Abstract

Kelurahan merupakan hirarki terendah suatu wilayah perkotaan yang memiliki peran strategis. Terhambatnya pembangunan di suatu kota tidak lepas dari rendahnya kualitas data yang tersedia. Permasalahan mengenai tidak tersedianya potensi kelurahan secara lengkap berdampak pada tidak akuratnya perencanaan pembangunan di tingkat kelurahan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sistem informasi potensi kelurahan berbasis sistem informasi geografis. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah system development. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mempermudah pengguna untuk mencari dan memetakan potensi wilayahnya. Dengan mengetahui potensi wilayah, maka pengembangan wilayah akan lebih mudah dilakukan. Selain itu, sistem informasi ini memberikan informasi lebih cepat dan akurat dalam perencanaan pembangunan. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik untuk masyarakat terutama pada era smart city saat ini.

Abstract

Accounting software plays an important role in carrying out accounting processes that are fast, efficient, accurate and in accordance with applicable standards. With the emergence of various accounting software that offers a variety of features, users, both individuals and companies, often experience difficulty in determining the software that best suits their needs. The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system that makes it easier to choose accounting software through the application of the COPRAS approach and the Rank Reciprocal weighting technique. The Rank Reciprocal approach is used to rank or weight the criteria given by the decision-maker. The COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) approach focuses on cognitive aspects so that it can accommodate the preferences and subjective assessments of decision-makers. Based on the case study that has been carried out, the highest to lowest utility value results are obtained, namely Zahir Online (A2), which obtained a score of 100. Since the decision support system's output yields a result that is identical to that of computations made by hand, it is deemed legitimate. Apart from that, the usability test obtained an average score of 91%, which proves that the system is in accordance with its usability and what is needed by its users.

Abstract

The selection of camera stabilizers is a crucial aspect in the photography and videography industry, especially with the increasing use of cameras. Typically, to select a camera stabilizer, decision-makers must be aware of all specifications of the available options. However, this necessarily results in a lengthy decision-making process, and various considerations lead to imprecise decisions. The aim of this research is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for choosing the appropriate and swift camera stabilizer through a combination of the Rank Reciprocal weighting approach and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The Rank Reciprocal approach is utilized to obtain the criteria weight values, and the ARAS method is employed to evaluate and select the best alternative based on a number of criteria. This research produced a website-based DSS that can recommend the best alternative in the form of an alternative ranking. The results from the case study conducted obtained rankings from the highest to the lowest as follows: Zhiyun Tech Weebill S with a score of 0.9428, Beholder DS1 with a score of 0.8497, Gudsen Moza AirCross S with a score of 0.8205, and Feiyu Tech Scorp C (A3) with a score of 0.7197. The system built has been tested with a usability test scoring 88.75%, indicating that the system has met its users' needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi dan permasalahan dalam pengembangan cabe jamu (Long Pepper) organik di Desa Gudangharjo, Kecamatan Paranggupito, Kabupaten Wonogiri, dengan menggunakan metode transek. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi secara detail kondisi geografis, sosial, dan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi budidaya cabe jamu (Long pepper). Data diperoleh melalui survei lapangan, wawancara dengan petani, dan observasi langsung dengan menelusur potensi yang ada di lokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Gudangharjo memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan cabe jamu organik kualitas ekspor, baik dari sisi internal seperti karena kondisi lingkungan yang sesuai, dan sisi eksternal adanya potensi ekspansi produksi ekspor. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah yang perlu diatasi, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan petani tentang teknik budidaya serta penanganan paska panen dan minimnya teknologi yang memudahkan petani untuk menghasilkan produk yang berstandar ekspor (organik). Sehingga hasil studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan bagi petani, perbaikan infrastruktur, serta penguatan jaringan pemasaran untuk mengoptimalkan potensi cabe jamu di wilayah ini. Upaya kolaboratif antara petani, pemerintah, dan pihak terkait mitra sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

The study aims to discuss the prospects and development of the Smart City concept in sustainable transportation systems in Indonesia. The study assesses the various challenges and opportunities emerging from the integration of information and communication technology into existing transport infrastructure. Through an in-depth literature exploration, the research identifies key factors that influence the implementation of Smart Cities and explores strategies that can accelerate the realization of efficient, inclusive, and sustainable smart transport. Research results show that the implementation of Smart Cities in Indonesia is still in its early stages, but has great potential due to the demands of rapid urbanization and development. The Smart City concept is expected to support reducing congestion, improving energy efficiency, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. However, the research also reveals a number of major obstacles, including the need for massive investment in infrastructure, cyber security, and the digital gap between regions.

