Abstract

This study aims to determine the problem of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data analysis technique uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation, qualitative data verification, to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the Procurement Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Binjai has started to implement but is still in the minimal category in its implementation, it is known that only some members or employees in the Department of Procurement of Goods and Services in the City of Binjai have at least had special training certifications, as SIM form to be able to take part in running the LPSE in Binjai City itself, coupled with non-civil servant employees and several contract employees who apparently lack expertise in science such as computers.

Abstract

Describing the activities of adopting and implementing Information Communication and Technology (ICT) as a tangible manifestation of renewal in the government environment is the purpose of this research. This is also a form of evidence of changes and standardization of each employee, especially related to prime play. One of its manifestations is the North Sumatra Provincial Government's initiative to implement the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by integrating primary and secondary data in order to analyze more deeply the implementation of SIMPEG. Therefore, as a recommendation is the need to increase the capacity of human resources through education and training including operational policies, budgets and network facilities.

Abstract

Regional Original Revenue (PAD) consists of 3 main aspects, namely regional taxes, regional levies and the results of the management of regional property, as well as the management of separate regional assets. Optimizing tourism potential is one of the strategies to increase regional income (Pratama, 2016). This study aims to find out how to optimize the implementation of local tax collection (Hotel Tax) by installing the Tappix Box tool. This study uses a literature study approach to answer the research objectives. The literature study conducted in this study is a form of research conducted by collecting journal articles with the theme in accordance with the research objectives, namely Optimizing the Implementation of Local Tax Collection. In optimizing the implementation of local tax collection, especially hotel taxes, there are several obstacles and obstacles. The obstacles that occur will make business actors, namely the presence of business actors for various reasons, feeling distrusted, and lack of knowledge of the importance of regional development. In addition, there are unscrupulous actors who turn off wiretapping tools for the purpose of the business actors themselves. Efforts are made to minimize obstacles or obstacles in tax collection, namely providing sanctions, business permits, permanent business permits if business actors refuse and turn off wiretapping, and carry out continuous socialization to business actors.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the preparation of local tax reports in Bapenda, Padang Lawas Regency is carried out in accordance with the rules set by the local government. Operational reports are one of the elements of financial reports that describe economic resources that increase equity and are managed by the central/regional government. For state administrative activities during the reporting period and local retaliation is one of the key factors supporting local revenue, because it can make a significant contribution to the sustainability of local government. Standard operating procedures set by the local government This investigation was carried out by the local tax office of Padang Rawa Regency. The data in this study are secondary data. Secondary data is from Bappenda, Padanglaw Regency. As in the form of an operational report on the use of regional wealth bailout funds in 2021. The results of this study show that the preparation of an operational report on the use of regional assets in the management and reporting of the Padanglawas Regency Bappenda Sector for the 2021 fiscal year has complied with PP 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards and Law Number 28 of 2009 on Dae Taxes and Local Liability.

Abstract

Discipline can be interpreted as a person's awareness and willingness to obey agency regulations and applicable norms. Discipline for agencies or companies that need to be improved is aimed at improving performance and high productivity. This study aims to see how work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at the Medan mayor's office. The research methodology used in this research is to use qualitative methods. The results show that work discipline is very influential on the work effectiveness of employees at the Medan mayor's office.

Abstract

Inflation is a macroeconomic indicator which very important because it affects the value of money so the impact is directly felt by the public. In general, inflation is defined as a continuous increase in the public prices of an economy. Inflation is a symptom of rising prices that are general and take place continuously. Only a general increase in prices can be called inflation. An increase in the price of certain commodities due to seasonal factors, as an example ahead of big days or a temporary supply disruption and has no further effect, is not called inflation. This study evaluates the performance of the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) for the city of Medan.

Abstract

Motivation is a process which encourages someone to do their work in order to fulfill the goals they set and if those goals are met then the person will feel satisfied with what they are doing. The purpose of this study was to see what efforts were made to increase employee motivation at the Medan mayor's office, especially in the economy. The research methodology carried out is by using qualitative methods. The results show that the program to increase employee work motivation at the Medan Mayor's Office has one component, namely the occupational safety and health program.

Abstract

There have been some studies related to the fundamental values of Islamic economics and finance. However, not many studies directly examine the relevance of the fundamental values of Islamic economics and finance to the modern contemporary economy. This study intends to examine the perception of Islamic economists on the relevance of the fundamental values of Islamic economics and finance to the contemporary economy. This research was conducted with a qualitative design by conducting a structured survey and in-depth interviews with 61 participants. Data analysis used in this research is collected from surveys and interviews from several sources and analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The findings show that the Islamic economists perceived that the Islamic economics and finance fundamental values are relevant to contemporary modern economic conditions. The values are also considered better in overcoming economic and financial problems, thus achieving Islamic goals of public prosperity. The results also reveal the need for more vigorous efforts in promoting Islamic economics and finance fundamental values.==========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Relevansi Fondasi Ekonomi dan Keuangan Islam dengan Ekonomi Kontemporer: Persepsi Ekonom Islam. Kajian-kajian terkait dengan nilai-nilai dasar ekonomi dan keuangan Islam telah banyak dijumpai dalam literatur. Namun, tidak banyak penelitian yang secara langsung mengkaji relevansi nilai-nilai fundamental ekonomi dan keuangan Islam dalam tataran ekonomi kontemporer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi ekonom Islam terhadap relevansi aspek fundamental ekonomi dan keuangan Islam dalam terhadap ekonomi kontemporer. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data-data didapat dengan cara survei terstruktur dan wawancara mendalam dengan 61 peserta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa para ekonom Islam menganggap bahwa nilai-nilai fundamental ekonomi dan keuangan Islam relevan dengan kondisi ekonomi kontemporer. Nilai-nilai tersebut juga dianggap lebih baik dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi dan keuangan kontemporer, sehingga mencapai tujuan syariah untuk kesejahteraan umat. Hasil kajian juga mengungkapkan tentang pentingnya upaya yang lebih gencar dalam mempromosikan nilai-nilai fundamental ekonomi dan keuangan Islam.

Abstract

The People's Welfare Section of Binjai City is one of the fields that has the main task of carrying out guidance, facilitation and coordination of the implementation of policies in the field of Religion as well as preparing the implementation of the provision of assistance in the field of Religion. This assistance could be through a procurement plan for each activity that aims to launch each series of activities. This research was conducted to see how the influence of religious activities on the community carried out by the People's Welfare Section of Binjai City. The results of this study indicate that religious activities carried out by the welfare section of the people of Binjai City have a good impact on the mindset of the community and become a form of change for the community to remember religion and have a good effect on the economy because of the activities carried out. This research method uses field data collection in a series of religious activities including MTQ activities in every area of the city of Binjai.

Abstract

One of the public services organized by the government is administrative services. Administrative services are services that produce various forms of official documents needed by the community. The purpose of this study was to see how the standard of administrative services in the office of population and civil registration (DISDUKCAPIL) is. The research method used in this research is using qualitative methods. Where the results of the study show that the standard of administrative services carried out by the Office of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) Deli Serdang is considered to be quite good. Although there are some things that need to be improved again in the future such as existing facilities and infrastructure..
