Abstract

This community service aims to optimize business management through improved financialmanagement in the Kartini Gold Chain Group II in Pasar Banggi village, Rembang Regency. Based oninterviews and analysis of the situation carried out, the problems that can be identified are as follows: 1)Has not been able to manage financial administration optimally, because of limited knowledge andbusiness management that is still simple. 2) Don't have a good financial report 3) Don't have knowledgeabout business management, namely financial management and internal control systems so thatadministrative management is still poor. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offeredare by: 1) Providing knowledge and skills regarding good financial administration governance. 2)Provide knowledge, skills and assistance in preparing good financial reports 3) Provide knowledge, skillsand assistance regarding good business management and internal control. The training is carried outwith the stages of delivery, up to obtaining the target to be achieved, namely 1) Increased knowledge andskills in financial management 2) Increased knowledge and skills in the governance of group financialadministration. 3) Increased knowledge and skills in preparing Financial Statements. Abstract

Background: Lifting your head and rolling ability are the first motorbike abilities for babies. If not, the prone period takes a long time. This period is important in subsequent development. As for one form of stimulation to improve motor skills to lift the baby's head is by tummy time exercise. Objective: To determine the effect of tummy time exercise on increasing motor ability to lift the head in children aged 0-16 weeks. Research Method: This type of research design is a quasi experiment with non-randomized two groups approach method pre-test and post-test design. Subjects were divided into two groups, treatment groups were given tummy time exercise, while the control group was not given tummy time exercise. Measurement of pretest and posttest using a stopwatch. Test for normality using the Shapiro Wilk Test, test the effect of using Paired Sample t-Test, different test effects using the Independent Sample t-Test. Results of the study: The results of statistical tests were obtained to determine the effect of tummy time exercise using Paired Sample T-Test on the age group 0-4 weeks obtained p value was p <0.05 (p = 0.003) and t count = -18.860 and t table = 12 , 70620 then t count> t table. So there is a significant effect of tummy time exercise on increasing motor ability to lift the head based on the length of the head lift. Conclusion: There is an effect of tummy time exercise on increasing motor ability to lift the head in children aged 0-16 weeks.

Abstract

Kegiatan latihan edukasi kesehatan yang dilakukan pada anak-anakTPA Amanda Gonilan diikuti oleh sekitar 30 anak pada pertemuanpertama dengan usia 6-12 tahun. Kegiatan awal diisi denganpengenalan dan screening foot print sebagai pemeriksaan flat footdan didapatkan data dari 30 anak TPA 19 diantaranya menderita flatfoot. Penentuan flat foot menggunakan perhitungan clark’s angle,dengan rata-rata sudut 19-20 derajat dan mengukur keseimbangananak dengan kondisi flat foot. Setelah didapatkan data anak yangmengalami flat foot dilakukan diskusi ddengan pengurus TPAAmanda Gonilan terkait perizinan latihan pada keluarga anak yanghasilnya tiap anggota komunitas terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok untukmelakukan perizinan door to door ke tiap anak. Dari 19 anak yangmenderita flat foot hanya 8 diantaranya yang bisa mengikutiprogram latihan, permasalahan perizinan yang tidak diberikankeluarga terkait lokasi latihan, kesibukan anak, ataupun dari anakitu sendiri tidak kooperatif dalam kunjungan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment by examining the mediation of empowering members at Kodim 0510/ Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency. In total, 252 members completed an online questionnaire that assessed transformational leadership, organizational culture, empowerment, and organizational commitment. The organizational commitment model was tested using a structural equation model. The results showed that empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, it also mediates the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Autism merupakan gangguan perkembangan saraf ditandai dengan kurangnya interaksi sosial, kurangnya komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal seperti menghindari kontak mata, sulit menunjukan ekspresi wajah, masalah dengan kontrol emosi, serta berbagai kegiatan dan minat yang sangat terbatas. Gangguan tersebut meliputi area kognitif terdapat kesulitan dalam bahasa yang merupakan indikator penting dalam tahap perkembangan anak kemudian akan menyebabkan kurangnya dalam berkomunikasi sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya interaksi sosial. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat kemampuan kognitif dan social life pada anak autism. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengidentifikasi semua artikel yang membahas hubungan tingkat kemampuan kognitif dan social life pada anak autism. Dasar pencarian data dengan menggunakan mesin pencarian literatur Google Scholar, PubMed, NCBI, BMC dan Science Direct dengan kata kunci “Autism”, “Cognitive”, dan “Social Life”. Hasil: Kemampuan kognitif berkolerasi dengan sosialisasi yang ditandai anak autism mengalami kesulitan dalam berinteraksi terhadap pendekatan orang lain, memahami norma sosial, atau memulai interaksi sosial dengan orang lain. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kemampuan kognitif berhubungan dengan social life pada anak autism. Kata kunci: autism, tingkat kemampuan kognitif, social life, interaksi sosial

Abstract

To determine the maturity of the Strawberry fruit can be seen in the color of the fruit. The color of ripe strawberries can be seen in red and those that are not yet ripe are green. To determine the ripeness of strawberries, classification can be carried out on the fruit using feature extraction of the waena. The feature extraction results are classified using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method. The first method of classification of strawberry ripeness is (1) feature extraction using the Hue Saturation and Value (HSV) method, and (2) KNN. From the implementation results, the success rate of classification using the KNN method is 76%

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation is one of the sectors that has felt the most impact from the Covid 19 pandemic. The policy of prohibiting face-to-face learning is a challenge in the education system in Indonesia. Learning which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects is not yet optimal and efficient if distance learning is implemented. This is certainly a challenge in itself to be able to pass and carry out various aspects of online learning optimally. One of the successes in the learning process lies in the use of strategies, methods, and learning models. Problem-based learning is a learning model that is proven to be able to improve students' critical thinking skills in solving a problem as strengthening the character of citizenship. This study used the Classroom Action Research method (classroom action research) which involved 36 students of Electronics Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman analysis technique which included data reduction, descriptive presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that students still have good socio-cultural values, such as mutual respect and respect and have a high awareness of mutual cooperation so that they can recognize new learning phenomena. Have the ability to recognize the values of civic education and online learning culture. Learning Citizenship Education through the Problem-Based Learning Model in Strengthening Citizenship character can strengthen the insights of students who have good character, from the data obtained in the field during the learning process which is categorized as quite good even though it does not always run smoothly in every meeting. This is because problem-based learning is a learning model that moves students' critical thinking characters vary greatly in the implementation of online learning.Keywords: problem-based learning models; citizenship character; COVID-19

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education during the khulafaur rasyidin era and its contextualization in dealing with the problems of contemporary Islamic education. This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The researcher collects literature that discusses the concept of Islamic education during the khulafaur rasyidin era and the problems of contemporary education. The results of this study indicate that education during the khulafaur rasyidin period as a whole was almost the same as that during the Prophet's era, coupled with several developments that occurred in accordance with the conditions and needs of the Muslim community at that time. By contextualizing this, it is hoped that all parties responsible for education can consider it to take steps in overcoming the problems of Islamic education.
