Formulation problem is Learning Model implications The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Assisted by Power Point Media is influential Regarding Learning Outcomes Students in Class IV Social Sciences Subjects at Lereea State Elementary School Subdistrict Bahodopi Regency Morowali. Research purposes know Learning Model implications The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Assisted by Power Point Media is influential Regarding Learning Outcomes Students in Class IV Social Sciences Subjects at Lereea State Elementary School Subdistrict Bahodopi Regency Morowali. Research methods experiment is method research conducted​with experiment, which is used for know influence variable independent (treatment) towards variable dependent (result) in controlled conditions.​ Results of data analysis in research this made based on the data obtained from activity study. Study this held 5 meetings.​ At the meeting First, students given a pretest in class experiment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the application of gender equality in the education system for schools under the auspices of the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation. This study aims to find out about the application of gender equality in the education system for schools under the auspices of the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation. The object of this research is the education system that applies in schools under the auspices of the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation and also looks at the infrastructure contained in these schools, whether in accordance with its function and role in realising gender equality. This type of research is descriptive research using observation methods complemented by interview methods to several sources related to how gender equality is applied in schools under the auspices of the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation. The results of this study indicate that in the education system implemented at the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation, gender equality has been implemented, not only for students but also for teachers and educators at all school levels, starting from elementary, junior high and high school. This is evidenced by interviews conducted by researchers and supported by facts in the field in the form of infrastructure and the application of the gender equality system. Although the application of gender equality is not running one hundred percent, the functions and roles of gender are understood by students, teachers and educators at the Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Foundation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui perspektif masyarakat nelayan terhadap pendidikan anak di Desa Lero Tatari Kecamatan Sindue Kabupaten Donggala. 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan anak pada masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lero Tatari Kecamatan Sindue Kabupaten Donggala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nelayan yang memiliki anak usia sekolah mulai dari usia Sekolah Dasar sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas sederajat. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui dengan pasti, sehingga dilakukan pengambilan sampel dengan cara non random, yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masyarakat Nelayan di Desa Lero Tatari sudah memiliki suatu perspektif yang positif terhadap pendidikan anaknya. Masyarakat sudah memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya suatu pendidikan hal ini juga didasari oleh masyarakat nelayan yang memiliki pengalaman yang buruk tentang latar belakang pendidikannya yang sangat rendah. Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan sudah sangat baik hal ini terbukti dengan pencapaian tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap manfaat pendidikan mencapai 85%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan anak nelayan di Desa Lero Tatari ada 3 yakni, faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkungan dan faktor motivasi.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses mobilitas sosial ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat petani cengkeh di Desa Lingadan Kabupaten Toli-Toli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 537 petani cengkeh dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 54 petani cengkeh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan presentase melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Desa Lingadan sebelum menjadi petani cengkeh relatif sederhana dengan persentase 20% saja yang mencapai kesejahteraan, setelah menjadi petani cengkeh dapat terlihat adanya mobilitas sosial ekonomi pada masyarakat Desa Lingadan dengan persentase 80% yang telah mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan, perubahan status sosial pada masyarakat Desa Lingadan dikarenakan adanya penambahan pekerjaan juga disebabkan oleh faktor pendidikan dan perbedaan fertilitas (kelahiran), faktor pendorong mobilitas sosial ekonomi masyarakat petani cengkeh adalah membiayai pendidikan anak. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam bertani cengkeh pada umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor modal, lahan dan cuaca serta ditutupnya salah satu sarana tempat untuk pemasaran cengkeh KUD, sehingga dalam pemasaran cengkeh harus membutuhkan biaya yang besar lagi karena pengeluaran biaya transportasi pengiriman barang ke kota.

