas V SD No 4 Sibangkaja sebagai kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 33 orang siswa dan kelas V SD No 3 Sibangkaja sebagai kelompok kontrol sebanyak 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes yakni tes hasil belajar IPA Berupa tes obyektif bentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Problem Solving dengan setting NHT dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus VIII Abiansemal Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh thitung 4,605 > ttabel 2,00 dan di dukung oleh perbedaan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Problem Solving dengan setting NHT yaitu 80,036 dan siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional yaitu 69,67. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Problem Solving dengan setting NHT berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus VIII Abiansemal Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014Kata Kunci : model Problem Solving dengan setting NHT, konvensional, hasil belajar IPA. The purposed of this research was to know the significant of the result of studying science between students who studied by problem solving with settingnumbered head together (NHT) model and students who studied by conventional learning of the fifth grade students of Gugus VIII elementary school Abiansemal academic year 2013/2014. This kind of research was Quasi Experimental that used Nonequivalent Control Group Design plan. The research subjects were 222 students of the fifth grade students of Gugus VIII elementary school Abiansemal in academic year 2013/2014. The samples were taken by random sampling technique. This result was taken from the test that consist od four optionals. The data that had collected was analyzed by Uji-t. The results of the research show that there are significant different of studying science between the group of students who learn by problem solving with setting numbered head together (NHT) model and group students who learn by conventional learning of the fifth grade students of Gugus VIII elementary school Abiansemal in academic year 2013/2014. That is shown by t(count) 4,605 > t(table) 2.00 and it is supported by the different average score which is reached between students who study by problem solving with setting numbered head together (NHT) model that is 80,036 and the students who study by conventional learning is 69,67 so, Ha is accepted. That mean the implementation of problem solving with setting numbered head together (NHT) model could influence to the studying result of the fifth grade students of Gugus VIII elementary school Abiansemal in academic year 2013/2014.keyword : Problem solving with setting numbered head together (NHT) model, conventional, science studying result.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis bahasa Indonesia antara siswa kelas IV di SDN Peguyangan yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan produktif dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu menggunakan non equivalent control group design. Populasi yang dilibatkan adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri desa Peguyangan Denpasar utara yang berjumlah 561 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 90 orang siswa yaitu 45 orang siswa dari kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Peguyangan menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan 45 orang siswa dari kelas IV SD Negeri 11 Peguyangan menjadi kelompok kontrol. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik random sampling. Data berupa hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa pada keterampilan menulis dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes jenis subjektif (Essay Test) selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji t. Atas hasil analsis data diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan menulis (bahasa Indonesia) siswa kelas IV yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan produktif lebih tinggi dari siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik (83,73>78,08). Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis bahasa Indonesia antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan produktif dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik (thitung=4,99 ; ttabel=1,67). Dengan demikian dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan produktif terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menulis (bahasa Indonesia) pada tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Negeri di desa Peguyangan Denpasar Utara.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan saintifik, pertanyaan produktif, hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia This research purpose is to determine the significant difference of Indonesia writing skills between the fourth grade students of SDN Peguyangan which were taught using scientific approach based on productive questions and students which were taught using scientific approach. This the research is a part by quasi-experiment using non equivalent control group design. Population is all of students in the fourth grade of SD Negeri Desa Peguyangan Denpasar Utara which has 561 students. Sample of this research is 90 students, there are 45 students of which comes from the fourth grade of SD Negeri 4 Peguyangan which become experimental group and the other 45 students are from the fourth grade of SD Negeri 11 Peguyangan which become control group. Experiment sample is obtained by random sampling technique. The data about writing skills in Indonesia learning outcome is obtained by using subjective test type (essay test). Then the data collected is analyzed by using t-test. The data analyzed showed that by average of (writing skills) as of the fourth grade students which was taught by using scientific approach based on productive questions is higher than students which was taught by using scientific approach (83.73>78.08). The result of t-test showed that there is a significant difference of Indonesia writing skills between students which was taught using scientific approach based on productive questions and students which was taught using scientific approach. (Tcalculate=4.99 ; Ttable =1.67). Therefore it can be concluded of this experiment there are effect of the application of scientific approach based on productive questions on writing skills in Indonesian learning outcome on cita-citaku theme in the fourth grade of SD Negeri Desa Peguyangan Denpasar Utara.keyword : Scientific Approach, productive questions,Indonesia learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang sifnifikan hasil belajar Keterampilan Menyimak dalam Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV di SDN Desa Peguyangan yang dibelajarkan menggunakan Pendekatan Saintifik ditinjau dari jenis pertanyaan guru yang bersifat abstrak dan pertanyaan guru yang bersifat konkret pada Tema Cita – citaku. