Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang Berbasis IT dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang berbasis IT di SD Gugus XIX Dham Lubok Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang Berbasis IT di Gugus XIX Dham Lubok yaitu sekolah sebagai pemimpin, edukator, dan motivator. Sebagai pemimpin, kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan para guru untuk mengetahui dan mencari solusi terkait dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh guru terkait dengan penggunaan IT dalam pembelajaran. Sebagai edukator, kepala sekolah memberikan bimbingan, arahan, dorongan dan bahkan juga membuat pelatihan tentang cara mengoperasikan IT yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas, akan tetapi hal ini tidak berjalan mulus, karena para guru yang sudah berumur susah untuk diarahkan untuk mampu menguasai IT dalam pembelajaran. Sebagai motivator, berperan dalam memberikan motivasi kepada guru agar mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis IT, kepala sekolah juga memberikan penghargaan kepada guru-guru yang berprestasi termasuk berprestasi dalam pemanfaatan IT sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas.AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the role of school principals in improving the pedagogical competence of IT-based teachers and to find out the obstacles faced by school principals in improving the pedagogical competence of IT-based teachers at Cluster XIX Elementary School Dham Lubok, Aceh Besar. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research in the field show that the role of the principal in improving the pedagogical competence of IT-based teachers in Cluster XIX Dham Lubok is that of the school as a leader, educator and motivator. As a leader, the principal is able to create a conducive working atmosphere and build good communication with teachers to find out and find solutions regarding what teachers need regarding the use of IT in learning. As an educator, the principal provides guidance, direction, encouragement and even provides training on how to operate IT which can be used as a learning medium in the classroom, but this does not go smoothly, because older teachers find it difficult to direct them to do this. do this. can master IT. in learning. As a motivator whose role is to motivate teachers to be able to use IT-based learning media, the principal also gives awards to teachers who excel, including those who excel in using IT as a learning media in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the prevention and control of violence and the management of supervision of violence in the world of education for students in improving the quality of schools. This research used the method of descriptive research in terms of survey research. The subjects of this study were school residents (principals, teachers, and school staff at SD Aceh Besar. To collect factual information is used the interview method. The use of interviewing techniques received positive responses, as well as providing input and effective suggestions regarding the management of violence monitoring in the field of education. The results of this study show that there are several indicators in the monitoring management of violence. First, schools must conduct counseling or outreach and work with the police officer. Next, violence management can also be carried out in an orderly manner and create a conducive or comfortable situation by forming a violence monitoring team, implementing the rules and sanctions, or follow-up when the event of violence. Research conclusions show some internal indicators of management violence supervision: schools should take counseling or socialization and work with government officials such as the police.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and validate the semester learning plan for entrepreneurship courses with spatial-cultural integration based on PJBL. This research was conducted at the PGSD study program at UBBG, Banda Aceh. The research method is research and development. The instrument used is the RPS of lecturers. Some experts validate the RPS, material experts, linguists, and media experts before it is used in instruction. The observation stage follows the rules: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the study showed that the validity level of the PJBL-based Spatial Integrated Entrepreneurship course was valid; (1) Instructions in the Semester Learning Plan affect it easier for lecturers to convey the purpose of various activities to students, (2) The learning method used is by the material presented, and (3) The Semester Learning Plan can be one of the data for the evaluation of the learning process. This means the PJBL-based spatial-cultural integrated Semester Learning Plan for entrepreneurship courses can already be applied. This study recommends that the designed semester learning plan must be adapted to the learning method used.

