Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan penyajian yang didasarkan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dimana artikel ini memiliki maksud untuk menganalisis bagaimana kondisi saat ini atas pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam upaya pengenalan serta pemasaran produk batik di wilayah Kabupaten Batang. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan dasar pemikiran bahwa batik merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat Kabupaten Batang yang Sebagian masyarakatnya menggantungkan hidup pada sektor pengrajin batik. Demi mendukung eksistensi pengerajin batik maka sudah sepatutnya pengerajin batik di Kabupaten Batang mulai memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pengenalan dan pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan agar mampu bersaing baik di level lokal maupun internasional. Pengabdian ini akan mencoba memberikan kontribusi nyata bagaimana memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pengrajin dalam mengenalkan dan mempromosikan bati di Kabupaten Batang, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang sedang popular saat ini seperti teknologi media sosial, website, konten digital, digital advertising, dan memanfaatkan influencer lokal dan nasional dalam membantu memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengerajin. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat sedikit memberikan sumbangsih pengetahuan dan menambah wawasan bagi para pengerajin untuk mulai memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mengenalkan dan mempromosikan produk batik Kabupaten Batang agar tetap eksis di era yang serba digital saat ini.

Abstract

Background: All hospital staff, both functional and managerial, are responsible for continuous quality improvement. Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital in Semarang has committed to sustainable quality improvement. This commitment is embodied in the innovative work program of the Hospital Quality and Patient Safety Committee (KMKP) of Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital in the form of Management Grand Rounds. This innovative work program involving management visits by the Quality and Patient Safety Committee at Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital has been implemented for about three years but has not been evaluated for its effectiveness. Objective: To evaluate the Management Visit in the Ponek Department of Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital Semarang. Methods: The type of research used in this study is a Mixed-method research design known as The Explanatory Sequential Design. Mixed Method research is a method for analyzing, collecting, and blending quantitative and qualitative research methods within a single study to understand the research problem better. Results: The Influence of Internal Factors on Staff Perception Based on the hypothesis testing results, a P-Value of 0.179. The Influence of Staff Perception on Service Quality Improvement Based on the hypothesis testing results, a P-Value of 0.000 was obtained. Conclusion: Internal factor variables have no significant influence on staff perception. There is a significant influence between the staff's perception variable regarding service quality improvement, with a correlation value of P-Value = 0.000. This result is supported by in-depth interviews that indicate positive reception by the medical staff.

Abstract

Sunda Wiwitan merupakan salah satu aliran kepercayaan tradisional yang berkembang di masyarakat Sunda. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis paham ketuhanan dalam aliran kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan di Cigugur, Jawa Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara, penulis berfokus untuk mempelajari ajaran Pikukuh Tilu dan ritual Seren Tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam ajaran Pikukuh Tilu terdapat tiga dimensi hubungan antara Tuhan, manusia, dan semesta. Sementara itu, dalam ritual Seren Taun terungkat tiga hal penting berkaitan dengan paham ketuhanan, yaitu perwujudan keilahian yang dihayati oleh semua ciptaan, segala sesuatu datang dari pangersa Pangeran, dan penyerahan diri kepada Tuhan.

Abstract

The most common ankle injuries are ankle sprains. Ankle sprain is an overstretch of the lateral ligament complex due to inversion and plantar flexion forces which occur suddenly when the foot does not rest perfectly on the floor/ground, which generally occurs on an uneven floor/ground surface. An ankle sprain injury is usually caused when the surface of the ground or field is uneven so that the foot enters the uneven part of the ground and the foot position is not good and shock allows the support on the foot to be unbalanced. Therefore, physiotherapists play an important role in the community in promotive and preventive steps to overcome the problem of ankle sprains. Steps that can be taken are to provide education to the public about ankle sprains which includes understanding, signs and symptoms, prevention methods, main treatment, further treatment, and demonstration by respondents. The initial method for finding out the situation that occurs in the field is observation by interviewing teachers and related extracurricular students. The results of educational activities regarding ankle sprains are very useful for each individual's life. Knowledge about ankle sprains also increased from 5 to 24, this means students are starting to understand.

Abstract

Introduction: According to WHO (2015), stunting is a disruption in the growth and development of children due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, which are characterized by body length or height below standard. Furthermore, according to WHO (2020) stunting is short based on length/height according to age which is less than -2 standard deviation (SD) on the WHO child growth curve which occurs due to irreversible conditions due to inadequate nutritional intake and/or recurrent infections/chronic disease that occurs within 1000 first-time days of life. Mojosongo is one of the Villages in Jebres District, Surakarta City. Based on the jateng.prov.go report in 2022, in Mojosongo there are 137 stunting cases that will be handled. Wrong parenting patterns, inappropriate feeding, high cases of young marriages, and lack of knowledge cause the risk of stunting in children. Reflecting on these conditions, this area was chosen to be the target of promotive and preventive efforts in carrying out willing to make the pulic of Indonesia healthier Objective: This activity aims to increase general public understanding about stunting in children. Method: Activities with lecture speaking and give education through leaflet media. Evaluation using a questionnaire both before counseling and after presenting the material.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the marketing landscape, especially in the aviation industry. This study investigates the influence of price and brand image on the decision to purchase airline tickets at PT Arimbi Jaya Tours and Travel. Utilizing quantitative research methods, data were collected through electronic questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The findings indicate that price and Brand Image play a crucial role in shaping consumer decisions, as customers are increasingly attracted to competitive prices and strong brand identities. This study highlights the importance of effective marketing strategies in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in a highly competitive environment, especially post-pandemic when travel demand has rebounded.