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra- eksperimen menggunakan rancangan penelitian The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan 3 langkah yang harus dilalui yaitu pretes, perlakuan, posttes. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Desa Peguyangan dengan jumlah 563 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling yaitu kelas IV SDN 2 Peguyangan sebagai kelas menggunakan Pertanyaan Abstrak Guru dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 41 orang dan kelas IV SDN 8 Peguyangan sebagai kelas menggunakan Pertanyaan Konkret Guru dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar keterampilan menyimak dalam bentuk tes uraian sebanyak 10 soal. Analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji beda mean (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,017. Sedangkan batas penolakan Ho dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk=5 maka diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,980. Ini berarti thitung = 3,017 >ttabel = 1,980. Perolehan nilai rata – rata kedua kelas setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu 75,76< 81,07. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Pendekatan Saintifik terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menyimak dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tema Cita – citaku siswa kelas IV di SDN Desa Peguyangan ditinjau dari jenis pertanyaan guru. Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, hasil belajar, keterampilan menyimak bahasa Indonesia, jenis pertanyaan guru The purpose of this research was to knew the significant differences in Listening Skills outcomes of Indonesia subject for grade IV students at SDN Desa Peguyangan that learned to use Scientific Approach of abstract and concrete types of question for the Theme of Cita - citaku. This research was a pre-experimental research using The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design, which needs fulfilled 3 steps: pretest, treatment, posttes. The research population were 563 grade IV students at SDN Desa Peguyangan. The samples were taken by random sampling method, which are 41 grade IV student from SDN 2 Peguyangan with abstract question treatment and 43 grade IV students from SDN 8 Peguyangan with concrete question treatment. The data collection in this research were using the test result of listening skill in the form 10 essays question. Statistic analysis used to test the hypothesis was the mean difference test (T-test). Based in the analysis result of the obtained the t calculate equal to 3.017. While the rejection limit Ho with 5% significant level and dk = 5, t table of 1.980 was obtained. This means t = 3,017> t table = 1.980. Average result achieved by both classes after treatment given was 75.76

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Pattimura Denpasar Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah populasi 437 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah 65 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah skor hasil belajar keterampilan menulis yang dikumpulkan dengan tes kinerja menulis dan skor kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikumpulkan dengan tes uraian. Untuk uji hipotesis data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan MANOVA. Semua pengujian statistik dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara siswa klas IV SD Gugus Pattimura yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik konvensional pada tema Cita-citaku.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, asesmen portofolio, keterampilan menulis, berpikir kritis The research is aimed to understand the difference of learning result of writing skill and the ability of critical thinking of students who study based on Portofolio scientific approach and students who study through conventional scientific approach,such research is using non-equivalent control group design. The number of population is 65 students, which was taken from elementary students on 4th grades at Gugus Pattimura, South Denpasar in academic year 2014/2015. Data collected was held on two score. Firstly, score of learning result of writing skill is collected through writing performance test. Second is score of critical thinking ability, which was collected through explanation test. Hypothesis test was deployed by descriptive analysis and MANOVA. Those tests were using 5 % significant level. The result posits that there were different result by writing skill and ability of critical thinking for students studying based on assessment Portofolio scientific approach and students who study conventional scientific approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Nonequilevalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah dasar negeri Gugus Moch. Hatta, Denpasar Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sampel diambil dengan teknik multiple stage sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah hasil belajar keterampilan menulis melalui tes kinerja menulis dan sikap ilmiah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik Multiple Analysis of Varian (MANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga F untuk Pillai’s Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace dan Roy’s Largest Root memiliki signifikansi p (0,001) < 0,05. Artinya harga F untuk Pillai’s Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace dan Roy’s Largest Root semuanya signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis MANOVA tersebut, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran saintifik konvensional. Statistik deskriptif menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio lebih unggul daripada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan sikap ilmiah siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Moch. Hatta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 tema Cita-citaku.