Abstract

This literature review explores the influence of technology use in learning on student learning motivation. In recent years, the rapid advancement of technology has transformed educational landscapes, providing innovative tools and resources that enhance the teaching and learning experience. This review synthesizes findings from various studies to examine how different forms of technology—such as digital learning platforms, interactive applications, and multimedia resources—impact student motivation across diverse educational settings. The research indicates that technology can significantly enhance student engagement by promoting interactivity and personalization in the learning process. Moreover, incorporating technology into the classroom fosters a collaborative learning environment, encouraging peer interaction and support. Additionally, the availability of instant feedback through technological tools helps students identify their strengths and weaknesses, thereby motivating them to improve their performance. However, challenges such as digital divide, varying levels of access to technology, and the risk of distraction are also addressed in this review. The findings suggest that while technology has the potential to positively influence motivation, its effectiveness largely depends on how it is integrated into the curriculum and the overall approach taken by educators. In conclusion, this literature review highlights the significant role that technology plays in enhancing student learning motivation. It calls for educators and policymakers to develop strategic frameworks for implementing technology in educational settings to maximize its benefits while mitigating associated challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in improving the quality of education in State Kindergartens in West Aceh Regency.The approach in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a descriptive research type. Implementation of the independent curriculum in the West Aceh State Kindergarten in improving the quality of education, namely schools planning the availability of resources, educators and staff, teaching materials and learning materials, infrastructure and facilities, technology and teaching devices, budgets, participation of parents and the community, conducting evaluations and monitoring, building cooperation with various related parties, establishing communication and stakeholder involvement. The implementation of the independent curriculum in the West Aceh State Kindergarten is by implementing a clear vision and commitment, a program for developing plans and strategies, teacher training and development programs, monitoring and evaluation, emotional support and motivation to teachers and staff, involving parents and the community, problem solving, informative and open decision making

Abstract

State Buildings are the state assets that have strategic value as a place to process the state administration and serve the public service activities, health and education. Fire in the buildings can cause problems and threats due to a variety of unintended consequences such as loss of life, destruction of buildings, loss of data and other assets that are stored in the buildings. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between material usage, building designs, detection and fire alarm system, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and sprinklers, and the reliability of fire protection system of the state buildings in Mataram. A descriptive research method was used in this study. Sixty building sample consisted of 30 simple buildings and 30 non-simple buildings, built from 2009 to 2014, were considered. Samples data obtained were processed using SPSS 18.0 software. The results showed that 91.1% of the fire protection reliability on the state buildings affected by 6 independent variables, namely usage of materials (X1), building design (X2), detection and fire alarm system (X3), fire extinguishers (X4), fire hydrant (X5) and sprinklers (X6). The six independent variables have a significant effect simultaneously showed by F value of 90.339 higher than F table of 2.3966 with a significance value less than 0.05. From the six independent variables only 4 variables have partially significant influence on the fire protection reliability of the state buildings in Mataram that was X1, X2, X3 and X4. This showed by the value of the variables t test were higher than t table of 2.0066 with the significance less than 0.05. Thus, X5 and X6 did not have any partially significant effect on the fire protection reliability of the state buildings in Mataram.

Abstract

Purpose –Many schools have been established, but national education's effectiveness, efficiency, and quality have not reached the expected standards. To improve the quality of education, school human resource management must be renewed through school reconstruction.Methodology –This research method is qualitative and uses a case study framework. Data collection methods include direct observation of school management activities, comprehensive interviews with stakeholders such as teachers, principals, and educators, and examination of documents related to the curriculum used.Findings –The research findings show that human resource planning is arranged regularly by school autonomy, the organization is carried out by segmenting work systems, work programs, and HR development, training, and career development have a positive effect on schools and their staff, Compensation is determined by considering direct and indirect provision models, Performance evaluation is carried out through two dimensions, namely teacher performance evaluation and school performance evaluation.Significance –Human resource management can improve the quality of education at State Elementary School 25 Banda Aceh and internal and external customer satisfaction, and it can be categorized as good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) activities based on local wisdom of Acehnese culture in producing learning products by teachers in elementary schools. The Merdeka Curriculum encourages the implementation of P5 as an effort to shape students' character according to Pancasila values ​​through a contextual project approach. Acehnese local wisdom, which is rich in cultural values ​​and Islamic traditions, has great potential to be integrated into P5 activities to strengthen students' cultural identity and 21st-century skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were elementary school teachers who had implemented P5 based on local wisdom. The results of the study showed that the integration of local culture into P5 encouraged teachers to create more innovative and contextual teaching materials, such as modules, learning media, and student projects based on Acehnese culture. The obstacles faced included limited resources and lack of training. However, with collaborative strategies and school support, teachers were able to produce meaningful learning products. This study contributes to the development of project-based learning and the preservation of local culture through elementary education.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to develop human resources towards better and better quality. The fourth grade teacher, Mrs. YS, said that during the teaching and learning process teachers still often carry out learning using the lecture method as is generally used so that the learning process occurs conventionally and there is a lack of student activity during learning so that student learning outcomes are still relatively low. This research aims to examine the implementation of Wordwall-based learning in elementary schools and identify its impact on students' motivation and understanding in learning.This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experiment approach. The data analysis technique used in this research includes descriptive analysis. The research results found that the implementation of Wordwall-based learning in elementary schools had a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes and interest. Classes that use Wordwall as a learning medium show a more significant increase in learning outcomes compared to classes that use conventional methods. This is shown by the difference in the increase in posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group, where the experimental group experienced an increase of 29%, while the control group only increased 11.2%.

