Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian ini adalah -2,887 + 0.237 X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Kualitas produk parsial memiliki signifikan untuk pembuatan keputusan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of store image, consisting of store location, product, price, service, promotion, and physical facilities, on customers’ shopping satisfaction at The Battleboom Store in Palu City. Type of research is quantitative. Sample consists of 100 respondents who shopped at The Battleboom Store in Palu City, who selected with a non-probability sampling technique, named purposive sampling. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result shows that store image simultaneously affects customer satisfaction. However, there are two dimensions of store image that are store location and physical facilities that have non-significant influence on customers’ shopping satisfaction at The Battleboom Store in Palu City. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel citra toko yang terdiri dari lokasi toko, produk, harga, pelayanan, promosi, dan fasilitas fisik terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berbelanja pada Battleboom Store di Kota Palu. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang pernah berbelanja pada Battleboom Store di Kota Palu. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel citra toko berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, terdapat dua dimensi dari variabel citra toko yaitu lokasi toko dan fasilitas fisik yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berbelanja pada Battleboom Store di Kota Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attribute product on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University. The type of study is descriptive causal. Sample consists of 96 respondents who selected by applying purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is multiple linear regressions. The results show that product attributes consist of brand, product quality, product features, product design, service, warranty, and price simultaneously have significant influence on purchasing decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; brand partially has significant   influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product quality partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product features partially have significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; design partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; service partially has non-significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; warranty partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; price partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycle of students in Tadulako University.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal. Sampel berjumlah 96 responden dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut produk yang terdiri dari merek kualitas produk, fitur produk, desain produk, pelayanan, garansi dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako. Selanjutnya variabel merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, fitur produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, Desain secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, Garansi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, dan Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy pada mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of quality of service that consists of physical evidence  (X1),  empathy  (X2),  reliability  (X3), responsiveness  (X4)  and  assurance  (X5)  on  consumer satisfaction using  services  "Home  Laundry" in  South  Palu  Sub-district,  both simultaneously  and partially. The type of study is causal-descriptive. The population consists of all consumers who use the services  of  "Home Laundry"  in  South  Palu  Sub-district.  Sampling  technique  is  purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The analytical tool is multiple linear regressions analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the quality of service consists of physical evidence (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) simultaneously have  significant  influence  on  consumers’ satisfaction  in  using  the  services  of  "Home  Laundry"  in South Palu, with significant values of 0.000> 0.05. Partial test finds that the quality of service consists of  physical  evidence  (X1)  =  0.011,  empathy  (X2)  = 0.001,  reliability  (X3)  =  0.001,  responsiveness (X4) = 0.000 and assurance (X5) = 0.010 significantly have partial influence on customer satisfaction in using the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district. Tujuan dari  penelitian  ini adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan  yang  terdiri  dari bukti  fisik  (X1),  empati  (X2),  reliabilitas (X3),  responsiveness  (X4)  dan  assurance  (X5) terhadap kepuasan konsumen  dengan  menggunakan  layanan  "Rumah  Laundry  "di Kecamatan  Palu  Selatan, baik  secara  simultan  maupun  parsial.  Jenis penelitiannya  bersifat  kausal-deskriptif.  Populasi  terdiri dari  semua konsumen  yang  menggunakan  layanan  "Binatu  Rumah"  di Kecamatan  Palu  Selatan. Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  adalah purposive  sampling  dengan  ukuran  sampel  60  orang.  Alat analisisnya  adalah  analisis  regresi  linier  berganda.  Berdasarkan  hasil analisis  regresi  linier  berganda menunjukkan  bahwa  kualitas pelayanan  terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  empati  (X2),  reliabilitas  (X3), daya  tanggap  (X4)  dan  jaminan  (X5)  secara  simultan  berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan konsumen  dalam  menggunakan layanan  di  Rumah  Laundry  di  Palu  Selatan,  dengan  nilai  signifikan 0,000> 0,05.  Uji  parsial  menemukan  bahwa  kualitas  layanan  terdiri  dari bukti  fisik  (X1)  =  0,011, empati (X2) = 0,001, reliabilitas (X3) = 0,001, responsiveness (X4) = 0,000 dan jaminan (X5) = 0,010 berpengaruh secara  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan  pelanggan  dalam menggunakan layanan  "Rumah Laundry" di Kecamatan Palu Selatan

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing the weekly market into a daily market for the archipelago as an effort to increase income. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research design. Then a SWOT analysis also needs to be carried out to map the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This research was conducted in the Kulingkari, Lebiti, Ketupat, and Kabalutan. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis identification, only Kulingkinari Market and Kabalutan Market are eligible to be developed into daily markets. Then the results of the formulation of the strategy for developing the weekly market into a daily market for the archipelago include: (1) optimizing market development by utilizing the potential and amount of the available Village Budget, (2) providing more adequate land transportation access, (3) increasing market promotion, (4) procurement of waste management systems and provide education to traders and buyers regarding waste management systems, (5) procurement of weather and disaster warning information systems, (6) improve cellular communication network facilities around the Kulingkari market, (7) partnerships between village governments, market managers, traders, and banks or cooperatives, (8) improving the quality of adequate market physical facilities and infrastructure to support market activities.

