Abstract

The goals of the research are to test : 1) the enfluence of ownership structure to dividend policy. 2)  the enfluence of  ownership structure  to agency cost. 3) the enfluence of risk to dividend policy.4) the enfluence of risk to agency cost. 5) the enfluence of  free cash flow to dividend policy. 6) the enfluence of free cash flow to agency cost. 7) the enfluence of dividend policy to firm value. 8) the enfluence of agency cost to firm value.The test result with SEM ( structural equation model) analysis show that for test of goodness of fit overall model give a  value Chi Square 39.757 and p value 0.135 (cut off < 0,05) it means that the model is good. The other criterion give a value RMSEA =   0,046 (cut off £ 0,08), GFI = 0,945 (cut off ³ 0,08)  and AGFI = 0,903 (cut off ³ 0,08). It means that  hypothetic model conseptually and teoritically is supported of empirical data and the model is feasable to be used. The result of structural model  for testing of hypothesis show that only H5 (Free cash flow significantly enfluence dividend policy) and H6 (Free cash flow significantly enfluence agency cost) are statisticly proven  each with p value fix and  0.000Keywords : ownership structure, dividend, agency cost

Abstract

An investment  is one of alternative policies of the company to develop its business in order to obtain profits in the future. UD "Robin Jaya Sentosa" Situbondo has invested 2 new package printing machines to maximize the company objectives. This study examines whether the proposed investment is worth it or not to do. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is  investment planning and estimated cash flow. Secondary data is the company's finances. Some investment appraisal methods used are the payback period, average rate of return, net present value, internal rate of return, modified rate of return, profitability index, and monte carlo simulation. The results of analysis shows that the payback period  results is 1 year 10 months 10 days, 101% ARR, NPV of Rp835.044.270, IRR of 68,3%, 45% MIRR, PI of 2,67, and a monte carlo simulation calculations as many as 300 times shows that the probability of NPV<0 by 22%. Based on project acceptance criteria, the results of this analysis indicate that the investment plan of UD "Robin Jaya Sentosa" is feasible.

Abstract

Every investor or businesses expect the investments made will benefit in the long term. However, often such investment activity are faced with various problems. One of them is the problem of the financial aspects. Financial aspects are basically related to funding issues and issues cash refund long and uncertain. Therefore, before taking the decision to invest, one important requirement is to conduct a feasibility study of the financial aspects (financial) using several methods of analysis. NPV method produces a value of Rp80.206,00, DPP method is obtained payback period of 4 years and 4 months 5 days, methods IRR obtained a value of 32.05%, MIRR method values obtained 32.03% and Monte Carlo simulation 500 times produce Rp48.358.585,00 average value, standard deviation of Rp46.531.556,00 and P (NPV <0) of 14.93%. Based on the results of a calculation by the method of NPV, IRR, MIRR and Monte Carlo Simulation, investment services business establishment grinding meat in Jember feasible. While the analysis of the DPP method, the investment is not feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand and prove Empirically influence directly and indirectly working environment and compensation to job satisfaction employees through work discipline and working spirit at PT. Bank Jatim, Tbk Jember Regency. This research classified as exsplanatory reseach and confirmatory research at once with loading technique samples proportional sampling. Data acquisition will be done with questionnaires distribution directly and indirectly from respondents the PT. Bank Jatim,Tbk Jember Branch Office employee. Data that was recieved by processed by using analysis of path analysis with IBM SPSS AMOS 20 software. The results showed that the work environment, compensation, work discipline and morale has a positive and significant impact on   job satisfaction of employees. In addition the research also shows that the work environment, compensation and working discipline has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees through morale

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the employee performance of Public Service Units Distric Jember such as Department of Population and Civil Registration, Department of Manpower and Transmigration and National Unity and Politics Agency. Job satisfaction and organizational culture are used as the independent variables in order to analyze it. This study is also used organizational commitment as the intervening variabel to measure how high the effect employee performance levels. The population of this study are all the employees such as government employees and honorary employee. The population numbers are 116 employees. The research used Sensus Methode. The collected data used questioners method by giving questions list directly to the respondents. But after retrieval only 106 quetstionnaires were fully loaded. The analysis data technique in this study operated through the program SEM analysis with software IBM SPSS Analisis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Abstract

