Abstract

The MFIN application has an extensive impact in their day by day work to make it more straightforward for representatives, in view of the aftereffects of starting perceptions on the MFIN application, a sign of issues in the MFIN application is as yet encountering blunders, program refreshes don't have a manual, so mistakes regularly happen. So it is important to examine representative fulfillment with the MFIN application. This review means to investigate the MFIN application on worker fulfillment at PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk. Abstract

Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Tenore.) Steenis) is one of the efficacious wild plants among us that has atherapeutic agent in the treatment of various diseases. This is influenced by secondary metabolite compoundsin the plant, especially flavonoids compounds. The purpose of this study was to determine theimmunomodulatory effect of n-hexane extract of Binahong leaves and determine total flavonoid contentcontained in Binahong leaves. The selected test animals were 25 mice divided into 5 different groups, eachgroup had 5 mice with a positive control, solvent control and a dose group of 25mg/kgBW, 50mg/kgBW and75mg/kgBW. One Way ANOVA test was used to compare immunomodulatory activity data with phagocytosiscapacity and phagocytosis index parameters. The research proved that n-hexane extract of Binahong leaves ata dose of 75mg/kgBW provided significant immunomodulatory activity with a significance value of p<0.05.The extract contains components of secondary metabolite flavonoid based on qualitative testing with colourreagents, namely FeCl3, NaOH and HCl with Magnesium (Mg) and the total flavonoid content was 3,370%calculated as quercetin. Abstract

The Picture book is  an educational media that is able to  enhance the reading interest, imagination, and the ability of  language in the  early childhood. However, the development of digital technology has led the children to use their mobile phone more often than reading the  book. This condition is able to get impact children's eye healthy and the social interaction. This community service activity aims to introduce the picture book is  more educational and enjoyable alternative activity through the socialization of "Healthy Eyes Without Mobile Phones." The implementation method is carried out through socialization, retelling stories, and active interaction with children at one of the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Balikpapan City. This activity resulted in children who are enthusiastic about the reading picture book, imagining, and improving children's language literacy and awareness of the importance of maintaining eye health from an early age through  the using of mobile phone.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial, variasi produk, dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli pada UMKM Warung Hell Mie di kota Balikpapan. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 95 pelanggan pada UMKM Warung Hell Mie di Balikpapan . Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dalam mengolah data. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan outer model, inner model, persamaan dasar dan pengujian bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Media Sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, variabel Variasi Produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, dan variabel Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada UMKM Warung Hell Mie di Balikpapan
