Abstract

The potential of a beautiful village is often not maximized with a beautiful and healthy environmental arrangement. This leads to a slum-like impression, poor sanitation, and affects the health of the village residents. Community service activities through KKN Group 341 UNS raised the theme of K5 Application (Cleanliness, Security, Order, Beauty, and Kinship) and Environmental Preservation in Kragan Village Area, Gondangrejo Kec. Gondangrejo, Karanganyar Regency aims to improve clean and healthy living habits, implement the K5 program, and improve waste management to preserve the environment. The method of implementing activities is carried out through KKN activities with the stages of implementation including; (1) problem identification, (2) determination of objectives, (3) program socialization, (4) implementation of work programs, and (5) evaluation of activity results. Work programs that were successfully implemented included; (1) K5 socialization, (2) socialization and procurement of waste sorting bins, (3) making ecoprint shopping bags, (4) socialization of clean and healthy lifestyles (PHBS), (5) Bulak Hamlet mountain fall, and (6) monitoring the implementation of improving the quality of uninhabitable houses (RTLH). In implementing the program, the community actively participated and the Kragan Village Government fully supported the KKN activities, so that the KKN work program could achieve the expected goals.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Aneka Gas Industri Lampung. Karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya cenderung lebih termotivasi, memiliki loyalitas yang lebih tinggi terhadap perusahaan, dan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih optimal. Tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi juga berkontribusi pada berkurangnya absensi dan turnover karyawan, sekaligus meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini mengungkap berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Aneka Gas Industri Lampung. Faktor-faktor tersebut mencakup kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif, peluang pengembangan karir melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan, apresiasi terhadap pencapaian karyawan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung, serta hubungan yang harmonis dengan atasan dan rekan kerja. Seluruh aspek ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, PT Aneka Gas Industri Lampung dan perusahaan lainnya dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif pada kinerja dan produktivitas perusahaan. Tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi juga membantu perusahaan dalam mempertahankan karyawan berkualitas serta menekan angka turnover.

Abstract

Kebijakan yang dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan di Puskesmas adalah dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 34 Tahun 2022 Tentang Akreditasi Puskesmas. Dalam proses pengakreditasian puskesmas terdapat kelompok standar akreditasi yaitu indikator peningkatan mutu puskesmas (PMP). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan kesiapan reakreditasi Puskesmas Berdasarkan Indikator Peningkatan Mutu Puskesmas (PMP) di Puskesmas Labibia Tahun 2024”. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesiapan reakreditasi pada aspek peningkatan mutu berkesinambungan telah memenuhi standar penilaian yaitu 88%, Kesiapan reakreditasi puskesmas pada aspek program manajemen resiko telah memenuhi standar penilaian yaitu 94%, Kesiapan reakreditasi puskesmas pada aspek sasaran keselamatan pasien telah memenuhi standar penilaian yaitu 88%, Kesiapan reakreditasi puskesmas pada aspek pelaporan keselamatan pasien telah memenuhi standar penilaian yaitu 74%, dan Kesiapan reakreditasi puskesmas pada aspek program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi telah memenuhi standar penilaian yaitu 84%.