This study purposes to analyze the influence of financial and non financial factors to prediction of the rating islamic bond in indonesia. The study used independent variable,that is financial factor (growth, size, profit sharing/fee, liquidity) and non financial factor ( secure and maturity) and dependent variable that is the rating of islamic bond. This study applied logistic regresion analysis with sample collection methods using purposive sampling. After selecting fixed criterias, there were 25 islamic bonds chosen with the numbers of 75 investigation from periods of 2010-2012. The result of this study showed that significantly effect the variable growth (X1) , size(X2), profit sharing/ fee (X3), liquidity (X4), secure (X5), maturity (X6) simultaneously to the rating prediction of islamic bond in indonesia. Partially, variable variables of growth (X1) , size (X2), profit sharing/ fee (X3) which referred not significant affecting to the rating prediction of islamic bond in indonesia. Meanwhile, variables of liquidity (X4), secure (X5), maturity ( X6) referred significant affecting to the rating prediction of islamic bond in indonesia.

Abstract

This research,  examines the influence of solvency ratio, profitability ratio, liquidity ratio bond rating of non-Financial Institutions listed at BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2010-2013. The sample of the study consist 17 non-financial institution.. It Uses logistic regression for testing the hypothesis. The results show that only profitability ratio has significant effect on bond rating. The solvency ratio and liquidity ratio don’t have significan  effect on bond rating.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of tourism awareness groups in developing the potential of Olean Village during the pandemic. Olean Village has three tours at once, namely, educational tours, cultural tours, and historical tours. The potential of Olean Village tourism is currently not managed optimally and still relies on correct management techniques so that it has not shown significant development. This study seeks to find a solution to this phenomenon, researchers conduct data mining using SWOT analysis to find out important operational aspects in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The next analysis is to examine developments that can be done to attract people's interest to visit tourism in Olean Village, especially during the pandemic. The results of the analysis show that it is necessary to develop innovation by making organizational structures and promotion systems that utilize digital media. The results of this study can be a solution in the form of tourism development recommendations by utilizing the role of tourism awareness groups in Olean Village while still involving internal parties, namely the Olean Village community and also external parties, namely support from the Situbondo Regency Government. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, Profit Margin on Sales, Return On Equity and Basic Earning Power on debt policy. The sampling technique utilized in this research is purposive sampling. There are 10 manufacturing companies in food and beverages sub sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 taken as the samples of this research . Data analysis technique that used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of statistical tests show that institutional ownership, Profit Margin on Sales and Basic Earning Power have a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Return On Equity has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Managerial ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on debt policy.

Abstract

Sunnah yang hidup (living sunnah) berarti kebiasaan atau prilaku yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari hari, sedangkan sunah yang  mati adalah kebiasaan yang  tidak bisa diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian sunah yang hidup identik dengan ijma kaum muslimin yang di dalamnya termasuk para ulama generasi awal. Jadi sunah yang hidup adalah sunah nabi ditafsirkan oleh para ulama, penguasa, hakim dan masyarakat sesuai dengan situasi yang mereka hadapi.Living Sunnah dipraktikkan di pondok pesantren Nurul Huda Munjul. Praktek ini kurang mendapat pemahaman positif oleh masyarakat sekitar, untuk itu peneliti tertarik untuk menggali informasi dari Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Munjul Astanajapura Cirebon. Tulisan ini untuk menjelaskan living sunnah, doktrin dan  hal yang mendasari komunitas Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan interpretasi data. Living sunah di Munjul menggunakan tradisi lisan dan tradisi praktik. Seperti wiridan dan pakaian putih. Kata kunci: living sunnah, pondok pesantren.
