Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Montasik, including the stages of input, process, and output. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with research instruments in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Montasik. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, respondents expressed positive expectations for the Independent Curriculum, emphasizing the desire for consistent implementation to reduce the administrative burden on teachers. The hope also includes improving student character, creativity, and achievement, as well as the importance of regular training for teachers. Observations show that the school has succeeded in developing key competencies through understanding, implementing, and assessing the Independent Curriculum. Curriculum-based learning plans provide effective guidance, while the use of learning methods and technology integration increases student engagement. Teachers demonstrate the ability to assess learning outcomes according to the Independent Curriculum, with reflection and improvement activities. Training and collaboration between teachers create a creative environment. Even though there were obstacles, teachers managed to overcome them with effective strategies, and the Merdeka Curriculum succeeded in inspiring students to learn independently and critically

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principal leadership and external academic supervision in public elementary school education units in the Neuheun Cluster, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research consisted of school principals, deputy principals, supervisors and teachers in the Neuheun State elementary school cluster. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there is a positive influence of principal leadership on teacher performance with a strong correlation level of 0.696 and external academic supervision of supervisors has a high correlation with a percentage of 85.45%, on teacher performance at Neuheun elementary school. Aceh Besar Regency school cluster. From these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of the principal's leadership and external academic supervision on teacher performance at the Gugus Neuheun Aceh Besar elementary school

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh melalui kesadaran pengelolaan sampah yang berdampak pada komunikasi lingkungan yang dibangun oleh komunitas Sahabat Hijau. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam tujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk dan strategi komunikasi lingkungan yang dibangun oleh komunitas Sahabat Hijau. Teknik penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling  dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunitas Sahabat Hijau membentuk program Less Waste Event (LWE) dengan menggerakkan para sahabat komunitas untuk peduli pada sampah. Masuk dan bersinergi dengan pemerintah untuk dapat memberikan edukasi pengelolaan sampah pada even-event di Kota Banda Aceh. Dan melakukan sosialisasi dan promosi melalui kanal media sosial.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Lingkungan, Sampah, Komunitas

Abstract

The research location is the Tebing Tinggi Village, Kerinci region - Jambi, part of the Barisan Zone. This study focuses on the limestone of the Peneta Formation, which is part of the Pre-Tertiary age. The research will investigate the characteristics of carbonate rocks in the Peneta Formation, including the developed facies, fossil content, and the diagenesis process in the Peneta Formation using field data, petrography, and XRD. Our research has succeeded in dividing the Limestone of the Peneta Formation into 3 lithofacies in the study area, including dismicrite, dolomitic limestone, and meta-mudstone. The lack of marine organisms and the dominance of the mudstone facies indicate that the limestone of the Peneta Formation was deposited in an evaporite or brackish zone environment. The limestone diagenesis process was also confirmed in this study. The research location is included in the mesogenesis stage due to the presence of foliation structures, decussate texture, and dolomite minerals until the telogenesis stage, which is characterized by sparite calcite blocky. Furthermore, forsterite and diaspore minerals were also identified through petrographic and XRD analysis, indicating the occurrence of metamorphic processes at our research location.

Abstract

This community-based community service article raises the topic of Assistance in Making Gender Responsive Teaching Materials for Teachers of the MGMP Indonesian Language Group in East Lombok Regency. This topic was raised on the basis that gender-responsive Indonesian language subject teaching materials are still limited. This community service activity aims to: (1) find out teachers' understanding of gender, (2) identify gender-biased textbooks, and (3) assist teachers in compiling gender-responsive teaching materials. This community service activity was carried out using the SL (service learning) method, an approach that combines community service activities with learning processes related to the programs or activities held. The results of the community service show that the participants gave a positive response to the community service activity, for example in the form of increased understanding of the concept of gender equality, increased ability to analyze gender-responsive teaching material content, and development of gender-responsive teaching material design skills. Thus, this community service activity contributes to increasing gender awareness among teachers and developing teacher competencies in compiling teaching materials

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain technology-based learning management at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh to support the revitalization of 21st century education. Revitalization of education is a necessity to accommodate the challenges that arise along with technological developments. Learning management plays an important role in creating changes that support the revitalization of education that is able to respond to the dynamics of current developments. This research was carried out at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the Principal of State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh has carried out good management and supervision regarding the challenges and benefits of implementing technology-based learning. This aims to support the revitalization of 21st century education with a focus on 21st century learning and technology that emphasizes students' 4C skills and the activities carried out need to be controlled according to plan so that learning objectives are achieved. Management of technology-based learning at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh includes planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising carried out by the school principal.

Abstract

Rumput laut Caulerpa sp merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut yang dapat digunakan sebagai subtitusi bahan baku pakan ikan karena memiliki nutrien yang cukup lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan yang disubtitusi rumput laut Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan A (Kontrol), perlakuan B (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 10%/kg pakan), perlakuan C (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 20%/kg pakan), perlakuan D (Tepung Caulerpa sp. terfermentasi 30%/kg pakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepung Caulerpa sp terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp dalam pakan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (P0.05), terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan harian (LPH), dan FCR, tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P0.05) terhadap sintasan ikan bandeng. Dengan pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, diperoleh hasil tertinggi pada perlakuan C sebanyak 3,86 g dan 1,51%/hari, dan nilai FCR terbaik didapatkan pada perlakuan C sebesar 0,34%. Kondisi kualitas air selama penelitian berada dalam kisaran yang layak untuk kehidupan ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tepung Caulerpa sp terfermentasi Lactobacillus sp pada pakan mempengaruhi nilai pertumbuhan mutlak (GR), laju pertumbuhan harian (LPH), kelangsungan hidup (SGR), dan Rasio konversi pakan (FCR) ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos).

Abstract

The aim of this PkM is to provide additional insight to MSMEs in Tepian Makmur Village about the importance of halal certification, and to assist MSMEs in expanding the marketing of their products in order to increase sales and income. The PkM method uses the Community Based Research method, namely the resource person's explanation to partners. The method used in this activity is a meeting or face-to-face meeting between the resource person and the partner. The results of implementing PkM are: making Business Identification Numbers and certificate labels on MSME products as well as making new innovative products

Abstract

This study aims to identify how influential the principal's leadership and teacher's personality competency are on the learning motivation of students at State Junior High Schools in Meureubo District, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research type because it wants to see the cause and effect or influence between variables, namely the influence of principal leadership, teacher's personality competency on student learning motivation. Based on the results of the analysis and identification that have been carried out, it is proven that the principal's leadership and teacher's personality competency have a significant effect on the learning motivation of students at State Junior High Schools in Meureubo District, Aceh Besar Regency, as evidenced by the R Square value of 38.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials for the concept of Pancasila and Citizenship Education based on Higher Order Thinking Skills to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students. This study is a development research with a descriptive quantitative research method through the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Based on the results of the analysis, data was obtained that the average student score before the action with a total percentage of completion scores of 70% with a minimum completion score of 75 was categorized as not having increased with the average percentage of the value obtained. Through the development of HOTS-based PPKN textbooks with an average validity value of 98%, it was declared very feasible to implement. Based on the results of the teacher's response, the score was 90% with a very feasible category, and the student's response was 93% stated as very feasible. After carrying out HOTS-based research activities, student learning outcomes increased from the posttest results, obtaining an average score of 91% with very good criteria with details of 24 students completing.
