The One Stop Integrated Service System is an integrated service in a unified process starting from the initial stage to the completion stage, the aim is to provide the best service to people seeking justice. The Medan District Attorney's One Stop Service serves the community in a friendly, clean and comfortable room to provide services. With this PTSP, it is hoped that the community can be served well and make it easier to provide maximum service to justice seekers. With the One Stop Service, as one of the implementation units of the Medan District Attorney, it has service standards, service procedures, and time standards so that the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided can be measured. The use of PTSP is a form of commitment to improve the quality of services to the community, improve transparency and accountability in services.

Administration for development is the administration of and for development, which usually uses a management approach, because it is concerned with development management. In this case, development management includes development planning, resource mobilization and budgeting. All of these aspects ar e necessary because they see development needs that are greater than the availability of existing resources. Therefore, development planning is needed to make right judgements in accordance with the development vision. Development planning must be in line with optimal resource mobilization and appropriate budgeting.

In order to improve employee discipline in government agencies towards professionalism and support the creation of good governance in an integrated manner with fingerprint attendance, which is a machine with the help of software to fill in the attendance data of communities, groups and agencies that use it. The purpose of this study was to see to what extent the application of finger print attendance in improving employee discipline at the Medan public prosecutor's office. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results show that the application of finger print attendance at the Medan District Attorney's Office until now can have an effect on increasing discipline on the employee attendance schedule.

AbstrakKonteks dalam sebuah investasi di dunia pasar modal, Islam memfokuskan kehalalan sebuah instrumen, manfaat, dan juga kemaslahatan bagi ummat Islam. Perilaku seorang investor muslim dalam pasar modal, pada saat praktik dan pelaksanaannya tidak selalu menjadi sebuah alasan untuk memilih saham-saham yang telah memenuhi standar syariah dalam agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan literatur yang telah ada dan menyajikan bentuk perilaku seorang investor muslim dalam memilih dan mengambil keputusan berupa investasi saham yang sudah syariah dibandingkan dengan saham yang masih bersifat konvensional. Pendekatan penulisan penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif analisis konten dengan jenis studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder seperti artikel, hasil penelitian, dan buku referensi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwasanya penelitian terkait tentang perilaku seorang investor muslim dalam pemilihan dan pengambilan sebuah keputusan investasi antara saham syariah dibandingkan dengan saham konvensional mulai tahun 2020 hingga 2022 hanya ditemukan sebanyak 30 artikel. Indikator yang digunakan sebagai prinsip syariah untuk berinvestasi saham berdasarkan yaitu tidak terdapat unsur riba, tidak terdapat unsur ghahrar, tidak terdapat unsur maysir, terhindar dari unsur subhat, serta tidak mengandung unsur-unsur yang diharamkan dalam syariah Islam.Kata Kunci : perilaku investor muslim, investasi saham syariah, saham konvensional

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, Inflasi dan Kurs terhadap Harga Saham PT United Tractors Tbk secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan data time series. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan data BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, Inflasi, Kurs, dan Harga Saham PT United Tractors Tbk dari Januari 2015 -Desember 2019. Dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sampel jenuh. Dalam menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data yaitu dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhapad Harga Saham. Sedangkan Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Begitu juga dengan kurs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan secara simultan atau bersama-sama BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, Inflasi, dan Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.Kata Kunci : BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, Inflasi, Kurs, Harga Saham