Abstract

This systematic literature review investigates the effect of Culturally Responsive Teaching Practices (CTRP) on minority students' academic achievement, engagement, and social-emotional well-being. By analysing existing research, this study reveals that the implementation of CTRP, which involves acknowledging students' cultural identities, incorporating diverse perspectives into the curriculum, and adapting instruction, significantly improves educational outcomes for culturally marginalised students. However, the success of CTRP depends on teachers' cultural competence, institutional support and availability of resources. This study highlights the need for further efforts in teacher training, curriculum development and research to advance the understanding and implementation of CTRP, with the ultimate goal of closing the achievement gap and promoting equity in education for all students, regardless of their background. The findings provide valuable insights for education practitioners, policymakers and researchers who seek to create more inclusive and diversity-supportive learning environments.

Research methods Qualitative research is an approach to conducting research that is oriented towards natural phenomena or symptoms. Qualitative research is fundamental and naturalistic or natural in nature, and cannot be done in the laboratory, but in the field. Research Results In compiling teaching modules, teachers determine what aspects can support students in learning. The existence of planning like this makes it easy for teachers to implement according to the pattern that has been made and teachers also have guidelines in the learning process that will be carried out. So that it can direct students to think critically through teaching modules based on the problem basic learning model according to the planning that has been prepared. Conclusions in the study Realizing meaningful learning by making students think critically requires good planning. Good planning is the first step to success in learning before entering the learning implementation stage.

Abstract

This research aims to solve problems regarding (1) Describing the history of the founding of Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School Palu, (2) Outlining the carrying capacity of historical values ​​of "kealazharan" as the basis of education at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School Palu, and (3) Analyzing policies regarding the cultural rules of etiquette and school social life rules at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School, Palu. This research is qualitative research that uses a historical approach. The research subjects were the Director of the Al-Azhar Foundation as the founder, teachers/staff and former teachers, as well as several alumni students from Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School, Palu. The type of data used in this research is qualitative research, with data collection methods based on documents, archives, interviews, direct observation, observations and other supporting physical devices. The research results obtained are (1) The history of the founding of Al-Azhar Mandiri Pau Middle School is a form of thought by Abdul Basit Arsyad which was initiated by his own father, namely KH. Rustam Arsyad in creating the Al-Azhar Diniyah study park, after which it changed to Al-Azhar Ibtidayah Madrasah, until now it has become a formal education with the name Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Middle School; (2) The carrying capacity of historical values ​​of "kealazharan" as the basis of education at Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu Middle School is marked by the basic thoughts of KH's ancestors. Rustam Arsyad who continues to adhere to scientific principles held as a form of thought by a figure named Said Idrus bin Salim Aljufri (or known as the Old Teacher) in building schools; (3) The policy regarding the cultural regulations for etiquette and school social life rules at Al-Azhar Mandiri Middle School in Palu is contained in a policy made in the form of rules which are intended as signs for students (i) to submit and pronounce their behavior, sayings and act in order to create a school climate and culture that can support effective learning activities, both within the school environment and outside the school

Abstract

Urban culture reflects the complex dynamics that occur in urban areas due to the interaction between traditional values, modernity, globalization, and technology. This study aims to analyze urban culture through a humanities approach, focusing on the transformation of traditional values, the influence of technology and digital media, and the construction of cultural identity in diverse urban communities. This study uses a literature study method, examining various theories and relevant empirical findings to understand the relationship between social change and cultural development in big cities. The results of the study show that urban communities face challenges in maintaining traditions amidst modern lifestyles that tend to be individualistic. Technology, on the one hand, supports the preservation of culture through digital media, but on the other hand has the potential to create social alienation and cultural commodification. In addition, changes in urban spatial planning such as the development of business areas and the reduction of community space affect the pattern of social interaction in society. However, the diversity of urban communities and their ability to adapt allows the creation of new hybrid cultural forms, combining traditional and modern elements. This study emphasizes the importance of a humanities approach in understanding urban culture to support the development of inclusive, sustainable policies based on the preservation of local values, so that urban cultural identity can continue to develop without losing its authenticity.