Abstract

Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease that is transmitted through contact with the urine of infected animals, especially rats, and often occurs in environments with poor sanitation. This study aims to analyze behavioral risk factors and environmental conditions that contribute to the spread of leptospirosis in Pematang Pasir Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjung Balai City in 2024. The study used a cross-sectional design involving 50 respondents aged 17 years and older from Wards I and VI. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires that assessed respondents' knowledge, attitudes, and actions related to leptospirosis, as well as direct observation of environmental conditions such as waterlogging, the presence of rats, and sanitary conditions. The results showed that the majority of respondents (88%) had low knowledge about leptospirosis, although 80% implemented good personal hygiene behaviors. Only 18% of respondents carried out adequate rat control measures. Environmental observations revealed that 96% of respondents experienced puddles around their homes, and 100% indicated that their neighborhoods were flooded frequently. The presence of garbage around the house was found in 98% of respondents, and 98% of respondents often saw rats in or around the house. Most respondents (90%) had a house ≥ 2 meters away from the sewer, with 92% reporting good road conditions. Only 24% of respondents have pets, and 4% live close to ponds (< 700 meters). Factors such as poor sanitation, the presence of rodents, and the high risk of flooding are the main factors that affect the risk of spreading leptospirosis in the region. This study emphasizes the importance of increasing public education about leptospirosis and its prevention measures, as well as environmental improvement efforts to reduce the risk of infection in the affected areas.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product in the form of learning media, namely web-based learning media with Google Sites as a site creation tool. A validation test was carried out to assess the feasibility and quality of the Google Sites web-based learning media for grade V elementary school science learning. This type of research is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques involve observation or observations, and questionnaires. The results of the validation test by two validators, namely the media expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 67.5%, interpreted into the feasible category, and the material expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category. Students' responses to the media achieved 100% results in the very appropriate category. And the teacher's response to learning media received a percentage score of 100% in the very appropriate category. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the Google Sites web-based learning media for grade V elementary school science learning is suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Each student has different characteristics, including shyness, which can affect the learning process. This study aims to analyze the management of learning for shy students at MA Tafaqquh Anwaha by examining various aspects, such as the characteristics of shy students, strategies to overcome shyness, and the roles of parents and teachers in helping students become more confident. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings indicate that shy students tend to have a fear of interaction, lack self-confidence, and are reluctant to participate actively in learning. To address this issue, specific strategies are needed, such as creating a comfortable learning environment, providing motivation, and gradually involving students in group activities. Moreover, parents play a crucial role in providing emotional support and building children's confidence at home. Teachers also serve as facilitators who can create an inclusive learning atmosphere, provide positive encouragement, and apply interactive teaching methods to help shy students become more engaged in the learning process. With proper learning management, shy students can develop both academically and socially, enabling them to adapt to the school and community environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the mediating influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the relationship between leadership and work motivation on the performance of Aston Inn Semarang hotel employees. This research uses a survey method, with employees as respondents. The population in this study was all employees at Aston Inn Semarang, totaling 50 people. The data used is primary data from distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the sample collection technique uses all members of the population. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this research state that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB, leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of hotel employees. OCB has a positive and significant effect on hotel employee performance. OCB is able to mediate the relationship between leadership and hotel employee performance. OCB is unable to mediate the relationship between work motivation and hotel employee performance

Abstract

Talc dan montmorillonit, dua mineral dengan struktur berlapis yang memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai aplikasi industri dan ilmiah, memberikan wawasan berharga saat diterapkan dalam nanokomposit. Variasi konsentrasi kedua mineral ini dapat mempengaruhi sifat optik material secara signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode ball milling dengan melakukan sebanyak 3 variasi yaitu 1,5M : 1,5M ; 2M : 1M  dan 2,5M : 0,5M. Pengujian dari variasi konsentrasi talc dan montmorillonit dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat karakterisasi XRD dilakukan untuk dapat melihat ukuran kristal dan UV-Vis untuk memperoleh data dari absorbansi, reflektansi dan transmitansi. Hasil dari karakterisasi XRD untuk dapat melihat ukuran kristal pada variasi konsentrasi 1,5M : 1,5M yaitu sebesar 52,57%, pada variasi konsentrasi 2M : 1M yaitu sebesar 59,27%, dan pada variasi konsentrasi 2,5M : 0,5M sebesar 50,84%. Sedangkan hasil karakterisasi dari UV-Vis absorbansi maksimum terdapat pada variasi konsentrasi 1,5M : 1,5M sebesar 91,45% reflektansi maksimum terdapat pada variasi konsentrasi 2,5M : 0,5M sebesar 36,96% dan transmitansi minimum terdapat pada variasi konsentrasi 1,5M : 1,5M  sebesar 14,57%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of the Cooperative and SME Agency program in the empowerment and development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Binjai City. The scope of the study covers programs that have been implemented, implementation efforts, and obstacles faced by the agency and MSME actors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study type. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews, which are then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that the Binjai City Cooperative and SME Office has implemented various programs such as entrepreneurship training, business equipment assistance, assistance in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB), and MSME exhibitions. However, budget constraints and the absence of honoraria are obstacles to implementing the program. It was also found that some business actors are not yet members of the MSME community and therefore do not receive the benefits of the program. This study has both theoretical and practical implications. Theoretically, the study reinforces the understanding that the role of local government, particularly the Cooperative and SME Agency, is a strategic factor in promoting MSME empowerment through the implementation of structured programs. Practically, this study provides input for local governments to prioritize budget allocation efficiency, expand digital-based information channels, and build inclusive systems so that MSME actors outside the formal community can also benefit from the program. Abstract

The JKN program is to ensure equal access to high-quality health services for all Indonesian citizens, offering extensive coverage at affordable rates. Despite the numerous advantages provided by the JKN Program, some participants fail to adhere to the regulations, such as delays in contribution payments. This study seeks to identify the factors influencing the level of compliance among communities regarding contributions to the JKN Program across various regions in Indonesia. Employing a literature review design, the researcher collects relevant and reliable research articles. Subsequently, these articles are thoroughly reviewed to generate new analyses. The findings of this study suggest that community compliance with JKN program contributions is influenced by factors such as income, knowledge, education, family size, perceptions of health services, and employment.