Abstract

Rumah panggung merupakan salah satu wujud arsitektur vernakular. Salah satu keistimewaan rumah dengan sistem konstruksi panggung adalah dapat dibangun pada area yang memiliki landasan tidak stabil dan pada area dengan topografi berlereng. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis kayu untuk material rumah panggung dan alasan masyarakat desa Banda memilih rumah panggung sebagai rumah hunian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah opservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, seperti menanyakan apa jenis kayu yang digunakan pada pembuatan rumah panggung kayu, mengapa rumah panggung kayu banyak di gunakan oleh masarakat desa banda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitihan Jenis kayu yang digunakan sebagai bahan material rumah panggung di Desa Banda, Kecamatan Tarano, Kabupaten Sumbawa, adalah kayu sungkai, kayu jati, kayu ulin, dan kayu mahoni. Dari hasil wawanvara dan observasi di peroleh data kayu yang digunakan pada tiap-tiap bagian rumah panggung adalah kayu sungkai. Hal ini dapat diliat dari karakteristik dan kemudahan dalam pengolahan di bandingkan kayu lainnya. Masyarakat Desa Banda memilih rumah panggung sebagai hunian karena keunggulan rumah panggung dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan setempat, populasi hutan yang stabil sehinga mempermudah masarakat dalam mencari material yang di butukan untuk pembuatan rumah panggung kayu.

Abstract

One indicator is the result of learning student has mastery of knowledge and development of skills or abilities required to use this knowledge, as shown by the fulfillment of the KKM. While that happened in class II SDN 1 Campang District of Gisting Tanggamus, the average value is still below the KKM. Among the success factors of the learning process is largely determined by the ability of teachers to select and use the method as a learning strategy appropriate to the circumstances and abilities of students so that learning outcomes in accordance with expectation. One of the methods of learning that can be applied in teaching PAI is a demonstration. By the demonstration method expected learners can understand and practice them directly.Specifically, the study to determine what the demonstration Methode can improve student learning outcomes? With the subject of research grade II SDN 1 Campang districts Gisting Tanggamus, factors that could affect, measures, and the advantages and disadvantages (weaknesses) method of demonstration. Knowing that all of it can be given some suggestions that can be a consideration for PAI teachers, particularly PAI in improving learning outcomes for students in the school.This study uses classroom action research (PTK) with a qualitative approach or naturalistic.Data aggregation by using observation, interview, documentation, and learning outcomes test. Whereas test results for data analysis using three way of activities, data reduction, display/presentation of data and verification/conclusion ,From the results of the study revealed that; using the method of demonstration can improve learning outcomes PAI in class II SDN 1 Campang districts Gisting Tanggamus district academic year 2015 / 2016.Is demonstrated matter student learning outcomes is increasing in every cycle.When the pre survey class average value of only 69, 59 with KKM 75. While the classroom action research conducted in the first cycle the average value rose to 74.9. and the second cycle the average value increased to 77,3 by percentage of completeness in the first cycle of 56% and the second cycle by 87%.

Abstract

Rumput laut Caulerpa sp merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut yang dapat digunakan sebagai subtitusi bahan baku pakan ikan karena memiliki nutrien yang cukup lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan yang disubtitusi rumput laut Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan A (Kontrol), perlakuan B (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 10%/kg pakan), perlakuan C (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 20%/kg pakan), perlakuan D (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 30%/kg pakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepung Caulerpa sp terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp dalam pakan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (P<0.05), terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan harian (LPH), dan FCR, tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap sintasan ikan bandeng. Dengan pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, diperoleh hasil tertinggi pada perlakuan C sebanyak 3,86 g dan 1,51%/hari, dan nilai FCR terbaik didapatkan pada perlakuan C sebesar 0,34%. Kondisi kualitas air selama penelitian berada dalam kisaran yang layak untuk kehidupan ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tepung Caulerpa sp terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp pada pakan mempengaruhi nilai pertumbuhan mutlak (GR), laju pertumbuhan harian (LPH), kelangsungan hidup (SGR), dan Rasio konversi pakan (FCR) ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze how the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at the driving school of State Junior High School 4 Kuala, Nagan Raya Regency. The research method is qualitative descriptive. Informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, deputy curriculum and driving teacher. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation and analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal as a manager in improving the Quality of Education at the driving school of State Junior High School 4 Kuala is to make planning, implementation, supervision of all activities, All problems in the school are resolved by all school residents, Instilling a disciplined attitude with a systemic system. The role of the principal as an administrator in improving the Quality of Education at the driving school of State Junior High School 4 Kuala is administrative equipment and checking the completeness of teaching and learning activities, student equipment, finance, infrastructure, public relations, correspondence, routine library and laboratory services, curriculum administration. The role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the Quality of Education at the driving school of State Junior High School 4 Kuala is to prepare an education supervision program, supervision of the implementation of teaching and learning, supervision of learning devices, utilizing the results of supervision.