Abstract

Tourism is an industrial sector that has a variety of data originating from tourists. This data can be utilized and reprocessed through the application of artificial intelligence technology such as big data and machine learning to analyze and predict tourist patterns so that it can be used in developing the tourism sector. This research aims to present a systematic literature review regarding the role of big data and machine learning in the tourism context. This research reviews 25 research papers related to big data and machine learning applied in the tourism industry. The categorization of tourism research related to big data and machine learning is based on research published from 2018 to 2023. The focus of this research is to provide an in-depth review based on journal rankings, research objectives, types of data used, and algorithms applied in the research . The results of this research are to provide a systematic literature review that can be used to help future researchers discover new research topics and present insights into future prospects regarding the use of big data and machine learning in tourism.

Abstract

As the complexity of cloud infrastructure increases, one of the main challenges faced is how to optimize throughput in cloud networks. Optimal throughput is crucial to guarantee the performance of applications and services hosted in the cloud. Using load balancing techniques can optimize throughput, but careful analysis and testing is needed regarding the appropriate load balancing approach to improve throughput performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of load balancing strategies with Round Robin and Least Connection in increasing throughput in cloud networks. Through empirical testing, this study compares the two methods based on the resulting throughput at various connection levels, ranging from 1000/600 to 5000/1000. Test results show that both strategies provide similar performance at low connection rates, with Round Robin recording slightly higher throughput at 1000/600. However, the difference becomes almost imperceptible as the number of connections increases. At 2000/700 to 5000/1000, the throughput generated by both strategies shows marginal differences, with Least Connection slightly superior at the highest connection level. These findings indicate that both Round Robin and Least Connection can be applied effectively to increase throughput in cloud environments, with the selection of specific strategies depending on workload characteristics and service requests. This research provides valuable insights for academics and IT practitioners who want to optimize cloud networks to achieve maximum performance

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization has a significant impact on data and information protection. One approach to protecting data and information is through the use of cryptography. The research aims to combine the use of Vigenere and Hill Cipher algorithms in modeling to maintain the security and confidentiality of digital messages. The focus of this research is on the process of encrypting digital text messages. The layered security in this study takes advantage of the advantages of each algorithm. The combination of the two is designed to increase the complexity of encryption and reduce vulnerability to cryptanalytic attacks. The encryption process starts with using Vigenere Cipher for initial message encrypting, then the results are re-encrypted using Hill Cipher. Research shows that this layered security model can improve data security and make it more difficult for uninterested parties to decipher it. The combination of Vigenere's and Hill Cipher's algorithms could be one of the layered security alternatives to digital message encryption in an effort to protect information and data from security threats in the digital age.

Abstract

Nutritional issues in toddlers are a crucial issue that significantly impacts the health and development of children in Indonesia. Malnutrition can lead to various long-term health problems. Therefore, detecting and classifying the nutritional status of toddlers is very important. This study aims to analyze and compare boosting techniques to classify the nutritional status of toddlers, focusing on three boosting techniques: AdaBoost, Gradient Boosting, and XGBoost. This is done because boosting techniques work by sequentially building models, where each new model attempts to correct the prediction errors of the previous model. The results show that the XGBoost model provides the best performance with a precision of 0.9849, recall of 0.9848, accuracy of 0.9848, F1 score of 0.9848, and ROC-AUC of 0.9994 at an 80:20 data split ratio. Conversely, the AdaBoost model shows the lowest results with a precision of 0.6294, recall of 0.6292, accuracy of 0.6292, F1 score of 0.6291, and ROC-AUC of 0.7581 at a 90:10 data split ratio, caused by its sensitivity to outliers and noise in the data. These findings indicate that XGBoost is the best boosting model for classifying the nutritional status of toddlers, followed by Gradient Boosting, with AdaBoost in the last position. The outstanding performance of XGBoost is due to the use of regularization techniques, effective handling of missing values, and efficient and fast boosting algorithms through parallel processing techniques.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a mobile application called LactoMeal, which is specifically designed to assist breastfeeding mothers in organizing and processing food materials to meet the nutritional needs of both the mother and baby. The application was built using an inclusive design that adheres to WCAG accessibility standards. The SDLC prototype development model was chosen for use in this application because it allows for quick and flexible changes during the development process. To evaluate the usability of the application, this study used the System Usability Scale (SUS) with the participation of 51 users. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 71.127, indicating that the LactoMeal application is acceptable and has the potential to help breastfeeding mothers in organizing food materials. However, improvements are still needed in some aspects to enhance the quality of the application's usability.
