Abstract

Sosialisasi ekonomi ekonomi kreatif dan pengembangan UMKM merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Mario Kecamatan Tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo. Upaya sistem digitalisasi atau digital marketing merupakan salah satu sistem promosi untuk memanfaatkan jejaring sosial. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelaku UMKM tentang digital marketing. Metode kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan slide powerpoint, diskusi dan tanya jawab antara pemateri dan peserta kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya pemahaman peserta kegiatan tentang digital marketing.

Abstract

Pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Pammana Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo bertujuan untuk 1) memberikan keterampilan akhir bagi pelaku UMKM serta mengembangkan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan, 2) Pemahaman tentang pinjaman modal dan dana bergulir secara syariah. Pelatihan kewirausahaan dibagi dalam tiga sesi yaitu sesi pertama membahas tentang manajemen usaha dan pemasaran, narasumber juga memberikan bimbingan pengalaman usaha yang didalamnya termasuk motivasi untuk membuka usaha. Pada sesi kedua membahas tentang pemasaran, sedangkan sesi ketiga membahas tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan mendapat antusias dan apreasiasi dari peserta. Jika dilihat dari peserta, para peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai “bagaimana peran pentingnya UMKM”, “bagaimana membuka akses ke sumber sumber permodalan”, serta peserta pelatihan mendapat pemahaman tentang pemasaran dari produk.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Desa Wecudai merupakan bagian penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi desa. Ibu-Ibu PKK sudah mulai mengembangkan produk UMKM melalui pembuatan produk makanan ringan yaitu olahan kripik daun kelor. Akan tetapi berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan beberapa potensi yang masih harus dikembangkan yaitu proses produksi, pengemasan produk (packaging), dan distribusi atau pemasaran. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif dan pengembangan UMKM di Desa Wecudai melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan dan sosialisasi terkait digitalisasi UMKM untuk, (1) meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis dan operasional UMKM, (2) mengubah pengelolaan bisnisnya dari praktik konvensional ke digital, (3) meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku UMKM, (4) mendorong pelaku UMKM baru agar terbukanya lapangan kerja.

Abstract

Sompe Village is one of the villages in Sabbangparu Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, which has a diverse occupational landscape comprising civil servants, entrepreneurs and farmers. However, the majority of the population are engaged in agricultural and entrepreneurial activities. In general, farmers and entrepreneurs continue to utilise conventional methods for the marketing of their business and agricultural products, which has resulted in limited productivity and reach in this regard. It is therefore recommended that this community service research should include a counselling component, which introduces technology-based or digital MSME-based marketing methods. The objective is to enhance productivity and expand the reach of the community's business and agricultural products marketing network, thereby increasing their income sources.

Abstract

The financial literacy level among rural communities remains relatively low, leading to poor financial management and decision-making. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of residents in Lampulung Village, Pammana Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, in managing personal and household finances through an educational workshop. The implementation methods included material presentation, interactive discussions, financial management simulations, and evaluations using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ awareness and knowledge regarding financial planning, cash flow recording, debt management, saving, and basic investment strategies. This workshop proved to be effective in increasing financial literacy and is expected to encourage wiser and more independent financial behavior within households.

Abstract

Marketplaces have become an integral part of the digital marketing ecosystem. Digital marketing offers various benefits for village and sub-district communities, one of which is increased market access. By using digital platforms, local products can be marketed not only locally but also nationally and internationally. According to a survey by Google and Temasek, the e-commerce market in Indonesia is estimated to reach USD 82 billion by 2025, demonstrating the enormous potential for local products (Google, Temasek, 2020). According to a report from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), improving digital literacy in rural areas can increase community participation in the digital economy and accelerate local economic growth (UNDP, 2021). Therefore, digital marketing training programs must be integrated into village and sub-district development programs. To address this need, as a form of community service, digital marketing outreach was conducted through social media, marketplaces, and online advertising in Paria Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. This community service aimed to increase the knowledge and understanding of sub-district residents regarding digital marketing in boosting local economic growth. Overall, this digital marketing outreach offers significant opportunities for rural communities to improve their economic well-being. With a good understanding and the right support, rural communities can leverage digital platforms to expand their market reach and increase their income.

Abstract

MSMEs are a crucial pillar of the village economy, including in Rumpia Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. However, limited digital technology utilization leads to suboptimal product promotion and marketing. This community service activity aims to provide outreach and mentoring for MSMEs in the use of digital platforms such as Google Business, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook. The implementation method was door-to-door to be more effective in directly reaching business owners and providing guidance tailored to the needs of each MSME. Pre- and post-tests were conducted (before and after the outreach) to determine the extent of understanding of the use of digital tools in their businesses. The results of the activity showed an increase in MSMEs' understanding and skills in using digital platforms as a marketing tool. This success marks the first step in the digitalization of MSMEs in the village.