In measuring the financial performance of companies with Sharia entities, apart from financial ratios such as profitability, activity, liquidity, and others. Zakat Funds and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) can be used to measure financial performance. Zakat is an obligation that must be issued. Zakat funds are meant to be zakat funds obtained from the company's net profit, the greater the zakat issued, the greater the company's profit. Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) is a fund that must be issued by the company. There will be a negative response if ISCR funds are not allocated to the community. People trust a company that distributes its ISCR more than a company that does not distribute it. Because large companies will be able to provide ISCR funds to the community. This study looks at the current economic conditions that have an impact on the company. The author wants to provide the variables of Alms Fund and ISR Fund Allocation in company activities. With the hope that it will provide opportunities for the company to be able to improve the company. Indonesia mempunyai sekian banyak pemikir yang turut berfungsi dan dalam memajukan negeri Indonesia. Para pemikir tersebut ialah pakar di bermacam bidang. Indonesia seperti mayoritas negara- negara di dunia, memiliki bermacam kasus yang bisa mengusik stabilitas suatu sistem bernegara. Lebih- lebih kasus menimpa ekonomi dalam pemikiran Islam. Sebab negeri Indonesia ialah salah satu negeri dengan penduduk Islam terbanyak didunia serta seluruh kasus ini ingin tidak ingin membuat para tokoh ekonomi Islam Indonesia ikut campur, sangat tidak selaku seseorang pendidik yang mengarahkan ilmu- ilmu ekonomi Islam pada generasi muda. Para tokoh ekonomi Islam Indonesia tersebut rata- rata memanglah memegang peranan berarti dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi diIndonesia semenjak kemerdekaan Indonesia hingga saat ini. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan merupakan riset Studi Tokoh (penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan( library research), ialah Riset dalam penyusunan ini memakai tata cara berbentuk riset kualitatif analisa konten (conten analysis) paper dari database Google Scholar. Tipe paper ini ialah riset literatur dengan mengumpulkan informasi sekunder ialah artikel, hasil riset, serta buku rujukan yang terbit sepanjang 3 tahun terakhir. Pemikiran Syafi’ i Antonio dalam konsep perbankan syariah tidak bisa dipisahkan dari uraian ia terhadap riba terlebih kaitannya dengan bunga bank. Sebab bagaimanapun pula, keberhasilan perbankan Syariah saat ini ini merupakan hasil dari interpretasi riba kalangan neorevivalis yang berkaitan dengan bunga bank konvensional, walaupun banyak bank berlogo Syariah, dalam realitasnya belum sanggup menghidupkan zona perekonomian warga kecil. Dinamakan syariah, apabila rukun serta ketentuan Islam terpenuhi. Tetapi, apabila masih melupakan pengusaha kecil serta cuma menolong pengusaha kaya, bukan Islam namanya bagi syafi‟i. Secara sah terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah dengan terbitnya UU Nomor 7 tahun 1992 yang diperbarui dengan UU Nomor 10 tahun 1998 tentang landasan sah perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan diperkuat regulasi perbankan syariah di Indonesia dengan lahirnya UU Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 Tentang Perbankan Syariah. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Islam, Syariah, Pemikiran Donasi, Sah, Riba, Undang- Undang, Bunga Bank, Tokoh, Stabilitas, Bisnis.

Islamic capital market has been developed to anticipate the need for capital management in the Islamic industry that grows rapidly. This paper will study the dynamics and the contemporary challenges of capital market industry products. The research utilizes a qualitative approach by searching data and information from relevant literatures, specific data, and information from regulators. The researcher conducts analytical studies literature after collecting and compiling data from relevant literatures. This study shows that Islamic capital markets have attempted to reach certain standards based on the criteria of Islamic teaching. However, this study found that globally and nationally the development of Islamic capital markets is still struggling with regulatory, products, and practices problems. This study indicates that the Islamic capital market regulator in Indonesia still needs wider socialization and more efforts to increase the low level of literacy and inclusion. Pasar modal syariah dikembangkan untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan pengelolaan modal di industri syariah yang tumbuh pesat. Tulisan ini mengkaji dinamika dan tantangan kontemporer produk industri pasar modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mencari data dan informasi dari literatur yang relevan dan data dan informasi spesifik dari regulator. Peneliti melakukan studi analitik literatur setelah mengumpulkan dan menyusun data dari literatur yang relevan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal syariah telah berusaha mencapai standar tertentu berdasarkan kriteria ajaran Islam. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara global dan nasional perkembangan pasar modal syariah masih berkutat dengan masalah regulasi, produk dan praktik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regulator pasar modal syariah di Indonesia masih membutuhkan usaha-usaha sosialisasi yang lebih luas untuk meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi pasar modal syariah yang masih rendah di Indonesia.

Pawn is one type of debt-receivable agreement and pawnshop itself is a financial institution, which also encourages the survival of the Sharia Economy. The legitimacy of this pawn practice has existed since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, where the Prophet Muhammad himself carried out this practice. This study aims to analyze Islamic law on the pawn system in sharia pawnshops; the pillars that must be fulfilled if partnering with sharia pawnshops; pawn system in sharia pawnshops; and the factors that influence interest in pawnshops in sharia pawnshops. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach that comes from books, literature, theses, and library materials related to the purpose of this research. This literature research was conducted during the 2015-2020 period on 38 published fulltext literature.
