Abstract

By observing 99 samples of the Bunga Village Community, Bone Raya Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, this study attempts to explain the influence of village administrative staff competence and environmental factors on the Quality of Village Administration Services. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling by setting criteria for people who had received administrative services and distributing them via online questionnaires via the Google form. The results show that the competence of village administration officers has a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 2.846 and P Values of 0.005 while environmental factors have a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 2.047 and P Values of 0.041 on the Quality of Village Administration Services.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the quality of administrative services and officer responsiveness to the service satisfaction of the Bakida Village Office in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 76 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for socian science (SPSS). The results of this study show that the Quality of Administrative Services and Officer Responsiveness significantly affect Service Satisfaction at Village Offices with a calculated F value of 103,706, with the number of influences of 0.737 or 73.7%. The quality of administrative services has a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at the Village Office with a calculated value of 3,445, Officer Responsiveness has a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at the Village Office with a calculated value of 6.412.

Abstract

This study explores the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior (IWB) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 165 employees across various sectors. Constructs were measured using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that transformational leadership significantly influences both psychological empowerment and IWB. Furthermore, psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and IWB, highlighting its critical role in fostering innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership strategies that enhance psychological empowerment to drive innovation in the workplace. The study provides theoretical insights and practical recommendations for managers and policymakers aiming to cultivate innovative cultures within organizations.