Abstract

The settlement of tax crimes through the payment of a composition fine is essentially a case settlement in accordance with the principle of swift, simple, and low-cost justice, which also contributes to the optimization of state revenue. The Attorney General has the authority to approve a composition fine as a manifestation of the principle of opportunity in prosecuting economic crimes, including tax, customs, excise, and other economic crimes. Based on research, there is still a lack of harmony in the laws and regulations and implementation provisions regarding the settlement of tax crimes using composition fines carried out by the Prosecutor's Office. Therefore, it needs to immediately prepare implementing regulations regarding the application of composition fines in handling tax crime cases to harmonize the provisions contained in the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations and the Attorney General's Law related to the legitimacy of the Attorney General's authority to use this settlement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision of school principals on the quality of learning in Cluster 23 Lambheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar. The research used used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research consist of interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires), observations (observations). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis conducted using the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study proved that the academic supervision of the principal had a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning in Cluster 23 Lambheu Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by 24.5%. Teacher performance has a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning services in Cluster 23 Lambheu Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by 20.4%. The academic supervision of the principal and teacher performance together have a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning by 39.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of based management and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the principal's strategy towards the implementation of school-based management. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the SWOT analysis can be understood; Strength at State Junior High School 1 Darul Imarah, each member of the school has their own advantages, as the main capital for the school. Meanwhile, Darul Imarah State Junior High School 2 can collaborate, build communication, and share with each other. Weaknesses at State Junior High School 1 Darul principal in implementing School Based Management are still not optimal, because there are still many things that need to be considered, various learning media have not been fulfilled because there are still many other needs that must be prioritized. Opportunities for State Junior High School 1 Darul Imarah are the level of success in producing a quality generation and being able to compete to enter well-known schools. State Junior High School 2 Darul Imarah provided a positive response from every school member, information, and outreach regarding educational programs. Threats of Darul Imarah State Junior High School 1 still have many programs that have not been achieved. Meanwhile, at State Junior High School 2 Darul Imarah there are still several school members who raise pros and cons regarding the rules that have been set

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the example of the principal, teacher discipline and the principal's contribution in improving teacher discipline at SD Keci Aneuk Bate. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection through direct observation and interviews with resource persons. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the principal's attendance at SD Aneuk Bate followed the rules of timely arrival and on time to leave even though it was outside the applicable time. SD Aneuk Bate is very wise in action, able to solve problems in school, confident in practicing, simple in character, but respected by his subordinates. The Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is very concerned about the problems faced by teachers and teaching staff and the Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is also very dedicated and responsible as a leader in carrying out his duties. The discipline of teachers at SD Aneuk Bate is well carried out in terms of compliance with laws and regulations, punctuality, and firm character. This is demonstrated by compliance and enforcement of regulations that can make farmers eligible. The principal's example in improving teacher discipline is well carried out so that he can be an example for his subordinates

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of academic supervision and managerial leadership of school principals on the work motivation of elementary school teachers in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses survey research methods. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis (R), determination analysis (R2), and combined regression coefficient test (F test). The results of the research are that there is a significant influence between academic supervision on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the managerial leadership of school principals on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision and managerial leadership on teacher work motivation at the State Elementary School, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency; The contribution of academic supervision to teacher work motivation was 38.8%; the contribution of the principal's managerial influence to teacher work motivation was 51.3%; The contribution of the influence of Principal Leadership and School Teacher Work Motivation on Student Learning Achievement is 57.8%

This study investigates the utilization of learning media to enhance the quality of education at SDN Samadua in South Aceh. In the context of educational reform and the increasing integration of technology in teaching, this research aims to identify effective strategies for incorporating diverse learning media into the curriculum. The study involves qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and interviews with teachers, students, and parents, to assess the current state of learning media usage in the school. Key findings reveal that incorporating digital tools, visual aids, and hands-on activities significantly improves student engagement and comprehension, fostering a more dynamic learning environment. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of training teachers in the effective use of these media and the value of parental involvement in the educational process. By promoting collaborative learning and leveraging local resources, the school can enhance its educational offerings. The implications of this research underscore the need for ongoing professional development for educators and a supportive infrastructure that facilitates the integration of innovative learning media. The ultimate goal is to create an interactive and effective educational environment that enhances student learning outcomes and contributes to the overall improvement of educational quality at SDN Samadua.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Picture and Picture cooperative learning model and its effects on enhancing learning outcomes in English lessons for eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Mesjid Raya. Cooperative learning has gained recognition as an effective pedagogical approach that encourages collaboration among students, fostering a more engaging and interactive learning environment. The Picture and Picture model, specifically, allows students to visualize and connect concepts through images, promoting deeper understanding and retention of the material being studied. This research employs a literature review methodology, analyzing various studies and theoretical frameworks related to cooperative learning and the Picture and Picture model. The findings indicate that the application of this model not only improves student engagement and motivation but also significantly enhances their academic performance in English. Moreover, recommendations for educators on implementing this model effectively in the classroom are provided, highlighting its potential to transform traditional teaching practices.