Abstract

Digital leadership is growing as technological advancements equip leaders with new features to tackle challenges in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the research trend of digital leadership to discover opportunities for future research in government organizations, especially in the context of the immigration sector, due to technology adoption to carry out its functions. This study utilized bibliometric analysis to analyze research publications from the Scopus database and create as well as visualize maps based on network data using VOSviewer software. Three hundred and sixty-six (366) documents were taken with the keyword “digital leadership”. The results showed that the early discussion of digital leadership started in 2015 and significantly increased in 2024. Indonesia contributed the most research compared to other countries. This study was mostly affiliated with Bina Nusantara University and mainly written by Abbu, H. The visualization result showed this study connected to five clusters focusing on gendered leadership, e-leadership in education, digital innovations and sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital learning, and digital transformation and capabilities. The absence of public organization cluster, especially in the immigration sector, implies that this study gives opportunities to guide future research among scholars and practitioners

Abstract

Osteoartritis (OA) genu merupakan salah satu bentuk penyakit degeneratif sendi yang ditandai dengan nyeri, penurunan fungsi, dan keterbatasan aktivitas. Salah satu intervensi untuk mengurangi keluhan tersebut adalah latihan strengthening otot quadriceps, mengingat peran penting otot ini dalam stabilitas lutut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan strengthening otot quadriceps pada pasien osteoartritis genu sinistra. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan satu orang responden berusia 62 tahun yang mengalami osteoartritis genu sinistra. Intervensi latihan strengthening otot quadriceps dilakukan selama 2 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan skala Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor WOMAC dari 58 menjadi 42, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbaikan dalam aspek nyeri, kekakuan, dan fungsi fisik. Kesimpulannya, latihan strengthening otot quadriceps memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penurunan gejala osteoartritis genu sinistra, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu modalitas terapi konservatif pada pasien dengan kondisi serupa.

Abstract

Medicinal chemicals (BKO) are chemical compounds that are commonly added to traditional medicinal preparations to increase the drug's indications and offer a powerful and rapid impact in illness treatment. Traditional medicines containing BKO in Indonesia, particularly in East and West Java, are increasing year after year, from 43 to 50-53 traditional remedies containing medicinal compounds. Using the normative method, researchers will be able to use the findings of empirical legal science and other sciences to analyze and explain law without altering the character of normative legal science. The Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999 regulates legal protection for consumers who consume industrially produced traditional medicines containing dangerous chemical chemicals. Article 19 (1) states that business actors are responsible for compensating consumers for damage, pollution, and/or losses caused by the consumption of goods and/or services produced or traded. (2) The compensation described in paragraph (1) may take the form of a refund or replacement of products and/or services of the same kind or equivalent value, or health care, and/or the payment of compensation in line with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. (3) Compensation is granted within 7 days after the transaction date. (4) Providing compensation as stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) does not preclude criminal prosecution based on further evidence indicating the presence of an element of error. (5) If the business actor can demonstrate that the error was caused by the customer, the rules intended in paragraphs (1) and (2) do not apply. Suggestions for effective implementation. Suggestions so that they can be implemented well.

Abstract

The importance of the taxation system as an economic pillar becomes increasingly prominent in the face of the complexity of international relations and ongoing technological developments. This article discusses the challenges faced by Indonesia in optimizing tax revenue and controlling tax avoidance in the era of globalization. The phenomenon of tax avoidance, particularly involving renowned companies such as PT Bentoel and Google, is a central issue in the context of taxation law in Indonesia. Its impact is significant, with reports from the Tax Justice Network estimating the country's losses at US$4.86 billion per year or approximately IDR 68.7 trillion. Tax avoidance not only has a negative impact on tax revenue but also has the potential to undermine the overall effectiveness of the taxation system. Indonesia is confronted with the expansion of tax avoidance practices, especially by companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, reinforcing the urgency to address this issue within the existing taxation legal framework. This research adopts a qualitative method with a focus on tax supervision and enforcement to explore efforts to combat tax crimes in Indonesia. Thus, this study is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the root issues and formulate effective solutions to enhance the effectiveness of Indonesia's taxation system. The research findings are anticipated to serve as a foundation for the development of a more effective national fiscal policy, addressing loopholes in the taxation legal framework, and preventing detrimental tax avoidance practices.