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, asesmen portofolio, keterampilan menulis, sikap ilmiah The research is aimed at knowing the difference of learning result of writing skill and scientific attitude of students following their study on portfolio assesment based scientific approach and sudents following their study on conventional scientific approach. Such research is an unreal experiment using nonequivalent control group design. Population in the research is all public elementary schools of “Gugus Moch. Hatta”, South Denpasar in the Academic Year 2014/2015. Sample was taken by multiple stage sampling technique. The data collected were the learning result of writing skill through writing performance test and scientific attitude by questionaire. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia dan sikap sosial antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequilevalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus Moch. Hatta Denpasar Selatan, tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Multiple Stage Sampling. Data berupa nilai hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda biasa dan skor sikap sosial dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner skala sikap. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia dan sikap sosial siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (nilai p = 0,0001 < 0,05). 2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional ( nilai p = 0,003 < 0,05) dan 3) terdapat perbedaan sikap sosial siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional ( nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia dan sikap sosial siswa.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, asesmen portofolio, bahasa Indonesia dan sikap sosial The purpose of this research is to explore the differences in learning outcome knowledge of bahasa Indonesia and social attitudes between the students which is learn trhough scientific approach based portfolio assessment and the students which is learn trhough conventional learning approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan menulis) tema cita-citaku antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan langsung dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan tidak langsung pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kelas IV SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, meliputi 7 SD berjumlah 350 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling dan diperoleh kelas IVa SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan berjumlah 41 siswa sebagai kelas terteliti dengan tindakan berupa pertanyaan langsung dan kelas IVa SD Negeri 5 Peguyangan berjumlah 38 siswa sebagai kelas terteliti dengan tindakan berupa pertanyaan tidak langsung. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah hasil belajar pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan menulis) berupa nilai kognitif. Nilai kognitif dikumpulkan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk tes pilihan ganda biasa. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan menulis) tema cita-citaku antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan langsung dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis pertanyaan tidak langsung pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu dengan thitung=2,47 > ttabel=1,65 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan menulis) tema cita-citaku pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu ditinjau dari cara guru bertanya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan membaca) dan sikap spiritual antara siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Jenderal Sudirman Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis assesmen portofolio dan yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan rancangan penelitian Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV SD Gugus Jenderal Sudirman Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling yaitu kelas IV B SD N 2 Sesetan sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 37 orang dan kelas IV B SD N 6 Sesetan sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hasil hipotesis I dan II menggunakan t-test dan untuk hipotesis III digunakan uji statistik Manova.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan membaca) dan sikap spiritual antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis assesmen portofolio dan yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Hal tersebut dibuktikan bahwa hasil analisis Manova yang dihitung dengan uji Multivariate lebih kecil dari angka signifikan yaitu 0,001 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik berbasis assesmen portofolio berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pengetahuan bahasa Indonesia (keterampilan membaca) dan sikap spiritual siswa pada pembelajaran tema cita-citaku. This study aimed to determine the significant differences effect on students’ Indonesian language knowledge (reading skill) and spiritual attitude between class IV SD Gugus Jenderal Sudirman Kecamatan South Denpasar which was taught through scientific approach based on portfolio assessment and taught through conventional scientific approach. This research was experimental research which used Non Equivalent design. The population of this study was the fourth grade students at SD Gugus Jendral Sudirman KecamatanSouth Denpasar. The sample was gained by using random sampling technique. The samples were class IV B SD N 2 Sesetan as experimental group which consist of 37 students and class IV B SD N 6 Sesetan as control group which consist of 40 students. The statistic analysis that was used to analyze the first and second hypothesis by using t-test, moreover the third hypothesis was analyzed by using MANOVA. The result of analysis showed that there was significant difference effect on students’ Indonesian language knowledge (reading skill) and spiritual attitude between the group which was taught through scientific approach based on portfolio assessment and taught through conventional scientific approach. This result can be proven from the MANOVA analysis which was tested by Multivariate. The significant was 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that teaching through scientific approach based on portfolio assessment gave effect on students’ Indonesian language knowledge (reading skill) and spiritual attitude on the theme of my aspiration. keyword : scientific approach, portfolio, reading skill and spiritual attitude