Abstract

The potential of marine tourism attraction owned by Towale Village is one of the tourist villages in the Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, which has now begun to attract a lot of tourists, especially marine tourism lovers. Problems in general are related to tourism, one of which is related to the quality of human resources, in this case the awareness of tourism by the community in tourist villages. Towale Village is one of the villages in Donggala Regency which will be designated as a Tourism Village. The low understanding of tourism awareness by the community is the reason why community service activities are carried out to increase human resources through tourism awareness in Towale Village, Central Banawa District. Donggala Regency. The method used in this service activity is the extension method by providing education and implementation examples aimed at tourism awareness. This activity was held in Towale Village in August by presenting 30 community leaders, village officials and tourism awareness groups. The results of this service provide an understanding to the community about how to grow tourism awareness in Towale Village, Banawa Tengah District, Donggala Regency.

Abstract

Various insects (Arthropoda: Insecta) have an important role in the agricultural sector, including corn crops. Understanding the diversity of species and composition of insects in the plantation area is a necessary first step in implementing integrated pest management (IPM). This study aims to analyze the diversity of species and composition of insects found in corn plantation in the Malotong Village, Tojo Una-Una Regency, Central Sulawesi. Sampling was carried out in October and November 2022 using insect nets in four plots. A total of 21 species (16 families and four orders) were found in this study, with the order Hemiptera having the highest number of families and genus (7 families and 8 genera). The Shannon diversity index (H′) showed moderate criteria, with the highest found in plot 1 (H′=1,60), while the highest Evenness index values were found in plots 3 (0,77) and 4 (0,74). The highest similarity indexes were found in plots 2 and 3 (0,53), as a result of their shared vegetation patterns. The composition of insects consists of herbivores, predators, and pollinators, with the highest percentage being herbivores (68.5%), then predators (25%), and the lowest being pollinators (6.5%). Abstract

The purpose of this study is the implementation of agribusiness strategy model of cacao to solve the low productivity caused by Vascular Streak Dieback (VSD) in Indonesia, specifically in Sulawesi. Furthermore, in export level it is still in primary product and not have processed, which resulted low competitiveness product. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were used as an analytical method, while the implementation model was used to introduce Trichoderma and Bokashi Plus fertilizer to farmer. The result showed that the implementation of agribusiness mode of Cacao at Central Sulawesi and West Sulawei as a sample location, five (5) sub-systems of agribusiness were not maximal to contribute, especially in sub-system agricultural production and sub-system financial. Farmer’s motivation to learning technology to control VSD by using Trichoderma and Bokhasi Plus fertilizer was high, which can be shown that they very enthusiastic to accept the technology. The effectivity of implementation agribusiness strategy model also showed a good result, though some of farmers were already land transformed to other commodity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Meningkatkan Kemampuan Peternak dengan sistem intensif (2) Meningkatkan pendapatan peternak dan (3) memanfaatkan pakan lokal dengan memanfaatkan potensi jagung.. Adapun target yang dicapai dalam pengabdian masyarakat yaitu : (1) Meningkatnya kemampuan pterenak dalam usaha peternakan ayam kampung sistem intensifol (2) Meningkatnya pendapatan, dan (3) termanfatnya pakan lokal sebagai efisensi pakan harga pakan pabrik yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan dan target program pengabdian pada masyarakat yaitu: pendampingan teknologi dengan eksperimen pada sistem pemeliharaan yang intensif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa(1) Kemampuan peterenak dalam usaha peternakan ayam kampung sistem intensif meningkat terutama pada kemampuan menyerap teknologi pemeliharan setiap fase pertumbuhan; (2) Bahwa usaha peternakan ayam kampung super layak untuk diusahakan dimana R/C > 1 artinya sangat menguntungkan sehingga pendapatan peternak meningkat, dan (3) dan forumulasi yang digunakan dalam ransum lebih mengutamakan pakan lokal dengan perbandingan 70 % pakan lokal (jagung, dedak) dan 30 % konsentrak (pabrikan), sehingga sehingga biaya produksi lebih efisens.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi, kemampuan wirausaha peternak ayam kampung super dan antisipasi resiko ketidakpastian pendapatan masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian terepan (tindakan), dengan metode uji coba (eksperimen) pada skala usaha dengan populasi sebanyak 300 ekor bibit ayam kampung super. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat masuk kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 3,61, kemampuan wirausaha kategori mampu dengan nilai rata-rata 3,81, dan kemampuan manajemen pemeliharaan masuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,63. Selanjutnya, pendapatan usaha peternakan ayam kampung super system intensif Pasca Pandemi Covid sebesar Rp.5.932.550.- atau nilai Rasio perbandingan nilai Revenu per Cost (R/C) > 1,54, dan disimpulkan usaha peternakan ayam kampung super dengan system intensif pasca Covis-19 layak untuk diusahakan.
